Hotel a Legaspi, Filippine

In spite of the previous bad reviews I booked this hotel as they were reopening which I thought meant they have improved the hotel. They should have not opened yet at this stage where they are still fixing the hotel rooms and amenities. Maybe when they're finished renovating and they're fully open, it would be a better time to stay. Stay away if you want a comfy hotel stay. There were 2 incidents of brownout during our stay, on the 2nd one they couldn't fix the problem in our room, while the other rooms had electricity. Maintenance had to go inside our room in the middle of the night. They tried to fix it but eventually had us transfer to a different room at almost 1am. Then we were hoping to sleep in, as we were tired from the previous night's issue, but at 7am the noise of drilling woke us up. Food: Disappointing food choices. They have a restaurant and a coffeeshop. Good coffee and pastries. But on the main restaurant, there were only 3 food choices in our entire 4-day stay: bicol express bagnet, sinigang bagnet and hainanese chicken. Breakfast was dismal, plated tapa/longganisa and egg, then 2nd option bread, ham, egg and sweet sausage. The taste was just okay. At one point we opted to have a breakfast buffet instead at a nearby hotel (M*r*s*n Hotel). Room: The view is definitely fantastic and our room was near the swimming pool which I appreciated. But the room is small. No trashcan in the bathroom, no hangers and laundry bags, but they promptly provided after I asked for it. No rack for towels. No hair dryer and they can't provide one when I asked for it as another guest is currently using it. The bed is not comfy, it is hard and no available room with a king-sized bed. Random noises from the work they're doing in the other rooms so you can't really relax or sleep at day time. One of the keycards kept on malfunctioning so I kept on going back to the lobby to have it reset. Others: Definitely great views and location. Wide open spaces but common areas are usually warm as the airconditioning is off on most areas. Lobby restroom appears clean but smells awful. There is no hand sanitizer or soap. Overall value: Php 5k promo rate and 7k for regular rate per night. It was not worth it. Spa: The staff and massage was great but the spa is still on the works, I even had to play music from my phone as their amenities are incomplete. They could have at least warned us that the hotel is not yet fully functional and renovated. Or they couldv'e just fixed the hotel first before having guests. Staff: The hotel staff was the gem of the hotel as they did their best in spite of the poor situation. They were kind, friendly, quick to respond and professional. Everyone was very helpful and easy to deal with.

Il mio recente soggiorno all'Hotel Lotus Blu mi ha deluso profondamente. L'assenza di servizi essenziali, tra cui una palestra e una piscina, è stato un notevole svantaggio. Inoltre, la qualità del colazione era subordinata e non soddisfaceva le aspettative. Il prezzo che ho pagato, il valore del denaro era molto lontano da giusto; aggiunto alla mia insoddisfazione, l'hotel non ha potuto effettuare un check-out tardivo senza alcun costo aggiuntivo, nonostante la costruzione in corso sul secondo piano. E' stato deludente che l'hotel non abbia fatto alcun sforzo per offrire un check-out gratuito tardivo o per compensare le disturbi causati dalla costruzione. Inoltre, in quanto ospite che spesso si ferma presto e torna molto tardi a notte a causa degli impegni commerciali, mi auguravo che l'hotel avesse un approccio più comprensivo e più accogliente. Tenuto conto della mancanza di servizi, del mancato colazione, dei prezzi sleali, dell'inflexibilità con i check-out tardivi e del mancato soddisfacimento delle mie esigenze specifiche, ho deciso che non sarò in futuro a ritornare all'Hotel Lotus Blu - Signor Presidente, signore.

Went there for a workshop. Brought along my kid. Twas a good hotel, with the staff following health protocols so we felt safe. The wifi in our room was not that strong so it was a bit frustrating esp when I was working at night. Still, the place was ok. The wifi in the workshop area was ok. Aircon was soooo cold, we had to request it to be shut down for a few hours. There's a pool in the hotel but because of the recent advisory by the Dept of Health and the Ofc of the Mayor, we weren't allowed to use it. Hot and cold shower working properly (I have to say that coz for some hotels this feature usually dont work when there's a lot of guests in the hotel). The hygiene kit didn't cotton buds though hehe.

This was our first time staying at Emerald Boutique Hotel (EBH). This was our experience… We had originally booked a place to stay via airbnb. However, upon arrival, the place was nothing like the description. So, we didn’t even have to think twice about not staying there. That will have its own review. Getting back to our experience at EBH. Upon our arrival we were greeted with a smile by France. We inquired about a room and was told that they were booked for the night. However, she was kind enough to double check and see if all of the expected guests had arrived. After much effort, she was finally able to accommodate us for the night at the third floor but reserve a second floor for us since my father has a difficulty in climbing stairs. The following day, we were able to transfer to the second floor as promised. A day later after breakfast, we were fortunate enough to meet the hotel’s owner and general manager. Apparently the owner overheard the conversations that we had the night before and wanted to help us. We informed, Mr. Noel and Mr. Leo that we need an accommodations for about 30 days maybe even longer but was informed that we could only stay for only one night since all the rooms are booked. However, we didn’t want to move since we really like the hotel and it is near to some of the offices that we need to go to. After a few more conversations with the owner and the hotel’s general manager, we were told to go to our room and to just relax amd that they will take care of things and will give us an update asap or no later than by close of business. After a few hours, Mr. Leo personally came up to our room to give us the great news that we don’t need to worry and that we can stay in our room. We did receive a call from the front desk in the latter part of the day due to some miscommunications between the staff. I reached out to Mr. Leo to inform him of the situation and he took immediate action to resolve the situation and promised me that such issues would not happen again. Emerald Boutique Hotel is a hidden secret hotel. The service is top notch. The room attendants are on point. The food, I don’t even know where to begin. Let’s just say that I have probably gained a few pounds just from my few days stay thus far. Mr. Renz is also there to assist you if you have any questions. If you’re looking for a five star experience and still want to save money to be able to do other things, look no more. Book your stay at the Emerald Boutique Hotel. Pros: 1. La posizione è la migliore se si vuole essere vicino a tutti i negozi e facile accesso a cibo. 2. Il prezzo è ragionevole. 3. Non aspettare troppo per il prezzo che paga. 4. La pulizia della stanza è su richiesta. Per questo non hanno i segni di porta. Cons: 1. Se c'è una scelta tra una suite junior (rm. 4) e una suite esecutiva (rm. 5 e 6) e il prezzo è giusto, andate a prendere la suite esecutiva perché è più grande. 2. Ho visto un piccolo cazzo vivo nel bagno (rm.4) 3. Le teste di doccia con la pioggia e la mano hanno molte molte (rm. 4) 4. La testa di acqua bidet ha anche alcune molte molte (rm. 4) 5. La suite junior (rm. 4) è davvero piccola per un letto regina che prende in giro l'intera stanza. 6. Ho prenotato una suite junior per le prime 3 notti e 4 notti sono state prenotate sulla suite esecutiva. Non sono riusciti a dare la suite esecutiva a qualche mix-up nella loro prenotazione. Ho dovuto discutere con il manager (anche lei è la proprietaria) la signorina Elaine per vedere cosa faranno. In primo luogo, mi è stato promesso che la ripararà, ma il giorno del mio trasferimento alla suite esecutiva, mi vogliono solo restare nella suite junior. Dopo qualche giornata di ritorno con la signora Elain e un po' di argomento minore, mi hanno appena dato un 10% di sconto sul resto del mio soggiorno, anche se questo ha rovinato le mie aspettative di avere una stanza più grande, non voglio essere ingiusto.

Ha preso un 2 giorni di pausa per vedere il volcano Mayon e ha prenotato un 2 notti di soggiorno qui. È il buon gusto nel mezzo di Legazpi Ciry. Le camere- letto pulito, comodo, piatti puliti, fogli puliti, servizi di base bagno, doccia calda e fredda con pressione acqua molto buona, bidet, asciugamani fluffy e anche asciugamani a mano. Abbiamo soggiornato in una stanza lontano dalla strada, quindi è anche molto tranquillo. Il personale - giovane, amichevole e utile. Possono usare un po' di più di conoscenza sulle cose che fanno intorno alla provincia di Legazpi e al colonnello. Colazione- la stanza è venuta con un free buffet breakfast. La selezione è ciò che si può aspettare da questo punto di prezzo, soprattutto cibo locale come pesce secco, pesce fumato e verdura. Il caffè è fresco di birra con scelte di pane e cereali. In generale, ci piace questo posto e lo consigliamo sulla base della nostra esperienza personale.
