Hotel vicino a Centro di Dallas, Dallas

La suite è fantastica! Una grande esperienza oltre a una chiamata 6.00AM sveglia che non è stata richiesta... Ma hanno fatto un gesto commerciale sul mio conto.

La stanza è molto grande e molto comoda. Il personale della reception è entusiasta e gentile, e il cliente è tornato.Quindi ho trasferito alcuni hotel e ho scelto la casa di nuovo, e tornerò più tardi.

Jeune fille à l’accueil très sympatique. Per contro, abbiamo avuto una camera disabilitata quando non c’è motivo. La notte terribile, si sentono tutti i rumore perché suona molto; poi, alle tre del mattino, un vicino è entrato nella stanza vicina e si sbronzava, si vomitava e ha lasciato l’acqua correre per ore... non ero molto tranquillo. Un hotel de passes non sarebbe stato peggio...

Adoro l'hotel! È pulito e bellissimo. La colazione è la migliore. Anche la vista è stupenda.

Had a quick work trip and was looking for a place that I could get easily back and forth to and from the airport. Grateful for the shuttle service provided by the hotel and for the driver Perry. He is truly a gentleman who cares about his passengers. Quite thoughtful. Given some of the reviews, I was little concerned arriving at the hotel BUT I could not have been more pleasantly surprised. It seems some of the reviews may be for some of their other locations which share the same name. This hotel was spotless. It is less than a year old. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable bedding, pillows, lots of outlets and USB ports throughout, and the bathroom stocked with Dove hand wash, lotion, shampoo, and soaps. The common areas are also great--the gym, the bathrooms, the coffee/tea area, etc. They are well designed and equipped with plenty of seating and charging capability. Also, I want to give a shout out to front desk clerk Cindy. She was working extremely long hours each day I was there and helpful at every turn when I had a question. Others mention the noise of the nearby interstate--that was not a problem for me as I travel so much that I bring with me a hand sized white noise machine. Makes a huge difference. Would stay here again.

Was a guest at the Hyatt as part of the ICSC Red River Conference and was very pleased with most of the experience. There were shuttles available that chauffeured participants between the Hyatt and the Kay Bailey Hutchinson Convention Center, a benefit likely paid for by ICSC but accommodated by the hotel all the same. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was better than average although there were a couple of very small places in the room that could have used more attention. Parking isn't customer friendly, just like everywhere in downtown Dallas: Pay big money for valet service and a parking garage or pay to park on an open, unsecured lot a hundred yards away. The room's HVAC system worked wonderfully, which was great because it was on the west side of the building. The bed was especially comfortable and all of the linens were spotless... Which is always good. Did not get a chance to visit the gym or swimming pool. Did not patronize the restaurant or bar but have had good experiences in both places during past visits. The bottom line: The Hyatt Regency is still a safe bet in Dallas.

Close to the downtown bar scenes and has on site parking. Good location for a night out on the town

Non mi fermerebbero più perché la signora che lavora al desk ha detto alla ragazza che hai in camera mia che devo andare perché ha detto che mi avrebbe fatto venire in un posto come questo. E'solo che ha fatto un'occhiata al mio bello sbaglio e ha cercato di risolverlo.Ha insistito che la ricevuta di mattina era ok. Sì, voglio un rimborso per il tuo inconfortabile soggiorno.

Questo è stato un hotel molto bello e sarò tornato quando sarò di nuovo in città.
