I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Sogo overall, and I would like to share my experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The room was tidy, the bed was comfortable, and the facilities worked properly throughout my stay. I also appreciated the staff, who were polite, accommodating, and always ready to assist whenever I had questions or needed help. Their professionalism made me feel welcome and added to the positive experience. One thing I found a little difficult was locating the elevator. Since it is somewhat hidden, it took me a while to find it, especially as a first-time guest. It would be very helpful if the hotel could install more visible directional signs or provide clearer guidance upon check-in so guests can easily locate the elevator without confusion. Aside from that minor concern, everything else was excellent. The hotel provided a comfortable and relaxing environment, and I was satisfied with the quality of service I received. The cleanliness, affordability, and convenience made my stay enjoyable. Overall, I would rate my experience 8 out of 10. With a few improvements to the elevator signage, I believe the guest experience would be even better. Thank you to the entire Hotel Sogo team for your hospitality. The Location of hotel is ok . The hotel itself could do with Room upgrades. Like bed / sheets , bathroom shower & also shower body wash & shampoo was not provided ! There was no bottle water in the room which was disappointing. Staff were very friendly & willing to help .

The location is great but amenities is not. Please, have atleast a rag outside the bathroom floor. I asked them to change my towel on my second day but they didn't. Staff are respectful though.

Location and services top notch! Very accommodating and very helpful staff is an added bonus. Highly recommended for value and accessibility to shops, restaurants and transportation.

The location is very convenient for me going to the airport, only thing I am disappointed a little bit the shower isn't working 😁 I collected water in a bucket for shower and for brushing teeth 😅. The Electric Kettle won't work either 😔. I hope the staff will check it properly(room 18) . The rest I'm happy for the service. I invited my aunt and my cousin in my room just to get some stuff and they went after I'm glad staff are not so strict. This my my 2nd stay in that hotel next trip I'm still want to book and stay

We stayed at Crown Regency Residences for a week, and overall it was a great choice—especially for budget travelers with kids. One of the biggest highlights was the unlimited pool access until 10 PM every day, which our family really enjoyed. It made a huge difference in keeping the kids entertained without needing to go out and spend extra. The place offers hotel-like service, and the staff were consistently helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. While the building itself does show its age and could use some updates, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. If you’re traveling as a family and looking for something affordable with good amenities, this is definitely a place worth considering. Despite its older appearance, I would still choose to stay here again for a budget-friendly family trip.
