Hotel vicino a Centro Scienza Orlando, Orlando

Il personale è molto entusiasta, dando la sensazione di ritorno alla gente. Tutti i turisti che vivono qui sono molto amici. Ci incontreremo e ci saluterà.La stanza dell'hotel è pulita, pulita e non molti tipi di colazione, ma può mangiare dolce, latte e yogurt liberi. We were a family of 5: 2 adults 3 teens booked for 2 nights. We got to the hotel late, 10:30 pm, the check in line was long so check in was around 11. We booked and received a suite, 3 queen bed, 1 bathroom, pool view. The room was cute and generally clean with the exception of some liquid splatters on the walls here and there. A key had been provided for each person in our group for the free hour entry into the parks however we learned that you also have to use the card key to turn on the lights in the room. There either wasn’t a fan in the bathroom or it wasn’t working and though there were plenty of towels there were only 4 washcloths (original booking was for 6 individuals). We parked our rental in the parking garage and though it wasn’t terrible, it is a bit of a walk to the elevators. If you don’t want to go off site for food the food there was okay (at least during dinner time, don’t know what they served for lunch/breakfast) and honestly reasonable priced with a range number of options. But there are plenty of options in the surrounding area. Any beverages and snacks of course are higher in price. The buses to the park were clean with ride being 5-10 minutes and we never really had to wait coming and going from the park. They cleaned the room when we went to the park however again didn’t provide enough washcloths. I called front desk about it however had to end up hunting down house keeping about an hour later to get one and even that was almost not successful. Overall the stay was okay and I guess you can expect to feel safe as I was told by my husband that a female security guard followed him to our room after he asked for directions. But again everything was good until we got home and realized our personal keys that we kept in the middle console of the rental and had both our home and car keys on had been stolen. Security did claim to check the room we had checked out of with of course no success and then afterwards it took some time for them to truly understand the situation, after being placed on hold a couple of times and then transferred to I’m assuming their supervisor who at first sounded irritated I was then told that there are no cameras in the parking garage. They did take down my contact information and description of the keys but also indicated that having “over 8,000 visitors” at the hotel a day that it may take some time to know if the keys are ever found. So in other words don’t leave ANYTHING important in your vehicle.

Hotel è situato tra universale e Disney. Shuttle bus gratuito, tuttavia, il bus è molto occupato. Colazione hotel molto di base e deludente. Non molte opzioni. Camere da letto sono modernamente decorate, tuttavia, alcune questioni. I bug e le anatre di letto dovevano chiedere di cambiare le foglie. Non cambiarono e quando ho chiesto di pulire la stanza mi mantenevo ignorato fino a quando finalmente dovevo coinvolgere il personale superiore. Ant’s sicuramente un problema in hotel . È stato utile che si offrissero prodotti da bagno a pieno formato gratuito. AC è in un momento e non può essere controllato, quindi può diventare molto freddo nella stanza e il letto è sottile.

Driving up to the hotel it looked promising, lift up to our floor felt bit old but worked well with the style, rooms were ok but looked like it could do with some freshening up. First thing we noticed was a stain on one of the pillowcases, this made us wonder whether the beds were properly changed or cleaned, we did see a single strand of hair in the bathtub but gave it the benefit of the doubt that could be the cleaner if they did clean it. Sadly on the website it states luxury toiletries- well these were disappointing and did not feel it. We were provided with one set for two people. That is one shampoo, one conditioner, one body lotion, no shower gel, (you get a shower in the room) one face soap, one hand soap. The hot water kettle dispenser was not cleaned as when we went to do an initial clean there was a lot of black stuff coming out, we had no coffee in the room either. We had to go ask reception to give us a new one and that’s when we found out we should have had coffee provided with the kettles. So far very disappointing, We found out during our stay that the hotel doesn’t clean your room on a daily basis and we weren’t aware of this so our bins were over filling, we had to ask for toilet roll, and new towels. When we received the towels in the bedroom whilst we were out they were left on top of the toilet. Not exactly the best or cleanest place to put if especially if we haven’t had the room cleaned for a good few days. If you want your room cleaned I expect you will need to let reception know. I’ve stayed at Marriotts before and I’ve never experienced it where they don’t clean your room and I don’t mind if they don’t do it on a daily basis but they should inform you at reception when you check in. We stayed during Hurricane Milton and we were very disappointed as international tourists not to have received any information from the hotel that it was coming and what to do/ how to stay safe/ whether there was going to be reduced restaurant opening times/ services. This was our first hurricane. We instead received much more information and advice from our Uber drivers such as to stock up on food and water. Our other information was from alerts we received on our phones and also by watching the news otherwise we would have been none the wiser. We are aware that other hotels received a note under their door as a minimum. We were looking to hire a car but this hotel charges 27 dollars to park a day. So we decided to use Uber and actually turned out cheaper for us so bear this in mind. The pros: It’s very central and icon park is about 5 mins away, lots of bars and restaurants along the the drive in either direction. Close to the parks if that’s what you’re here for. Reception staff are very nice and really get straight on to the case when you need something. Two people who stood out for us was firstly Joe, who was standing outside one day as myself and my friend were deciding to visit a mall was so helpful. He even gave us some leaflets to hand it at our destination to get discounts and a free bag. He was really friendly and chatty and a great sense of humour. The second person was Ryan, from housekeeping was also very helpful when my friend was after some items for our room. Very cheerful. I’d only recommend this hotel if you just want somewhere to sleep for a few days. I wouldn’t come back here again not for a holiday as I feel the basic expectations of a hotel service was lacking. Can’t fault any of the staff we dealt with.

Avevamo una suite Superior King, la camera era fantastica, pulita e con molti asciugamani. Siamo arrivati ​​in anticipo, purtroppo non è stato possibile accontentarli, ma ci hanno tenuto i bagagli e ci hanno accompagnato in un'area (palestra) dove ci hanno aperto le porte per permetterci di riempire le bottiglie d'acqua e rilassarci. Quando siamo andati a fare il check-in circa 20 minuti prima, la gentile signora che ci aveva assistito in precedenza era occupata. Quindi un giovane ha iniziato a fare il check-in per noi. Ci ha detto che non c'erano camere King disponibili e ci ha chiesto se ne avessimo bisogno. Ho risposto che era quello che preferivamo e, improvvisamente, una camera si è liberata. STRANO. Ci ha fatto il check-in senza dire nulla, ho dovuto chiedere io a che ora fosse la colazione, come funzionasse il Wi-Fi e informazioni sulla navetta. Il servizio per pizza e bevande al bar nella hall era ottimo. La colazione era buona, con molta scelta, anche frutta fresca. Siamo usciti per la giornata e la cameriera era proprio fuori dalla nostra camera a pulire la stanza accanto. Le abbiamo detto che stavamo uscendo e che poteva pure pulire quando voleva. 22 ore dopo siamo tornati e abbiamo trovato asciugamani sporchi per terra, ecc. Non aveva pulito la nostra camera. Hanno delle camere bellissime, ma è evidente che non formano adeguatamente il personale.

Ai bambini piace molto; il letto grande è particolarmente comodo quando sono stanchi dopo aver giocato.

Ci piaceva il nostro soggiorno in questo hotel, la nostra posizione e la nostra camera. Il personale è a casa. La colazione è stata buona, ma spero che anche un buffet per colazione sarà disponibile per avere più opzioni per il colazione gratuito incluso. Sicuramente ribookerò qui per viaggi e soggiorni futuri.

Hotel economico molto conveniente. La stanza era grande, consentito il check-in precoce. L'abbiamo usata solo per dormire per la notte e raggiungere l'universo. E' quanto vicino all'universo come i loro propri resort. C'era un certo rumore, le pareti sono sottili ma diverso da quello che l'hotel ha superato le nostre aspettative

Questo hotel, buona posizione, il servizio è anche molto buono, il personale sorride, il colazione è considerato buono a un certo livello, l'unico punto in basso è che la camera alla materassi e la bagno ha un piccolo cucciolo. L'hotel è rinnovato fino al letto, ma alcuni di loro non completano la stanza, c'è una vecchia parte e ci sono dei cazzoni che vivono in essa.

Hotel perfetto per qualche giorno ad Orlando. Colazione abbondante e con diverse opzioni dolci e salati. Palestra e servizi compresi!
