Holiday Inn ORLANDO EAST - UCF AREA by IHG

The bathroom was very small the toilet was too close to the shower. It was difficult to to shower. Asked the staff if they can switch us to an assesible room, because I had an elderly adult with a walker. The price was the same for the room, she said yes at first but then said she couldn't because we booked from a third party. We been in that hotel before, and it's been done. Don't know if she didn't know how to do it, or the hotel policy has changed to help accommodate guest in certain situations. We were told to request at the hotel, disappointed with the expectation.

Very lovely hotel! The man who checked us in was very nice and made it a good vibe from the start. Only issues we came across was our toilet wasn't working and the front desk never sent anyone to fix it, and the mirror light didn't work. Parking was amazing, rooms were clean and the staff we did physically interact with were amazing!!

房間裏一股奇怪的味道，很難聞

Very nice staff, clean and spacious room. The bathroom could be larger, the door doesn't open completely as it's limited by the toilet bowl.

Since the hotel is in the middle of some renovation work things were a little dusty but very clean..we needed to change our room because of a mildew smell which my niece was very sensitive to but this was done with care and consideration..overall the stay was very pleasant I would stay there again.. The staff is outstanding all the things you want in the people running a hotel

I stayed at two Holiday Inn locations in Florida this trip and neither of the showers were level. The doors wouldn’t stay open and this one was leaning so far the water puddled up on one end. There were screw holes in the walls and the bathroom walls were unfinished. The staff were great. Pleasant and helpful. The location is perfect for Busch Gardens.

I had forgotten my phone charger and my phone was dead. I was afraid I would oversleep and miss my flight so I asked for a wake up knock on my door at 7:30AM and they did that for me. Very helpful!

Staff was amazing! Room 608 had a humid musty smell … we think coming from the carpet. Wish the rooms were tile or hardwood floors.

Room was pretty clean to eye but had a very odd smell. Ice machine was out of order and there was a very funky smell coming from the hall it was in. Check in was pretty easy. I would say the staff is the highlight of the facility.
