Hotel vicino a Distretto d'Arte Dallas, Dallas

Recentemente sono rimasto al Holiday Inn Express Dallas Downtown, e in generale, è stata una buona esperienza con alcuni disavanzi. In primo luogo, la posizione è fantastica! È a pochi passi da Dealey Plaza, Reunion Tower e molte opzioni da mangiare. Super conveniente se si esplora nel centro di Dallas. Il pranzo complimentare è stato un bel bonus, con una selezione decente per iniziare il giorno. Il personale era amichevole e accogliente, che ha fatto il check-in senza problemi. L'hotel stesso ha un fascino storico, e le camere erano pulite e moderne, anche se un po' più piccole di quanto si aspettavano. Uno dei punti bassi era la situazione di parcheggio, quindi non c'è nessun parcheggio in loco, quindi ho dovuto parcheggiare qualche isolato, che non era ideale. Inoltre, solo un ascensore lavorava durante il mio soggiorno, il che significava più tempo di attesa. Nonostante questi minori sconvolgimenti, ho avuto un soggiorno confortevole. Adoro l'hotel! È pulito e bellissimo. La colazione è la migliore. Anche la vista è stupenda.

Had a quick work trip and was looking for a place that I could get easily back and forth to and from the airport. Grateful for the shuttle service provided by the hotel and for the driver Perry. He is truly a gentleman who cares about his passengers. Quite thoughtful. Given some of the reviews, I was little concerned arriving at the hotel BUT I could not have been more pleasantly surprised. It seems some of the reviews may be for some of their other locations which share the same name. This hotel was spotless. It is less than a year old. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable bedding, pillows, lots of outlets and USB ports throughout, and the bathroom stocked with Dove hand wash, lotion, shampoo, and soaps. The common areas are also great--the gym, the bathrooms, the coffee/tea area, etc. They are well designed and equipped with plenty of seating and charging capability. Also, I want to give a shout out to front desk clerk Cindy. She was working extremely long hours each day I was there and helpful at every turn when I had a question. Others mention the noise of the nearby interstate--that was not a problem for me as I travel so much that I bring with me a hand sized white noise machine. Makes a huge difference. Would stay here again.

I've been coming here 6 years now and I think this will be my last visit. Front desk staff (Helen? And Avery) were very sweet and hospitable, however, the hotel appears short staffed on housekeepers. Rooms were not available for many customers waiting in the lobby as they were still being cleaned at 430pm (check in is 3pm) and customers complained loudly. After settling in for the night, I noticed black spots on the bathroom ceiling that appeared to be mold. The toilet took two flushes for a ”#1” and more for a ”#2”. The motor court at the hotel entrance could only comfortably fit 2 cars as there was a police patrol car and community outreach vehicle occupying the remaining space, so cars were either trapped and waiting for others to depart before they could leave or back out awkwardly onto the street. The surrounding area appeared generally dirty and unsafe with lots of homeless roaming around. One was naked about a block west. After returning to my room after a long absence, I noticed my used towels (which were extremely rough textured) were removed but none were replaced. Though both of my beds were slept in, only one was made. The room temp was adjusted down to 63 for some reason. I don't understand why they bothered to enter. Nothing appeared cleaned or replaced. The evening front desk person seemed equally confused and provided BS excuses. But he mentioned they had ran out of towels earlier and I would have to come down for new ones. The parking garage is bizarre and narrow, badly in need of fresh paint, and poorly lit on most floors. The elevators routinely opened on floors where no one was waiting to board and the internal buttons weren't pressed for.

Was a guest at the Hyatt as part of the ICSC Red River Conference and was very pleased with most of the experience. There were shuttles available that chauffeured participants between the Hyatt and the Kay Bailey Hutchinson Convention Center, a benefit likely paid for by ICSC but accommodated by the hotel all the same. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was better than average although there were a couple of very small places in the room that could have used more attention. Parking isn't customer friendly, just like everywhere in downtown Dallas: Pay big money for valet service and a parking garage or pay to park on an open, unsecured lot a hundred yards away. The room's HVAC system worked wonderfully, which was great because it was on the west side of the building. The bed was especially comfortable and all of the linens were spotless... Which is always good. Did not get a chance to visit the gym or swimming pool. Did not patronize the restaurant or bar but have had good experiences in both places during past visits. The bottom line: The Hyatt Regency is still a safe bet in Dallas.

Era molto bene situato, il servizio perfetto così è stato così q mi è rimasto perduto un telefono nella mia stanza e mi sono già andato e mi hanno chiamato per q tornare a prendere e non mi sono nemmeno accorto q mi hanno detto q non mi preoccupa q il mio telefono andava a sono stati salvati in attesa che tornassero io, la pulizia era normale, la proprietà era in servizio alcune riparazioni, ma non c'era nulla di rumore e tutto era tranquillo e per la notte c'era un'armatura al parcheggio

They wouldnt ñwt me stay anymore because the lady working at desk said the girl you have with in my room i have to go because she argued with her about wearing to much revealing clothing . You think i wamt to stay at a place like this. My chic yeah she lnows ahe wrong and tried to fix it. She insisted checking out in the morning is ok. Yeah i want a refund for the uncofortable stay you made it for us
