Hotel vicino a Collina Signal Hill, Dunedin

This is so far the best motel stay of my NZ holiday. The room is big and everything is sparkling clean. There’s plenty of room, the bed is very big. The bed linen is like brand new. Most of all, the landlord is super nice. I left my wallet at the reception when I checked in. This gentleman came and gave it to me. On the checking out day, I left my phone charge at the bedside. He left message for me. Luckily then I was still in Dunedine. I couldn’t be more grateful! Strongly recommend this motel👍👍👍

Questo hotel è molto vicino al centro della città, conveniente ovunque, e quando entra la porta dell'hotel è un parcheggio. E'adeguato per i passeggeri auto-conduttori. La stanza ha un senso d'arte. Lo spazio fuori è pieno di respiro d'arte. Molto piace!

In generale, questo alloggio era eccellente e superava le nostre aspettative, e l'unità era molto spaziosa, ben mantenuta e senza spot, che ci faceva sentire immediatamente comodi e comodi. La struttura era pratica e adatta per soggiorni brevi e lunghi, con spazio ampio per spostarsi e rilassarsi. Una delle maggiori vantaggi è stata la facile localizzazione del luogo. Istruzioni chiare e una posizione conveniente facevano check-in senza stress e senza stress, soprattutto dopo un lungo viaggio. La zona circostante era anche tranquilla e piacevole, consentendo un soggiorno tranquillo. La pulizia era chiaramente una priorità, dalle stanze alle aree comuni, che apprezzavamo veramente. In generale, questo alloggio offre grande comfort, comodità e valore. Lo raccomandaremmo certamente agli altri e non esitaremmo a rimanere qui in futuro.

L'hotel offre un vantaggio eccellente per la sua posizione, che si trova a pochi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria ottagonale, dalla stazione ferroviaria storica e dall'eccellente (e gratuito) Museo Pioneer. E' un breve è anche solo un paio di strade dalla George Street che ha molti negozi e ristoranti. Un isolato è un grande supermercato per le supermercati. La dimensione della camera è adeguata con frigo e caldaia. Il tessuto potrebbe utilizzare una buona pulizia. La questione principale era la doccia, non ha un pacchetto, e anche se il pavimento è scorreto verso il drenaggio, dovevamo mettere le tovaglie intorno al pavimento per fermare l'acqua che correva ovunque. Per il prezzo e la posizione consiglio questo hotel se siete.

Really nice looking room and a very good price performance ratio. And you even get a complimentary drink. Room was nice and warm upon arrival. I didnt really understand the self checkin for a second, cause i didnt know the rooms were directly at the parkinglot, where the whiteboards and the name are written. Really easy and useful for a fast checkin and checkout. I would stay there again.

We was late about 10min checked in at night. But the person in charge was still very friendly n helpful to helped us carried the luggage due to there was some distance from my car to the building that we stayed. Overall was cool and comfortable. The location was great and perfect as just very close to the octagon.

Belle camere di dimensioni, senza aria condizionata, ma c'era un ventilatore e le finestre potrebbero essere facilmente aperte.Il personale super amichevole è molto benvenuto.e molte opzioni calde e fredde per il buffet colazione

I letti di capsula di capsula hanno davvero belle cucine, letti - che è estremamente raro in ostello, ma non si applica alle camere standard di bunker. La cucina ha tutto quello che si può desiderare da articoli di base come pasta e riso al caffè, cioccolato caldo, tè. Hanno una vasta selezione di erbe e spezie e la cucina ha tutto da forno istantaneo a vaporizzatori, cuochi di riso a frigo d'aria. È un ostello molto piccolo, il soggiorno è in reception con solo un divano in forma U, tutte le bagni sono attraverso la reception, e la cucina ha davvero solo 2 grandi tavoli. Ma sinceramente, le grandi mutande compongono la mancanza di angoli da impiccare in :)

I stayed at the Law Courts Hotel recently, and it was a bit of a mixed experience. The building is very old and hasn’t had much renovation. The bathroom still has those separate hot and cold taps, which are inconvenient, and the carpet looked quite worn and not very clean—it definitely feels like the place could use some updating. That said, the location is fantastic—right in the heart of Dunedin, so it’s super convenient for getting around. It’s also very affordable, which is a big plus if you’re on a budget. Just keep in mind that being so central means it can be noisy; Saturday night, in particular, was hard to sleep through with all the street noise. Overall, if you’re after a budget-friendly place in a great location and don’t mind the quirks of an older hotel, it’s worth considering. But if you’re looking for something more modern and comfortable, you might want to look elsewhere.
