Abbiamo avuto un bel tempo di soggiorno nel bellissimo Chateau de Mazan, i terreni e le strutture sono molto elegante, la piscina con molti alberi ombreggianti è stata perfetta per il calore di 40 gradi e il personale dall'Hotel Manager al, Il cameriere, il personale della ricezione e tutti gli aspettatori che abbiamo incontrato da colazione a bevande notturne tardi, erano molto amichevoli, utili e piaceri di affrontarli.Abbiamo mangiato a Bistro un giorno in un soggiorno perfetto, E cena qualche volta, la qualità del cibo locale e l'esperienza del cuoco erano molto evidenti.

The previous reviews aren't wrong! Our room was great - bigger than we expect in France - and very comfortable. The wonderful woman on reception was brilliant and helped us book a table in the only restaurant open on a Sunday night in Carpentras (it was a great meal, by the way!) The garage is secure and is, it must be said, a couple of minutes' walk away. But there is a little driveway at the front of the hotel so you can load/unload with ease. I was just glad to have secure parking! Breakfast was good, with plenty of choice and a calm atmosphere. All in all, a good choice if you're stayingg in Carpentras!

Abbiamo avuto una bella e relax vacanza in questo bellissimo hotel. La nostra camera era ben decorata e aveva una vista fantastica. Tutti i membri del personale parlano bene l'inglese e sono molto utili. Abbiamo visitato alla fine di ottobre, ma la piscina all'aperto era ancora aperta (28 gradi), il ristorante Michelin stella dell'hotel era già chiuso per l'inverno, ma il suo ristorante più informale era aperto. Il bar fa anche dei pasti. La nostra esperienza del ristorante Le table du Ventoux è stata mischiata. Il servizio era molto amichevole, ma il cibo era un po' deludente. Ho avuto un pesce del giorno che era un mongolo. Era cucinata bene, ma nuotava in una salsa di burro, un po' come una zuppa. Non sono sicuro perché nessuno volesse mangiare così tanta salsa... il pollo del mio marito era un po' asciutto. Abbiamo avuto una buona raccomandazione dal concierge di visitare un vigneto a Châteauneuf-du-Pape. La gente del valet auto è sempre molto utile e l'hotel ha un servizio di turndown. Un bel extra è stato un bicchiere dolce gratuito al minibar.

la struttura sarebbe, e', molto bella. Probabilmente di inizio 1900, con una scala in pietra e balaustra in ghisa meravigliosa. Cementine di recupero ed una veranda molto molto belli. Il viale di accesso con i cipressi e' scenografico e invitante. La camera era grande, con angolo doccia e lavandino e il wc separato come si trova spesso in Francia. Peccato che: il riassetto e la pulizia giornaliera non sono stati fatti (e non ho trovato mensione ne' sul sito dell'hotel ne' sulla loro pagina di ***********), nella struttura ci sono un gatto e un cane e c'era un forte odore di pipi' ovunque. I lenzuolo di sotto era rotto, aveva uno strappo...gli asciugamani erano di 3 colori diversi e macchiati di varichina...La colazione viene servita nella veranda : succo d'arancia, yogurt fatto in casa, pane e cornetti. Marmellate e su richiesta la proprietaria, molto carina, vi prepara delle uova al momento oppure vi serve formaggi e affettati. Peccato per il disordine...la poca attenzione ai dettagli, un cuscino di un divanetto era per terra il primo giorno e dopo 3 gg era ancora li', cose buttate un po' a caso. Dalla ns camera si accedeva ad un'area della casa disabitata e in fase di ristrutturazione. Chiudi la porta e metti via la chiave, puo' anche esser pericoloso. In generale la stuttura avrebbe bisogno di un pochino piu' di cura e di attenzione per esser veramente apprezzata in tutta la sua bellezza. In giardino e' presente una piccola piscina, molto carina e pulita peccato che davanti ci siano piante incolte e non curate e la nascondono quando invece dovrebbe esser in bella vista perche' e' un punto a favore della struttura. La posizione e' eccellente per girare i dintorni.
