What a lovely place,arrived at about 10pm, notice on the board telling us where our apartment was and keys in the door, beautiful apartment very clean and comfy,had a good sleep in very comfy beds, got up and had breakfast in the pool bar, excellent food all cooked to order and hot, pool area was very clean and tidy plenty of sun beds, very peaceful place to stay, not to far from the centre of Puerto del Carmen about 5 minute walk, over all a lovely place to stay, would I come agen most definitely, the only other thing I would say a microwave in the apartment would be good!! The staff were excellent nothing to much trouble, and very friendly

We spent 4 nights in the livvo oasis on a little mini moon, the apartments basic but honestly for the price we paid it went beyond our expectations. Beds comfortable, bathroom TINY like TIINNNYYY...trying to maneuver onto the loo really lovely kitchen/sitting area. Perfect for a couple getaway but wouldn't be suitable for kids imo! Pool bar nice and reasonable. Pool area spotless clean...Pool BALTIC but again to be expected in nov and we dived in regardless! All in all we enjoyed our stay and would return in a heartbeat for a couples stay! ***** only less than 5 min walk! Thanks to reception for the bottle of cava to celebrate our "honeymoon"..a nice little touch!

The apartments are in a great location, basic but clean, lovely food at the snack bar and friendly staff. All areas were very clean. So far so good . The pool area has lots of sun beds but it doesn’t stop everyone rushing out as soon as it opens to claim their beds then disappearing for the day. and the beds are so close together which is not great when you end up next to smokers , each to their own but I don’t want to smoke your cigarette thanks. There should be a designated smoking are for smokers. The biggest issue for me was the beds in the apartment, they are rock hard, now I love a firm mattress but these were like sleeping on the floor, I struggled with tiredness through lack of sleep and a bad back all holiday which is such a shame as I loved everything else about these apartments. Sadly I wouldn’t choose to stay here again because of the beds and smoking.

We are just back from here after staying 4 nights in a superior room. We have stayed here a few times and once again a great visit. We emailed ahead to ask for a specific room 212 and it was granted so we were happy with this, we also got a late check out for 30 euros , I know a specific room and late check out isn’t always guaranteed and it’s only on a chance that they can give the holiday makers this. Room was spotless and staff here especially reception staff are so efficient and nothing is a problem. The complex itself is very chilled and not noisy and we have a great 4 nights here. We will defo return again in the future .

Just returned from our second visit to the Oasis in Puerto del Carmen and again our holiday was amazing, The apartments are immaculately clean and we had the fantastic Lydia who looked after us and cleaned our apartment, I requested a couple of extra pillows off her and no bother when we returned from the pool they were on our beds, the beds are really comfortable and the Air conditioning makes all the difference in the room. We visited this time in September and the swimming pool was pretty full but still plenty of beds available for you to relax and enjoy the fantastic weather. there is an onsite Bar / Cafe were Charlie or Ali will serve small breakfast or hot snacks tea/Coffee and Beers all day long (very reasonable prices) £2.10 for a pint of ice cold Tropical larger. (Sept 2024) The apartments are close the ***** maybe 8 minuets walk also there is a Spar supermarket at the end of the road or a small convenience shop on the first corner. The complex is really good if you are considering taking kids as the whole complex is surrounded by a wall and is secure with 2 spring loaded gates so small children cant wander and gives you great peace of mind. Can I point out that we met other guests there who told us that they have visited the Oasis time and time again over the years and we can now say we are also in this category as we have booked the oasis again for next year . All in all this is a lovely friendly complex people are great and I believe you wont be disappointed with the Complex, apartment, staff and management at the Oasis. Great apartments, clean and have everything you need. friendly staff. We had breakfast included which was lovely, Charlie in the pool bar was very friendly and helpful. Nice size pool and no sunbed wars, relaxed atmosphere. Not far from the main *****

We stayed at these apartments for 5 nights in May 2024 (finally got around to leaving this review). We were not in a superior apartment but we absolutely loved our stay and will return in future. We stayed in a second floor apartment and it was great! Very clean, lovely balcony area and had everything we needed. We relaxed around the pool most days and never had problems getting a sunbed. The poolside bar was good too. All staff were friendly and helpful. These apartments are also in a great location for supermarkets, restaurants and the beach. I would definitely stay here again in future. We had a great holiday!

These unpretentious apartments are situated a few minutes off the main ***** making them an ideal holiday location. The reception staff are friendly and helpful and can assist with excursions and information if required. The small pool bar provides excellent breakfasts and snacks at reasonable prices, with great service from Charley and Ana. We stayed in a superior room which has a well appointed bedroom with comfortable bed , lots of wardrobe space and mini space. The main room has a sofa bed and small kitchen area with all the utensils you need. The bathroom has a powerful shower and basic toiletries provided. One small issue for management - it’s time for new bathroom towels.

No fuss appartments, quick check in,one min to room,room nice and clean ,charli at the bar as accommodating as ever,five min walk down to sea front ,feel safe walking round on a night time,been last two years and will definitely return next feb/march

Had a fantastic week stay here last week. Excellent location and staff very friendly. Beds could be a bit more comfortable, and another pillow wouldn't go a miss. Nice and quiet apartments and no fighting for sunbeds. Pool was absolutely freezing, but that didn't stop our child going in. A short walk to the beach and all amenities. Would definitely return here.

Really enjoyed our stay here at Livvo Oasis apartments for 5 nights. There is everything you need, it’s relaxed and close to the seaside and all restaurants and amenities. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly and not to be missed is the pool bar chef and superstar Charlie who cooks lovely food and is always in good spirits

Firstly the rooms are spotless.We where in superior room it was still very basic so wouldn't like to see the standard rooms.Bed sheet I think should be changed twice in the week towels to small And shabby. There is no night time staff .First night we couldn't get into room as the lock was broke we had to ask nebours also to help. I phoned the emergency number they had but was an answering machine not a good set up.Lucky for us after about an hr we managed to get the door open.Next day I got the mantiance man who was very helpful and got a new lock put on the door nothing was to much trouble for this man .Very helpful. Wouldn't return to these apartments. To basic for us but was a spur of the moment booking Again I think there should be someone on in the evening incase needed.

Had another lovely holiday at the Oasis it was so relaxing . We had a lower superior room and the place is so clean and quiet at night.. The staff work hard and are always so friendly. Charlies bar is still great value and nice to see Anna back. And that Ali is going to be dad soon . Wee Cassie took a wee shine to him and she loved the choc cake you gave her . Hope to see you all soon .

The third time we have stayed and it was great, all the staff are very friendly and welcoming [a special shout to the lovely lady who cleaned our room 111 she was great] the rooms are very spacious and very comfortable with a good bathroom, fully equipped for s/c,they are kept spotless, the pool bar offers good food and drinks at very reasonable prices, would recommend to anyone and will be going back , thank you to all at the oasis for another great holiday
