This hotel stay was arranged by Silversea following a cruise from Guayaquil to Valparaiso, with return flights from Santiago. Our room was comfortable; food, wines and service in the restaurant were generally excellent. We had a late-evening flight out of Santiago, so the hotel folks graciously let us stay in our room until 3:00 p.m. If back in Santiago, we'll definitely consider staying here again.

Non consiglio l'alloggio. I don’t recommend this hotel. Sono estremamente rivoltato con il servizio spiacevole che ho ricevuto durante il mio soggiorno in questo alloggio. Sono deciso di cambiare l'orario del caffè senza avvertire gli ospiti. Come si può decidere di cambiare l'orario del caffè senza nemmeno avvertire gli ospiti? Questa è una mancanza di rispetto totale con chi ha fidato dell'alloggio. Abbiamo inviato messaggi all'hotel prima di iniziare il soggiorno per confermare l'orario del caffè che avrebbe iniziato alle 6:00. L'hotel ha confermato. Arrivando alle 6:00, il funzionario del ristorante ci ha informato che non potevamo mangiare perché avevano cambiato l'orario. Risultato: ci siamo fermati un giorno senza colazione e gli altri abbiamo dovuto mangiare correndo per dare tempo per i passeggiati. L'hotel ha creato un grande disturbo. Abbiamo chiesto di parlare con il manager, che non era e non aveva previsioni di tempo o giorno per apparire. Un hotel senza manager a posto!!! Speravo di iniziare la mia giornata con un pasto adeguato, solo per scoprire che l'orario è stato modificato arbitrariamente, lasciandomi senza opzioni fattibili. Questo è inaccettabile e mostra una totale mancanza di considerazione dall'esperienza dei clienti. Non apprezzano chiaramente la soddisfazione degli ospiti e hanno dimostrato una grave mancanza di professionalità. Chiediamo il rimborso del 1 giorno di colazione che non abbiamo avuto e non ci hanno rimborsato sinceramente deluso,

Ottimo ubicazione in una delle migliori zone della città. Nelle vicinanze del metro e di un centro commerciale antico. Nuovi dipartimenti, ben decorati e con tutte le comodità. Contiene auto ampia, ottima vista, aria e sole. Raccomando i piani alti per il rumore della strada e del metro (c'è un'apertura proprio davanti all'edificio). Il servizio di pulizia è quotidiano, ma non è profondo. Domenica non si effettua il lavandino. L'abbigliamento bianco cambia ogni 4 giorni (se cade il cambiamento un giorno domenica, ogni 5 giorni ....). Durante il giorno ci sono molti ristoranti, dato che è una zona di uffici e alloggi; anche se per le notti la maggior parte sono chiusi. Si può camminare al Parco Araucano, al Parco Shopping Arauco e al centro commerciale Open Kennedy. È una zona sicura rispetto ad altre di Santiago dove gli amici degli alieni sono abbondanti ...

Reuben was incredibly gracious and helpful during our stay. He went above and beyond any customer care service I have ever experienced in the hotel industry, or any industry for that matter. During my career over the past 30 years I have stayed no less than 150 nights a year in hotels. You need to clone Reuben, or at least use him to teach other managers how to emulate his professionalism.

This was our second trip to Santiago and to this hotel, we really enjoyed our first trip so decided to stay again. Wasn’t as good as the first stay but the hotel is nice and clean. It has good spaces with a living wall, restaurant and bar area with outside seating. Clean rooms, breakfast was not very inspiring mainly continental with limited hot food offerings. Now for the negatives Diamond member and we didn’t receive a room upgrade which was disappointing as the hotel wasn’t busy and my family who are gold were giving an upgrade we checked in at the same time (us first). Terrible room keys had to have them changed 3 times as they stopped working and reception staff didn’t seem too concerned about the inconvenience. On checkout I asked to pay with part cash I was told that this couldn’t be done due to taxes, which I’ve never experienced in the past at any Hilton, Felt that Daniel was very unhelpful and didn’t seem to really want let me pay with any cash as it wasn’t convenient for him. Shower temperature is impossible to get right either too hot or too cold.

Un balcone piccolo può vedere il paesaggio fuori. C'è un lavabo sopra, ed è molto conveniente, che richiede un pagamento in moneta o in codice.Ci sono piccoli supermercati, negozi convenienti, e colazione, pizza di caramelle rosse, insomma, molto conveniente.L'unico punto da spiegare è che la reception è molto difficile trovare. Nel quarto più alto del corridoio a destra del corridoio al secondo piano, prendi attenzione alla porta della stanza è ancora chiusa.Abbiamo salito diverse volte e abbiamo chiesto alla porta alla fine.
