Situato in una posizione comoda per i trasporti dalla stazione di Losanna Garre, è stato fantastico raggiungere Montreux e Vevey; inoltre, tutto il personale dell'hotel è stato molto gentile e disponibile, quindi mi sono divertito tantissimo durante il mio soggiorno.

Questo hotel è pessimo, abbiamo riscontrato quattro cose spiacevoli: 1. Al momento del check-in, abbiamo fornito un ordine di pagamento Ctrip, ma la reception ci ha comunque chiesto di pagare la tariffa della camera in eccesso. Successivamente, su nostra richiesta, l'hotel è stato molto impaziente e non disposto a elaborare un rimborso è lungo. Sospetto che l'hotel stia commettendo una frode dannosa. 2. Abbiamo prenotato una camera tripla e fornito tre passaporti e abbiamo ricordato all'addetto alla reception, ma la camera aveva solo un letto grande e il divano era vuoto. Su nostra richiesta è stato trasformato in un divano letto. 3. La serratura della porta è rotta. 4. Da stamattina l'ascensore è fuori servizio e tutti gli ospiti devono fare le scale.

1. Nessun sistema di drenaggio, il nostro bagno era allagato dall'acqua della vasca 2. Niente pantofole 3. Niente caffè o zucchero 4. Nessun bollitore 5. Nessun biscotto o altro in omaggio 6. Sono venuti alle 22:00 per portarci degli asciugamani extra da mettere sul pavimento del bagno a causa dell'allagamento; il personale ha bussato due volte e poi si è intrufolato nella nostra stanza. 7. Pavimento in moquette, pieno di polvere 8. Abbiamo lasciato la nostra carta (chiave) nella stanza e il personale delle pulizie l'ha presa, per qualche motivo

Questo albergo è fantastico! È situato in posizione ideale e il personale della reception è molto cordiale. Un argomento davvero importante per me è l'insonorizzazione. Non sentiamo nulla nei corridoi e dormiamo benissimo. Le camere sono spaziose e il bagno con doccia è abbastanza grande. La struttura è ben protetta. Se non possiedi la tessera non puoi accedere alle camere. Mi è piaciuto molto il mio soggiorno in questo hotel, ritornerei sicuramente! 👌🏿👌🏿👌🏿

Molto felice di essere stato aggiornato. Le camere sono discrete e pulite. La nostra camera era silenziosa. Direi che l'hotel è un po' fuori dal centro città, ma a una distanza molto ragionevole a piedi. Buon prezzo!

La posizione è buona, vicino al centro storico di Losanna. La stanza è piccola e la stanza assegnata è nell'angolo. La forma della stanza è irregolare e la chiave magnetica non funziona. È molto scomodo chiedere ogni volta al personale di entrare. Il personale è abbastanza cordiale.

La posizione è remota. Ci vogliono più di dieci minuti per raggiungere qualsiasi stazione della metropolitana. La stanza è piccola e le strutture sono nella media.

Il prezzo prenotato tramite Ctrip era più caro del prezzo all'ingresso dell'hotel. La camera dell'hotel era molto semplice e non aveva nulla.
