Nice Hotel with underground parking spaces, lots of restaurants around and shopping. Shower, double bed with a nice view from the room, sofa, TV, kitchen with a few items to cook, huge fridge freezer and a washing machine/dryer really handy. Came a 2nd time as needed to wash clothes, arrival and departure from Seoul and it's only 30 minutes by car from Incheon International Airport.

Good to stay for budget. Clean room with washer kitchen floor heater air conditioner

Nice place

Great place to stay! Nice room, many amenities, great view and hospitality. Flexible lights and there is even kitchen. Some may complain that there are no tooth brushes, etc. but it is a minor issue. Also, close to Incheon Uni and Songdo Convensia, subway.

The room was not clean and looked almost if they did not clean the.bed sheet at all I will NOT stay at this brand again. Look at someone's hair and it had many of them on the bed sheet!

The check in procedure was the best because there was an actual person there to help with the check in and she spoke English also. Check out was also easy, just drop off the key with the same helpful person. Room was clean and outside balcony was nice.

Because this is a nostel and not a hotel, they do not clean and dispose of the garbage themselves. Also, used towels are not replaced, we stayed 6 days in total.

It was great time for us to stay this hotel. I recommend this hotel.

Апартаменты расположены в жилом доме в Сонгдо. Рядом есть метро, до Сеула можно добраться за 1,5 часа. Номер чистый и хорошо оборудованный

해외에 살아서 가끔 들어오는 한국에서 래지던스를 많이 이용하는데, 이렇게 기분 나쁜건 처음인거 같습니다. 1. 사전 이용 전, 3층이 프론트라는 정보가 전혀 없던데, 저만 모르는건가요? 아니면 사전에 문자를 제가 못받았나요? 그것도 아니면 제가 사전 이용확인정보를 못본건가요? 2. 들어가자마자 베란다 문이 모두 열려있어서 바람 엄청 들어오고, 에어컨까지 켜져있었음. 송도는 바람이 워낙 많이 부는데, 어떻게 창문을 열어둔건지, 배려라곤 찾아볼 수없음. 바람으로 인해 들어온 먼지는 얼마나 많을지 생각만하도 청결하지 못함 3. 욕실이 장애인용이던데, 직원이 무슨생각인지 모르겠음. 보유한 모든 객실이 장애인용이면 모를까, 일-월요일 이용이기 때문에 객실도 많았을텐데 무슨생각으로 장애인용을 줬는지 모르겠음. 객실이 없어서 부득이한 상황이었다면 양해코멘트라도 해줬어야 하는데, 무슨경우인지. 이미 추워서 베란다 닫고 에어컨 끄고, 짐을 풀어놓고 욕실 사용을 시작하면서 확인한 데다가 11시까지 직원 상주인걸 알았기 때문에 객실 교체를 굳이 하지 않았으나, 일반인이 사용하기에 너무 불편한 객실이었습니다. 사전 양해를 요청하거나, 괜찮은지 물어보는게 맞을텐데 이런 어이없고 기분나쁜 경우는 처음입니다. 객실 이용 손님을 배려

이번엔 31사이즈로 좀 넓은 방을 예약했다. 둘이 쓰기에 좋은 사이즈이고 가격이 넘 안착하고 수건은 프론트가서 받아와야하고 청소는 일주일에 한번 해주는데 방안에 청소기를 비치하길 바란다. 먼지속에서 살다온 것 같다. 생수도 말안하면 안주시고 가격에 비해 서비스는 빵점이다.
