Perfect accommodation for couples. Cost and romantic. Accommodation is well maintained and spotless. Staff very friendly and helpful. 5” drive to Lanarch castle. Free admission to the castle for Camp Estate customers. If possible book Room3 which has a fantastic view of Dunedin. Plenty of cosy areas in the cottage for lounging an relaxing. Only problem is it’s isolated and hence meals may be an issue. You also need your own transport to get there . One small issue during the stay was the room fireplace doesn’t work despite best efforts of the staff to rectify it. Highly recommended.

We were in the“Seabreaze“ apt, which was very clean and had the exact great views over the beach as described. The bed was comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our breakfast. While it was cold outside, the heating inside kept us warm and cozy. Parking in the garage underneath, or right beside the building for a larger car. Important to mention the Italian restaurant just 100m away at the corner, which is our absolute favourite when coming to Dunedin! We highly recommend staying at the Esplanade Apartments and will book again in the future.

In generale, questo alloggio era eccellente e superava le nostre aspettative, e l'unità era molto spaziosa, ben mantenuta e senza spot, che ci faceva sentire immediatamente comodi e comodi. La struttura era pratica e adatta per soggiorni brevi e lunghi, con spazio ampio per spostarsi e rilassarsi. Una delle maggiori vantaggi è stata la facile localizzazione del luogo. Istruzioni chiare e una posizione conveniente facevano check-in senza stress e senza stress, soprattutto dopo un lungo viaggio. Really nice looking room and a very good price performance ratio. And you even get a complimentary drink. Room was nice and warm upon arrival. I didnt really understand the self checkin for a second, cause i didnt know the rooms were directly at the parkinglot, where the whiteboards and the name are written. Really easy and useful for a fast checkin and checkout. I would stay there again.

L'hotel è situato nel centro della città. È a cinque minuti di distanza dalla prima chiesa. La stazione ferroviaria è circa dieci minuti. Il parcheggio è conveniente. Il posto di pranzo è più facile. Quando si trova, non c'è una ricetta da chiamare. L'hotel è vecchio ma molto pulito. L'ascensore è troppo vecchio per essere un po' incantevole. Sono andato al supermercato per comprare pane per colazione, Ci sono io e il mio gioiello.

Il nostro soggiorno è stato molto piacevole. Il personale era carino, dalla ricezione, da custodia a portatori. Dopo qualche settimana di viaggio, il lavanderia all'hotel era un bel bonus. Vi sono anche posti di mangiare di tutte le varietà a piedi.

I letti di capsula di capsula hanno davvero belle cucine, letti - che è estremamente raro in ostello, ma non si applica alle camere standard di bunker. La cucina ha tutto quello che si può desiderare da articoli di base come pasta e riso al caffè, cioccolato caldo, tè. Hanno una vasta selezione di erbe e spezie e la cucina ha tutto da forno istantaneo a vaporizzatori, cuochi di riso a frigo d'aria. È un ostello molto piccolo, il soggiorno è in reception con solo un divano in forma U, tutte le bagni sono attraverso la reception, e la cucina ha davvero solo 2 grandi tavoli. Ma sinceramente, le grandi mutande compongono la mancanza di angoli da impiccare in :)

I stayed at the Law Courts Hotel recently, and it was a bit of a mixed experience. The building is very old and hasn’t had much renovation. The bathroom still has those separate hot and cold taps, which are inconvenient, and the carpet looked quite worn and not very clean—it definitely feels like the place could use some updating. That said, the location is fantastic—right in the heart of Dunedin, so it’s super convenient for getting around. It’s also very affordable, which is a big plus if you’re on a budget. Just keep in mind that being so central means it can be noisy; Saturday night, in particular, was hard to sleep through with all the street noise. Overall, if you’re after a budget-friendly place in a great location and don’t mind the quirks of an older hotel, it’s worth considering. But if you’re looking for something more modern and comfortable, you might want to look elsewhere.
