UUtente ospiteHo apprezzato il mio soggiorno al Manila Prince. Ho prenotato una camera deluxe king. L'arredamento della camera è vecchio stile, cosa che preferisco. È anche pulita e dotata di vasca da bagno e set di cortesia. L'aria condizionata sembra datata, ma svolge ancora la sua funzione.
Anche la colazione a buffet è buona.
Il personale è cortese e disponibile a soddisfare le esigenze.
La sicurezza è impeccabile, con i raggi X per i bagagli e le guardie di sicurezza sono molto educate.
Soldi ben spesi.

First, I would like to highly commend Ms. Zsan for her outstanding service. After being assigned to a room that, while clean, had an unpleasant odor, I approached the front desk again for assistance. Ms. Zsan handled the situation with genuine care and professionalism. She went beyond simply checking the system—she actively coordinated with housekeeping via radio to personally verify room availability. Her initiative, attentiveness, and willingness to help truly define excellent customer service. She made us feel heard and valued, and her dedication reflects the kind of frontline service that leaves a lasting positive impression.
On the other hand, I would like to offer constructive feedback regarding my experience with Ms. Acel. As a guest, first impressions matter, and my initial interaction with her during check-in was not very reassuring. When I inquired about the possibility of being assigned to a newly renovated room, I was informed that none were available, without much effort to further check or explore options. This gave me the impression that my request was not fully considered.
The following day, when I needed to extend my stay, I spoke with her over the phone and requested an update regarding my concern, emphasizing the urgency as I needed to secure the current room rate online. However, after waiting for around 30 minutes without any callback, I had to follow up myself. During the follow-up, she asked for details I had already communicated earlier, which made it seem like the information was not properly noted or attended to.
On the third day, I needed to extend my booking again. To avoid the same experience, I went directly to the front desk. Unfortunately, she was again the one available. Despite my previous experience, I still chose to give her another chance, hoping for a better interaction. However, the experience remained the same. Because of this, instead of extending my stay further, I decided to transfer to another hotel.
I hope this feedback is received constructively. Frontline staff play a crucial role in shaping the overall guest experience. While Ms. Zsan demonstrated exceptional service and professionalism, there is an opportunity for improvement in consistency, attentiveness, and proactive assistance. With the right focus on these areas, guest satisfaction can be greatly enhanced.

Di recente abbiamo soggiornato al Ramada di Manila per 2 notti e, nel complesso, è stata un'esperienza piacevole. La posizione è eccellente, a pochi passi da Lucky Chinatown, Divisoria ed Engbeetin, il che ha reso tutto estremamente comodo per noi.
Sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso dalle dimensioni della camera: è piuttosto spaziosa! Sebbene l'interno sia un po' datato, la camera era molto pulita e confortevole. L'unico inconveniente era il bagno, in particolare la vasca, che presentava alcuni segni visibili che la facevano sembrare un po' sporca.
Molto probabilmente torneremo qui. Se cercate un posto economico con una camera confortevole e spaziosa a Manila e in una posizione strategica, consiglio il Ramada. E infine, tutto il personale è stato eccellente.

Very convenient. I stayed here for a 2-day ISO training held in one of their convention rooms, so it was super practical. It’s also right beside Starbucks, which was my go-to for coffee.

The hotel feels old and nostalgic — classic elevators and hallways. Bathroom was clean, but the room had a slightly musky smell. Walls seem thin since I could hear a neighboring room’s phone and music.

Convention rooms are functional and convenient for seminars and trainings. The packaged food during the training was also good and complete, from breakfast snacks to lunch and merienda.

@@travels8kOne of the most unique hotels in the Philippines, the ocean rooms have a full aquarium wall that's connected through all the rooms of that side. Different fish pass by at different times from room to room. They have great breakfast as well with a view of Manila bay while bacon is available on request for a small fee. Sunset views are awesome and dinner menu is well structured. While most of the hotel is spotless the main corridor outside the rooms could be cleaned more regularly as everyone is passing for there to get to the rooms. There was something odd in the morning just around the end of breakfast time. We could hear the chairs from upstairs being dragged on the wooden floor loudly around 9:30 am to 10:00 am, we were woken up several times as we tried to sleep after an early breakfast. The rest of the time it was whisper quiet and serene.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how well-maintained and organized the place was. The room was exceptionally clean, which gave me an immediate sense of comfort and relaxation after a long day of travel. The floors were spotless, the linens smelled fresh, and the bathroom was tidy and well-sanitized — no traces of dirt or unpleasant odors at all.
The housekeeping staff clearly does an excellent job of maintaining cleanliness. They were very polite and accommodating whenever I requested for towels or extra toiletries. Every time I stepped out and returned, the room was always in perfect order — bed neatly fixed, trash emptied, and surfaces dust-free.
Aside from cleanliness, the room ambiance was cozy and peaceful. The air-conditioning worked well, the lighting was just right, and the TV provided a good variety of channels. The bed was comfortable enough for a restful sleep, and the overall environment was quiet, which made it easy to unwind.
I also appreciated the staff’s friendliness and professionalism. They greeted me with smiles and made sure that check-in and check-out were fast and convenient. Their hospitality made me feel welcome throughout my stay.
The location of the hotel is also a big plus — very accessible to transportation, convenience stores, and restaurants. It’s ideal for travelers who want a clean and affordable place to stay without sacrificing comfort and convenience.
Overall, I would describe my stay at Hotel Sogo as clean, safe, and comfortable. It’s a great choice for budget-conscious travelers who prioritize cleanliness and good service. I would definitely consider staying here again the next time I need a quick and relaxing place to rest.

UUtente ospiteAnche se le camere hanno bisogno di rinnovazioni e di pulizia migliore, questo è un hotel di bilancio, dopo tutto. Quindi, otterrete quello che avete pagato. La parte migliore di questo hotel è la posizione all'interno di Intramuros. Nonostante il clima caldo e umido, sono riuscito a camminare verso i siti chiave con Intramuros, la ricezione sembrava mancare nella sua capacità di organizzare il tour, ma sono riuscito a charter un TukTuk in un museo vicino, per andare tutto il cammino verso la zona del palazzo Malacañan.

Il personale era incredibilmente amichevole, accogliente e sempre pronto ad aiutare con un sorriso. Ci sono stati un piacevole buffet per colazione e un ambiente rilassante in tutta la struttura.
