Hotel vicino a Museo Hirshhorn, Washington D.C.

La posizione è perfetta per arrivare da Amtrak. La stanza è spaziosa e così è la bagno. L'unica cosa è il tessuto è molto vecchio e indossava che sembrava un po' sporco. Ho dovuto chiedere ai pantaloni di camminare intorno alla stanza. Il personale è gentile, ma non posso dire che fossero molto gentile. Dopo tutto è Hilton e si prevede di essere gentile e professionale. Una cosa da notare è che non c'è un master switch per tutte le luci, gli occupanti devono spendere tutte le luci uno per uno

It is amazing services and experiences with their staffs. Very friendly, very helpful, very kindness especially one of their hotel bar restaurant and her name is “Patz”. She wonderfully kindness and helpful when I struggled with my handbag letting Inside the train when we can off at foggy bottom station. She letting me to use her phone to contact the lost and found metro office and even talk through with me. Very convenient location between at M street and 22nd St NW. 15 min to White House, then few minute to all the Mall surrounded. Then train from foggy bottom to Union station or capitol for capitol, library congress, Supreme Court and all the popular museums/art gallery along the site. The hotel is the best hotel experiences we have had for our entire first trip IN USA. Just a very weird experience that both my sons got bitten by buds or fleas for the stay but it doesn’t happened to me even we in the same room and bed? All well, hopefully they no other customer had this issues. But I still feel lucky and big thank you to the teams, management and all the other onsite staff. Loved it and will definitely back to you for our next trip to DC….xx

My wife, our 5-year-old son, and I recently spent 3 lovely nights at Canopy by Hilton Washington DC Embassy Row during our family trip to the nation’s capital, and it turned out to be the ideal choice for our little family of three. Located in the charming Embassy Row neighborhood, the hotel’s location is truly unbeatable—just a 10-minute walk to Farragut North Metro Station, allowing us to easily reach iconic spots like the National Mall, Smithsonian Museums, and the White House, which were perfect for our curious 5-year-old. We booked a deluxe room with two queen beds, which was spacious and comfortable for the three of us. The room was impeccably clean, with bright, modern decor and soft lighting that made it feel warm and welcoming after long days of sightseeing. The plush beds ensured we all slept well, and the blackout curtains were a lifesaver for our son, who tends to wake up early with sunlight. There were plenty of USB charging ports and free Wi-Fi, which kept our son entertained with his tablet during downtime, and the room had enough space for him to play a little without feeling cramped. What impressed us most was how family-friendly the hotel was, especially for a young child. The staff was incredibly warm and patient; they greeted our son by name after the first day and even gave him a small toy as a welcome gift, which made him feel so special. There were also convenient coffee stations in the lobby, perfect for a quick pick-me-up before we headed out to explore the city with our little one. The complimentary Canopy bikes were a fun activity for our family—our son loved riding in the child seat while my wife and I cycled around the quiet, tree-lined streets of Embassy Row. The concierge was also very helpful, recommending family-friendly restaurants nearby and helping us plan our itinerary to avoid crowds at the museums, which made our trip much smoother. Overall, our stay was wonderful. The hotel’s prime location, comfortable accommodations, and thoughtful, family-focused service made our DC trip unforgettable. We highly recommend Canopy by Hilton Embassy Row to any family traveling with a young child—we couldn’t have asked for a better home base. We will definitely return on our next family trip to Washington DC.

Questa è stata la mia prima visita a Washington, DC, e ho prenotato questo hotel in anticipo perché la posizione era grande e potevo ottenere un prezzo davvero buono scontato. Anche se la camera era elencata come con un letto regina, si sentiva più come un letto doppio o pieno. Mi dispiaceva anche che la camera non aveva una microonde o un frigorifero. La domanda più grande, tuttavia, era quanto fosse polvere la stanza. Penso che sia la prima volta nella mia vita che ho spruzzato più di 50 volte in un giorno. Mi ha disturbato tutto il viaggio, e mi ha sempre fatto stancare di fare un naso di corsa. Alla fine ho dovuto andare al CVS e comprare medicina per l'allergia. Ho scelto questo hotel principalmente per il prezzo, ma se mi rendi conto di Washington, probabilmente pagherò un po' di più e resterei altrove. La maggior parte dei luoghi sono ancora facilmente collegati per metro attraverso Google Maps, quindi raggiungere la città e visitare le attrazioni turistiche non è difficile. Il personale del desk era amichevole e la posizione era conveniente, quindi lo consiglio ancora per i viaggiatori soli. Tuttavia, se viaggiate con due o più persone, suggerirei di prenotare una stanza migliore di quella in cui sono rimasto, anche se costa più.

A parte l'assenza di frigorifero e bollitore, tutto è a posto. Il distributore d'acqua nei corridoi è ok. Le lenzuola erano bellissime e ho dormito benissimo. Super comodo perché la metropolitana è proprio accanto, a poche fermate dall'aeroporto.

PROFESSIONISTI: Sono stato qui per il fine settimana con il mio compagno. Esteticamente, l'hotel è super artistico, divertente e gradevole alla vista. L'arredamento e l'aspetto urlano chic, eccentrico e metropolitano. Dalla hall, adornata con tutti i tipi di libri interessanti, strani ninnoli e sculture colorate, al grazioso e accogliente spazio all'aperto pieno di bella vegetazione, non ho potuto smettere di essere entusiasta di questo hotel durante l'intero viaggio. Lo stile delle camere potrebbe essere descritto come una ”versione europea” dei famosi hotel giapponesi in stile ”Pod”. Le camere erano concise (non anguste) e avevano uno stile di arredamento elegante, moderno e minimalista (scrivania con sedia, panca, mobile con lavandino, struttura del letto con spazio di archiviazione integrato). Pensa ”IKEA incontra un hotel a capsule giapponese elegante e retrò”. Se questo ha senso. LOL. Inoltre tutto nella stanza è controllato tramite un iPad che penso sia davvero fantastico. Anche SMART TV in camera, il che significa accesso illimitato a YouTube, Netflix o praticamente qualsiasi cosa possa essere trasmessa in streaming dal tuo telefono/dispositivo, il che è perfetto dopo una lunga giornata trascorsa esplorando la città. (Puoi anche cambiare il colore dell'illuminazione d'atmosfera nella stanza tramite l'iPad che ha fornito a me e al mio ragazzo ore di intrattenimento fingendo di essere umani post apocalittici intrappolati in un bunker alieno in stile ”Twilight Zone” colorato di verde) Inoltre, se preferisci un materasso duro, troverai il letto dell'hotel molto comodo. Durante la nostra permanenza qui, abbiamo avuto facile accesso a MOLTO buon cibo. Ci sono 2 ristoranti all'interno dell'hotel e un ottimo ristorante mediorientale direttamente dall'altra parte della strada. (Approvo i loro falafel e le patate dolci arrosto. Molto buoni). Ci sono così tanti ristoranti culturali ed etnici nelle immediate vicinanze per coloro che sono mangiatori avventurosi. C'è anche un simpatico Trader Joe's a circa 4 isolati di distanza per rifornire la camera d'albergo di snack e bevande salutari (un must). Inoltre Union Market è abbastanza vicino all'hotel. Non me lo perderei se fossi in te. Grande sala con molti venditori di cibo e anche un po' di shopping. Anche se non hai intenzione di mangiare e vuoi solo ammazzare un po' di tempo, è comunque interessante passeggiare e vedere i cibi fantastici e unici che vendono. Assorbi il piccolo colore locale. Nel complesso, è stata un'esperienza alberghiera assolutamente unica e memorabile che valeva assolutamente il costo. Ben fatto. LF

Non mi è stato però piacere utilizzare le strutture, ma devo congratularmi con il personale per essere sempre utile e amichevole durante il mio soggiorno. Raccomanderò che il personale sia informato su un piano di emergenza o quando vi siano tagli di potere nella zona per attenuare qualsiasi disagio e inconvenienza sperimentati dagli ospiti. Purtroppo, durante il mio soggiorno all'hotel, la potenza è uscita dalle 4:00 fino al momento in cui ho controllato alle 2:00. Sarebbe stato un bel gesto offrire acqua in bottiglia, tassi scontati, coupon o qualche tipo di assistenza agli ospiti che sono stati all'hotel per migliorare la situazione sgradevole di essere senza potere per così tanto tempo. Oltre a questo, penso che l'hotel sia in una buona posizione e è facilmente accessibile a seconda delle vostre esigenze in DC.

By far the worst JW Marriott 'experience' I've had. The elevator system was terrible, often times waiting for 20-30 mins for the elevator, and when it arrives, it's already full, having to wait for other elevators. This elevator system need to be reprogrammed. The fitness center was close and there was no notice anywhere that it was closed. I called the fitness center to ask if the fitness center has moved, the front desk responded I can go to the Westin Hotel fitness center, which was 1 mile away. One evening the fire system went off and we were told to evacuate the hotel, as we were walking down the stairs, they notified it was a false alarm. The location is great, but I will not stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here in this safe neighborhood which was a 7 min walk to the Metro. Trader Joe’s across the street was convenient and we made breakfast each day. We were too busy for the fitness center. The laundry is in a small room in the basement with two washers and two dryers for $3.50/load and very nice that they provided the soap and softener. We had a problem with the lock on the door and they moved us to another room as it couldn’t be fixed in one day. I highly recommend!
