Colazione favolosa e al di sopra delle nostre aspettative! L'host è super gentile e accogliente. Ottima posizione, a 3 minuti a piedi da Tam Coc Boating e da molti ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Altamente consigliato!

Ero lì perché me l'ha consigliato un'amica. Ha detto che la proprietaria è amichevole e, in effetti, sia la proprietaria che sua sorella sono super amichevoli. Sono arrivata alla casa famiglia nel pomeriggio, verso le 14:00, e la proprietaria e sua sorella sono state così gentili da servirmi delle bevande fredde con un cupcake. Mi hanno anche consigliato dei bei posti dove andare in bicicletta e mi hanno persino noleggiato le loro biciclette gratuitamente. Il giorno dopo, volevo andare ad Halong Bay ma non avevo ancora acquistato nessun pacchetto o biglietto dell'autobus. La proprietaria è stata così gentile da consigliarmi un simpatico autista di limousine per portarmi al porto. L'autista ha organizzato per me una bella crociera di 6 ore intorno ad Halong Bay e persino un viaggio di ritorno ad Hanoi lo stesso giorno. Quando sono partita la mattina, la proprietaria mi ha preparato un pacchetto di cibo spazzatura, un riso e mi ha servito una varietà di frutta per colazione. La stanza è pulita, l'aria condizionata funziona bene e anche l'acqua calda. Tutto è fantastico. Consiglio vivamente questa casa famiglia e mi piacerebbe tornarci di nuovo.

Dovete soggiornare in questo hotel, soprattutto se avete bambini piccoli! Viaggio con mia figlia di 3 anni e la famiglia ci ha trattato incredibilmente bene! L'ospite ha due bambini piccoli e la famiglia ha accolto mia figlia a casa loro entrambe le sere, le ha dato da mangiare e ha giocato con lei. L'hanno rimandata in camera con dolci e dolcetti. E ci hanno persino dato una borsa piena di cibo per il nostro viaggio quando siamo partiti. La camera era bellissima e pulitissima! Le camere sono enormi! È anche in una posizione perfetta. A due minuti dalla principale *****. Onestamente non avremmo potuto chiedere un soggiorno migliore. Se cercate una famiglia amorevole con cui stare, questo posto è sicuramente quello che fa per voi!

It was an incredible place to stay. Right in the middle of Tam Coc, very close to the shops and the city centre. The service was magnificent, we were greeted with fruits and tea and the host was really kind at helping us navigate through the city. We felt welcomed and at peace.

The homestay is exactly like in the photos but abit smaller than i imagined. Feels very homey and clean, simple breakfast in the morning- eggs and bread with lots of fruits. The owner is very helpful in guiding us on getting around ninh binh. Bicycles can be rented from the homestay. Location wise its located right in the centre of tam coc, walking distance to restaurants and shops. Highly recommended!

I had the best stay at Tam Koi. The room was clean. The host was extremely nice. I was able to rent a scooter for an affordable price. And when I left the host gave me snacks and water which was really nice. I would definitely recommend this place

We called this the 'Grandma Hotel' because you're truly taken care of. Breakfast is a feast of all the fruits plus eggs and bread, almost more than you can eat. Motorbikes are only 100k per day to rent and they're well looked after. She goes out of her way to make sure you're comfortable and happy, without charging you loads of money for everything. The rooms are spotless and big, with good amenities. The location is good, walking distance to the main high street. I really have no complaints, truly a great hotel!

Loved our time here. The room was great. The area around the pool could do with a good clean and tidy up though - not as in pictures!

Excellent. The rooms are super clean and also well equipped (all sorts of toiletries, coffee/tea etc). The owner is so so friendly, and puts such an effort into making sure you are comfortable. Breakfast is huge and also can be personalised to your tastes. Lots of cute surprises, as I was leaving the owner gave me a little bag with water and some biscuits for my bus back to HaNoi. Price is very reasonable for service like this. I didn’t rent any bikes or take trips this time but after living and travelling in VN for a while I can assure you the prices offered were very reasonable and fair.

Good location and the host is always friendly and helpful. Generous breakfast portions, with a good selection of fruits. Room is spacious and we'll equipped.

This place is absolutely amazing! The cozy ambiance and comfortable setting make it the perfect getaway. And let's talk about the breakfast - it's an absolute feast! The host is incredibly knowledgeable about the area and gave us fantastic tips. I can't recommend this place enough - it's a must-visit for everyone!
