La stanza è pulita ogni giorno. I bagni e l'acqua con bottiglia sono riempiti ogni giorno. Bfast è soddisfacente. Il ristorante del tetto è un plus. Personale - molto amichevole e utile. Non c'è microonde per riscaldare il cibo. Non puoi portare il pomelo nella tua stanza a causa delle politiche sanitarie. Il lobby è in fase di rinnovamento, ma va bene.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Sogo overall, and I would like to share my experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The room was tidy, the bed was comfortable, and the facilities worked properly throughout my stay. I also appreciated the staff, who were polite, accommodating, and always ready to assist whenever I had questions or needed help. Their professionalism made me feel welcome and added to the positive experience. One thing I found a little difficult was locating the elevator. Since it is somewhat hidden, it took me a while to find it, especially as a first-time guest. It would be very helpful if the hotel could install more visible directional signs or provide clearer guidance upon check-in so guests can easily locate the elevator without confusion. Aside from that minor concern, everything else was excellent. The hotel provided a comfortable and relaxing environment, and I was satisfied with the quality of service I received. The cleanliness, affordability, and convenience made my stay enjoyable. Overall, I would rate my experience 8 out of 10. With a few improvements to the elevator signage, I believe the guest experience would be even better. Thank you to the entire Hotel Sogo team for your hospitality. Siamo arrivati un po’ tardi nella nostra prima notte e siamo stati abbienti in modo scorretto. Dopo un lungo giorno di viaggio, abbiamo incontrato diverse questioni con le nostre strutture. Ho prenotato due camere, aspettando che fossero vicine, ma non è così. Come famiglia che viaggia insieme, abbiamo chiesto di avere le nostre camere swap per essere più vicine, ma ci è stato permesso solo di aggiungere un letto extra. Questo non era ideale, soprattutto perché mia madre non poteva stare da sola in una stanza per 6-8 persone, per cui io avevo già pagato. Quando ho parlato al dipartimento frontale, che credo fosse il direttore in carica all'epoca, il suo tono era sgradevole e non era empatico per noi come ospiti; era una negoziazione deludente. Abbiamo discusso anche di questioni connesse alla connessione a Internet, e lei sembrava insultare, suggerendo che non si potesse fare altro che pagare per un piano di dati, per il quale fornirebbero un modem. Dopo aver soggiornato in molti hotel e essere un manager di hotel, posso dire chiaramente che il nostro servizio era inadeguato.

Un hotel decente, ma un po' rovinato da poveri benvenuti e il rumore mattinale di altri ospiti. Chiedi una camera tranquilla.

An accommodation that provides basic amenities for business travellers. Got the twin room with queen-sized bed. I booked for a twin room with 2 separate beds since I know that they don’t have cabinets and I’ve got stuff for a week’s stay, I was planning to pit my clothes on the other bed. I was not informed about it unfortunately there are no more available rooms with 2 beds. My week’s stay is uneventful and peaceful. The bed, pillows and linens were comfy, with hot shower, an earlier model of flat tv, a pair of table and char, and a mirror. I felt safe enough with their keycard-operated locks, a double lock and a safety door lock lever. Staff were friendly and very helpful, and they talk when you speak to them 😅. Kuya guard is very jolly and helpful. it also has water filter where you may get hot water for morning coffee. The place is in the center of this business area, with stores such as savemore and 7-11 nearby. The only thing that disappointed me was the special request which can be made thru Trip.com. Their answers are not definite. It’s always “the hotel will try theor best to provide…” it would be helpful if queries will be given a definite answer to help travelers pack.

We stayed at Crown Regency Residences for a week, and overall it was a great choice—especially for budget travelers with kids. One of the biggest highlights was the unlimited pool access until 10 PM every day, which our family really enjoyed. It made a huge difference in keeping the kids entertained without needing to go out and spend extra. The place offers hotel-like service, and the staff were consistently helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. While the building itself does show its age and could use some updates, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. If you’re traveling as a family and looking for something affordable with good amenities, this is definitely a place worth considering. Despite its older appearance, I would still choose to stay here again for a budget-friendly family trip.

It was a good stay overall. We had to look for somewhere to stay because of the travel time going home and the work. Although the rates are cheap, I just wish there was a direct email/phone number to contact the facility directly. We ended up having to pay extra for checking in an hour earlier because we couldn’t reach out to anyone regarding that matter. We were only checked in for 8 hours in total.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the heart of the city. My partner and I experienced excellent service, mainly when an incident arose that required us to visit the hospital. The staff were exceptionally cooperative in providing an incident report, which was incredibly helpful for our insurance reimbursement process. While the hotel is somewhat older and the amenities could be upgraded, I still felt very comfortable during our stay. I would recommend this place.
