We stayed in January. Great location for the old town, lovely rooms & breakfast, and the balcony area was fantastic to sit and relax and look over the whole city and mountains. The host was really great, he was so caring and really looked after us. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.

I’d like to thank 孬孬 for his impeccable service. He contacted us a day prior to check in to check in on us and on the day of arrival, he helped to carry our luggages to our room. He then helped with switching on the heater and filling the tub with hot water. He also recommended restaurants to dine at and personally brought us there 😭😭 At night, he made tea and taught my husband and I many cultural stuff. Thanks for the plum wine 😛 The stay was really pleasant. The views of the ancient city were incredible. We were able to see Yu Long Xue Shan from the room as well. The breakfast was nice. I’d stay here again and would really recommend others to stay.

We have a great 4 nights stay and Xiao Liu taking good care of us. Very nice view from the hotel terrace. Just one suggestion to install more cloth hangers in the room an properly have a curtain to separate the bath/wash area and the living room beds.

Great and helpful hotel services. Boss is very friendly. A modern hotel with smart room control. Scenery is beautiful with full view of ancient city. Highly recommended.

Our stay at Banshan Yicheng was really great, the room is clean, beddings are comfortable and the views of the old town is so beautiful. It is located in the old town so it was easy to walk everywhere. The manager is also very helpful and helped us a lot during our stay. Highly recommend!

We had a nice relaxing trip and enjoyed staying at this boutique hotel located within the Lijiang ancient town. Our room has a lovely view of the old town and it was nice to sit by the opened window and enjoy the complimentary afternoon tea. The room was comfortable and had good amenities. The staff were all very friendly and helpful especially Mr Liu who recommended us good restaurants. Thank you!

Located conveniently inside the Ancient city of Li Jiang, this boutique designer hotel exceeded all of our expectations! The views from the hotel room and from the public terrace were incredible and the bathtub was a great way to relax after a long day of walking the ancient city. We very much enjoyed the complimentary afternoon tea which came with tons of little desserts that were exceptionally delicious. The manager was very attentive and passionate about tea. He is a tea expert that is part of a group that grows tea and the tea we enjoyed on the terrace was sourced by him and his group. We got to try the red tea that had just been released this year. He also gave us a few food recommendations around LiJiang which we checked out. He also helped us arrange transportation from the hotel to the train station. Note: The photos of the room shared in this review are not of the ones we booked on Trip.com. We ended up upgrading our room on site opting for the better views! Highly recommend this hotel if you're planning your stay in Li Jiang!

The hotel is amazing!!! Liu - the hotel guy who helped us since the first night is very supportive and helpful. We really appreciate 💕 All of the furniture & setting in room are very modern. It is the room with SMART system. And the toilet always… warm 😀. The hotel view is very beautiful. And nice afternoon tea! It is very chill staying here. Staying here is apparently worth every penny.

The homestay has wonderful view and great location which is few minutes walk to the ancient town. The room is well designed and spacious. Apart from that all the staffs are helpful and friendly especially Xiao Liu. He’s been thoughtful by provided us the direction to the ancient town and recommended a nice restaurant to us.He even arranged his colleagues to assist us during his absence. Overall the stay is awesome. Thanks for the hospitality!

Fabulous view and we could see the jade dragon snow mountain from our room! Loved the breakfast and panoramic view! Hosts were very hospitable and provided us many tips to navigate around as well~ 这里的大哥们都很热情，不厌其烦的回答我们的问题还时时刻刻与我们联系查看状态～ 非常温馨。老板就像在远方的朋友，住的非常舒服呢^_^ 早餐米线也非常好吃～～～

It was my first time traveling to Lijiang. This hotel is amazing. Raul picked up us and helped to carry our luggage. He introduced the characteristics of Lijiang. He also personally took us to delicious restaurants and pay for us drinks. He was very polite responsible and introduced us to the precautions for our trip. The arrangements were great, I must look for him again next time I come to Lijiang.

Beautiful place right in the middle of old town. The manager is super helpful and welcoming. Great stay. Great view. Strong recommended :)

The view from our room was brilliant, we could see the whole of Lijiang Ancient Town. Location is convenient too, short walk to the Ancient Town. Hotel staff were attentive and really helpful. We enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommended! 👍🏼
