Hotel vicino a Peoples' Park, Davao

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Sogo overall, and I would like to share my experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The room was tidy, the bed was comfortable, and the facilities worked properly throughout my stay. I also appreciated the staff, who were polite, accommodating, and always ready to assist whenever I had questions or needed help. Their professionalism made me feel welcome and added to the positive experience. One thing I found a little difficult was locating the elevator. Since it is somewhat hidden, it took me a while to find it, especially as a first-time guest. It would be very helpful if the hotel could install more visible directional signs or provide clearer guidance upon check-in so guests can easily locate the elevator without confusion. Aside from that minor concern, everything else was excellent. The hotel provided a comfortable and relaxing environment, and I was satisfied with the quality of service I received. The cleanliness, affordability, and convenience made my stay enjoyable. Overall, I would rate my experience 8 out of 10. With a few improvements to the elevator signage, I believe the guest experience would be even better. Thank you to the entire Hotel Sogo team for your hospitality. Il Pinnacle Hotel and Suites offre un soggiorno di ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo nel cuore del quartiere Sta. Ana di Davao City, caratterizzato da funzionalità affidabili e ben tenute, nonostante uno stile indubbiamente datato. Gli ospiti possono usufruire di camere spaziose e di buoni servizi di base, tra cui una piscina e una palestra ben tenute, e una ricca e variegata colazione a buffet con un'ampia scelta. We chose this hotel primarily because of its location. From the guard who assist us in the parking, to the bellboy, the receptionist, the housekeeping, everyone is up to their toes. Rooms, well just the right size for us. Cleanliness, ok Basic toiletries are available Water is available in the hallway Towels and linen are new and smells good Easy check in and check out. Will surely book in the future

The Location of hotel is ok . The hotel itself could do with Room upgrades. Like bed / sheets , bathroom shower & also shower body wash & shampoo was not provided ! There was no bottle water in the room which was disappointing. Staff were very friendly & willing to help .

The location is great but amenities is not. Please, have atleast a rag outside the bathroom floor. I asked them to change my towel on my second day but they didn't. Staff are respectful though.

Siamo arrivati un po’ tardi nella nostra prima notte e siamo stati abbienti in modo scorretto. Dopo un lungo giorno di viaggio, abbiamo incontrato diverse questioni con le nostre strutture. Ho prenotato due camere, aspettando che fossero vicine, ma non è così. Come famiglia che viaggia insieme, abbiamo chiesto di avere le nostre camere swap per essere più vicine, ma ci è stato permesso solo di aggiungere un letto extra. Questo non era ideale, soprattutto perché mia madre non poteva stare da sola in una stanza per 6-8 persone, per cui io avevo già pagato. Quando ho parlato al dipartimento frontale, che credo fosse il direttore in carica all'epoca, il suo tono era sgradevole e non era empatico per noi come ospiti; era una negoziazione deludente. Abbiamo discusso anche di questioni connesse alla connessione a Internet, e lei sembrava insultare, suggerendo che non si potesse fare altro che pagare per un piano di dati, per il quale fornirebbero un modem. Dopo aver soggiornato in molti hotel e essere un manager di hotel, posso dire chiaramente che il nostro servizio era inadeguato.

Location and services top notch! Very accommodating and very helpful staff is an added bonus. Highly recommended for value and accessibility to shops, restaurants and transportation.

The location is very convenient for me going to the airport, only thing I am disappointed a little bit the shower isn't working 😁 I collected water in a bucket for shower and for brushing teeth 😅. The Electric Kettle won't work either 😔. I hope the staff will check it properly(room 18) . The rest I'm happy for the service. I invited my aunt and my cousin in my room just to get some stuff and they went after I'm glad staff are not so strict. This my my 2nd stay in that hotel next trip I'm still want to book and stay

We stayed at Crown Regency Residences for a week, and overall it was a great choice—especially for budget travelers with kids. One of the biggest highlights was the unlimited pool access until 10 PM every day, which our family really enjoyed. It made a huge difference in keeping the kids entertained without needing to go out and spend extra. The place offers hotel-like service, and the staff were consistently helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. While the building itself does show its age and could use some updates, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. If you’re traveling as a family and looking for something affordable with good amenities, this is definitely a place worth considering. Despite its older appearance, I would still choose to stay here again for a budget-friendly family trip.
