Hotel vicino a Museo Nazionale Postale, Washington D.C.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Hilton Washington. The bed is very comfortable with high-quality bedding, which made for a great night’s sleep. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The gym is spacious and well equipped; although some of the equipment is a bit outdated, it still works well and gets the job done. Overall, a very nice hotel and I would definitely stay here again.

L'hotel nel suo complesso è molto buono, in primo luogo molto pulito, la stanza è molto grande, il letto è molto grande, ho controllato fondamentalmente molto pulito, e il bagno è molto pulito. In termini di posizione, nella posizione centrale della città, anche se un po' lontano dalla stazione della metropolitana, il rapporto prezzo non è male. È possibile andare alla Casa Bianca. Ci sono anche grandi negozi sottostanti. Non molto lontano è anche un mercato intero alimentare. È possibile acquistare molte cose che ci servono quotidianamente. Il servizio è basicamente in posizione e pulisce la stanza ogni giorno. In generale, le strutture sono buone, perché senza lavaggio liquido, la testa di acqua è difficile controllare la quantità di acqua (sentito mancanza di lubrificazione), e la luce complessiva della stanza è insufficiente in questi tre aspetti, spero che l'hotel possa migliorare.

Hotel situato vicino al centro commerciale nazionale e a molti musei Smithsonian. È in una zona tranquilla con ristoranti e caffè minimi. Il pranzo complimentare è buono con caffè e tè gratuito per tutto il giorno e la notte.

Clean, spacious, and very cosy. The room was comfortable and well maintained, and the coffee products were especially impressive. A very pleasant stay overall.

La posizione dell'hotel, vicino all'Università di Washington, è più sicura. Sto camminando per circa dodici minuti alla memoria di Lincoln. Non sono lontano dalla Casa Bianca (ora di calcolo non prelevata). 2～3 isolati fuori dal quartiere hanno supermercato e metro per soddisfare le esigenze quotidiane. L'hotel offre colazione gratuita in un piano (comma americana, o uova di latte), e c'è un negozio di pizza 🍕 in un piano. Visita il giorno e visita il tour se torna tardi. Puoi ordinare qui, a seconda dei tuoi bisogni, e il gusto è buono. Il tipo di camera che ho scelto, la camera e lo spazio bagno sono relativamente ampie, relativamente tranquille, il mantenimento della casa ha bisogno di prenotazione anticipata, il servizio del personale della reception è collegato in modo ordinato, la comunicazione è una buona scelta.

A parte l'assenza di frigorifero e bollitore, tutto è a posto. Il distributore d'acqua nei corridoi è ok. Le lenzuola erano bellissime e ho dormito benissimo. Super comodo perché la metropolitana è proprio accanto, a poche fermate dall'aeroporto.

Booked this hotel with the understanding there is an option for buffet breakfast at $10/person as stated in trip.com. Request for this at check-in but hotel declined stating that they only serve ala-carte breakfast. Called trip.com support to resolve issue. However, trip.com unable to solve issue and offer to compensate with trip coins instead and the value of trip coins offered is for 1 person instead of 2 persons as booked for this room. One of the 2 bedside lamps is not in good working condition - light goes out when there is vibration/contact with the lamp. Reported to front desk but the fix was no good. Problem recurred intermittently. A bit of mould on bath tub grouting.

La TV non ha segnali, non posso rinunciare alla debug. La porta della stanza deve chiudere sua volta, o è molto rumorevole, la qualità del pulsante è generalmente alta, l'installazione del software è un po'di perdita di lavoro, soprattutto è che la stanza è piena di odore decorativo sporco, molto timido, molto incomodo, Si consiglia di rimuovere il sapore (non so se è metano) il nuovo hotel ha incontrato la prima volta disgusto

Stayed four nights for a conference across the street at the Hilton. I have stayed here once before and had a good stay. It seems to have gone downhill, as the service was terrible no matter who I spoke to at the front desk. Housekeeping never came my entire stay despite: 1) being told housekeeping is every 2 days (according to one person ) or 3 days (according to a different person); 2) requesting trash pickup, extra hangars, two clean towels on Day 2 and being told it would happen while I was gone for the day; 3) requesting it again on the next day since it didn't happen previously. Again, I returned to my room at the end of the day and it had not happened. Explained this to the front desk upon checkout on Day 4 and they were ”shocked.” No attempt to rectify/compensate though. Another problem was I missed a delivery one evening because the phone was not working in my room. They never fixed it. I was dealing with a different person each time and not a single one was able to address any of the above issues. Last time I am staying here.

We enjoyed our stay here in this safe neighborhood which was a 7 min walk to the Metro. Trader Joe’s across the street was convenient and we made breakfast each day. We were too busy for the fitness center. The laundry is in a small room in the basement with two washers and two dryers for $3.50/load and very nice that they provided the soap and softener. We had a problem with the lock on the door and they moved us to another room as it couldn’t be fixed in one day. I highly recommend!
