Hotel vicino a Centro Commerciale Abreeza, Davao

Abbiamo avuto un piacevole soggiorno all'Hotel Blue Lotus - abbiamo prenotato un letto di grandezza re e la camera data era molto spaziosa. La camera aveva le attrezzature adeguate . Ci rimarremo qui la prossima volta che siamo a Davao.

Al primo check-in abbiamo avuto un problema con la nostra stanza. La stanza sembrava molto vecchia e datata la aria condizionata non funzionava e il Wi-Fi non esisteva. Ho sollevato una denuncia alle 8 del mattino successivo. Ci sono voluti due ore, alle 8:00, per riparare questo e andare in un altro posto. Questa stanza era eccellente. Il condizionamento d’aria era in funzione. Era moderno, non sembrava più stretto dell'altra stanza, c'era una stanza da entrare da un lato del letto, mentre l'altra stanza poteva entrare solo da un lato del letto, mentre il letto era contro il muro, così questa nuova stanza era molto meglio. L'unica questione con l'hotel era la connessione Wi-Fi era estremamente rumore non esistente sarebbe la parola migliore, ma questo era l'unica questione che abbiamo avuto oggi. Tutto il resto era perfetto dalla pulizia al personale e il buffet colazione era accettabile solo non molto scelta per la pallet occidentale, ma per un filipino era ok

L'Apo View Hotel è uno dei nostri hotel preferiti in cui soggiornare a Davao City. La posizione dell'hotel è perfetta poiché è vicino al People's Park, ai ristoranti e ai centri commerciali. Ciò che ci piace davvero di questo hotel è che il personale è molto gentile e ospitale. Le loro camere sono pulite, spaziose e ben preparate per gli ospiti. Ogni volta che soggiorniamo qui non vediamo l'ora di gustare la colazione a buffet. Offrono molte opzioni di cucina. Il personale si assicurerà che tu possa goderti e essere soddisfatto della tua colazione. Dopo la festa ci siamo divertiti nella loro piscina. Mia figlia adora nuotare qui perché può vedere il panorama della città. Nel complesso, sceglieremo sempre questo hotel come casa nostra a Davao.

From the moment we arrived at Dusit Thani Residence Davao, we felt welcomed and well-taken care of. The lobby, though modest in size, exuded a calm charm and the check-in process was smooth. We were greeted warmly by staff who treated us with genuine hospitality — their attentiveness set the tone for our entire stay. Many previous guests also praised the staff’s politeness and readiness to help.  We stayed in a studio apartment, and it was nothing short of comfortable. The room came with a kitchenette, a coffee/tea maker, minibar, and free WiFi — extremely convenient whether you’re staying briefly or planning a longer stay.  The modern fittings and thoughtful layout made it easy to relax or be productive: there was enough space to move around, and everything was clean and well-kept. Cleanliness, indeed, stood out during our stay — a point frequently echoed by other guests.  One of the highlights was the leisure amenities. We took full advantage of the outdoor swimming pool — a serene little oasis perfect for a morning dip or evening unwind. The fitness centre, spa, and wellness offerings added to the sense of pampering. For those traveling with kids or family, there’s even a kids’ pool and a family-friendly vibe.  Breakfast and dining at the hotel also deserve special mention. The buffet breakfast was generous and satisfying — a great way to start a busy day in Davao. For lunch or dinner, the on-site restaurant served a mix of Thai, Asian, international, and European dishes, giving a variety that could cater to different tastes and dietary preferences.  The presence of a café and even a pastry/deli option made it easy to grab a light meal or snack without leaving the property.  Location is another strong suit for Dusit Thani Residence. It’s conveniently located near the airport, which is a big plus if you have early flights or late arrivals.  At the same time, it’s still close enough to city amenities, shopping, and other attractions — offering both convenience and comfort. Many guests appreciated this balance of accessibility and tranquility.  That said, no stay is perfect, and a few aspects could be improved. Some guests mentioned that certain rooms felt a bit cramped or that balcony areas were under-utilized due to cleanliness concerns.  There were occasional gripes about maintenance — for example, shower drains draining slowly or small furniture quirks — and a few found the elevator access between towers a bit awkward, especially if coming from parking.  A minority even felt the place fell short of 5-star expectations in certain respects.  Still, for us, these were minor blemishes compared to the overall positive experience. What stood out was how the hotel blends comfort, convenience, and courteous service with enough extras to feel like more than just a “place to sleep.” The pool, spa, and kitchen-equipped rooms make it a strong choice for families, couples, business travellers — essentially anyone who values a balance of luxury and practicality. In conclusion: if you’re looking for a stay in Davao that offers more than just four walls — a place that feels both refined and welcoming — Dusit Thani Residence Davao delivers. Its attentive staff, well-appointed rooms, great amenities, and strategic location combine into a memorable experience. For those planning a trip to Davao, whether quick or extended, this hotel is a solid bet.

The Location of hotel is ok . The hotel itself could do with Room upgrades. Like bed / sheets , bathroom shower & also shower body wash & shampoo was not provided ! There was no bottle water in the room which was disappointing. Staff were very friendly & willing to help .

What I liked: - good location - excellent customer service - beautiful reception - the breakfast was authentic and tasty What I did not like: - cockroach was found in my room - the rooms and bathrooms are extremely dated in desperate need for a redo, despite some efforts for refurbishment since my last stay earlier this year - the TV is pretty much just a decoration in room, about 4-5 channels are available with poor signal quality, without any exaggeration it is impossible to view. Not a Smart TV, so no YouTube or Netflix to keep you entertained, if you choose to stay here, - it is poor value for the price/night, the recent price increase is really not justifiable

Ho prenotato 2 camere per il nostro viaggio a Davao. L'hotel si trova all'interno della città, a piedi dal mercato notturno di Roxas, San Pedro Cathedral, City Hall e People's Park.Il personale è amichevole e utile, grazie speciali a Jmaes che ci ha aiutato con il nostro caffè mattina 😀. Le camere sono abbastanza spaziali ma non pulite, e hanno un buco difettoso nel nostro bagno e una doccia in altra stanza, hanno risolto la questione dopo averci lamentato.

Il Pinnacle Hotel and Suites offre un soggiorno di ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo nel cuore del quartiere Sta. Ana di Davao City, caratterizzato da funzionalità affidabili e ben tenute, nonostante uno stile indubbiamente datato. Gli ospiti possono usufruire di camere spaziose e di buoni servizi di base, tra cui una piscina e una palestra ben tenute, e una ricca e variegata colazione a buffet con un'ampia scelta. Grazie alla sua posizione strategica, l'hotel si trova a pochi passi dal G-Mall di Davao, per un'esperienza di shopping di qualità a prezzi accessibili.

La camera era pulita, spaziosa e molto comoda. Il letto era particolarmente accogliente, e il mantenimento della casa faceva un grande lavoro ogni giorno. Il servizio era eccellente, il personale era amichevole e veloce per aiutare.

SMX Lanang is just a walking distance here like 5-7minutes. If you want to buy things, a lot of stores are available outside, it's very convenient. It was a nice stay coz were very close to SMX where our event is, we won't think about traffic anymore coz it's a walking distance.
