On the night I entered, I felt a particularly bad experience. Your service does not deserve to be a star-rated hotel.     First of all, your employees are very sophistry and lie. When they encounter problems, the first thing they have to do is to pass the buck, lie and cover for each other among colleagues. Did not solve the problem for us as guests.    Event 1: Last night, my friend's room rate included laundry service, but your staff said no, and no service was provided. When my friend showed the certificate again, the female employee asked the male employee for verification, and the male employee nodded (probably to show that this service was really included), but the two of them pretended that nothing had happened, and they didn't say that they could wash clothes, nor did they say that they could wash clothes. Without providing services for my friend, the whole thing went away. I would like to ask, we have paid the corresponding room rate, why not accept the corresponding service?         The male employee explained afterwards that my friend communicated with him in Chinese. "And not good at English, he didn't understand. But in fact, my friend didn't communicate with him in Chinese, and the translation wasn't English. It was Indonesian who used the translation software that day to talk to him. He knew the truth very well, but he chose cunning. Event 2 I was at 9: 15 this morning. I went to the front desk to find out the cost of bus and taxi to Banyuwangi. When I returned to my room, I confirmed the time. I called the front desk to ask for help in booking a car, and told me that I was a guest of 106, when and where I needed to leave. However, I went to the front desk after the appointed time, but I didn't expect to reserve a car for me, which delayed our trip. Even the female employee who answered the phone left without apologizing. Then another person explained, "Her friend's English is not good enough to understand, and she is sure that I didn't say the departure time on the phone, which is my problem. But I made the information very clear on the phone, and the female employees spoke English fluently and clearly when they spoke to me face to face. Your employees were shielding their friends and trying to blame me and my friends.         As a star-rated hotel, the most basic hotel services can't be done, which makes us have a particularly bad impression on Indonesia. My friend left a bag of fruit at the front desk yesterday, and your employee didn't inform my friend knowingly. There was no notice on the phone or on the meeting. When we asked, we didn't say there was this thing until my friend took the initiative to ask, and the female employee took out the fruit on the table and returned it to us. All three things happened to the same girl. All the employees explained for her and lied for her again and again. I even suggested that the female employee needed to say sorry to me. She didn't feel guilty at all, but hippies smiled and said sorry to me. I was very disappointed in your hotel. Even when I asked the boss to solve the problem, they just called another male employee, just blindly explaining and talking to me with a very arrogant attitude.    There is something wrong with your staff's attitude. When I asked for bus information at the dock, your staff was very disdainful and disrespectful to me and my friends. Even my request to call the front desk to reserve a bus was ignored, and I clearly knew and remembered it, but I didn't do it. This is your hotel's attitude towards tourists?     I feel very bad about the service provided by your hotel and the working attitude of the staff! I hope you can find out the facts and give me a satisfactory solution and answer. For a female employee, I think she has many omissions and shortcomings in her work. I don't think she is qualified for this job. I hope you can investigate and evaluate it.

If you are coming to Ijen volcano, it is recommended to make a reservation. The hotel environment is very nice and quiet, you can have a good rest, and the food provided by the restaurant is also very good. Highly recommended.

爬伊真火山在這裏入住,距離火山半小時車程,省去了早起的行程。酒店有自己的餐廳、泳池,配套都有,周邊沒什麼可以逛的,在這裏算可以的了。

Останавливаюсь тут второй раз. Приятный отзывчивый первсонал. Брали самый простой номер. Этого вполне достаточно. Большая территория отеля, много бассейнов. Даже сауна есть. Недавно открылся европейский ресторан с вкусной едой на территории. Рекомендую!

Hotelnya luas dan asri. Kolam renangnya ada 4. Kami menginap di family room, ranjangnya besar (200x200). Hotelnya terawat, walaupun tidak ada tamu yang menginap tapi semua kamar dibersihkan, dibuka jendela kamar2 nya.

臨時選擇的地方 很漂亮 如果下次來的話會多住幾天 酒店白天會有點吵 不知道是在舉行什麼節目還是什麼活動 早晚都有很大聲的音樂 也

1、定的家庭套房,結果就是大開間放的了兩張大床就叫套房了?什麼叫suit 什麼叫套房 我覺得酒店沒搞清了 ,也誤導消費者 2、毛巾啥的都很臟 3、離得ijen也比較遠 4、裏面全是中國遊客
