Room with cockroaches and room service was not even given by the management. Front desk personnel are not as approachable as they should be

Good experience...Staff are accomodating.Frequent black out during my stay

the hotel is very basic, no cabinet, the water in the sink is very slow, had a hot water. Its kind of old and no proper meantinance, no elevator so if you had a problem climbing the stairs this is not for you. the bed is good, the sheet are already warring out the color white is now getting dark. tv reception is bad, I cannot recommend this hotel at all.

Room was not clean enough and bedddings are not clean and comfortable for us..there were cockroaches in the room and they just didnt even clean thw room. The other room has leak on the ceiling so when it rains it poura inside

All in all maganda naman yung hotel, malawak at comfortable the staff is easy to approach.

Inconsiderate staff.
