UUtente anonimoThis was my first time staying at this hotel (chosen because it is top-rated), but unfortunately it was a disappointing experience for me as a business traveller. Apart from the central location, the stay did not meet my expectations.
I booked a double-bed room and requested the second floor with a temple view. The staff informed me that the second floor was fully booked, and even the double-bed rooms were unavailable, so they gave me a twin room (no. 3) and pushed the beds together. The only good part was that the room still had a partial temple view from the window. The room itself was beautifully decorated, but there were no basic amenities such as slippers, toothbrush, razor, or comb unless requested at reception.
I returned to the hotel close to midnight after a long day, only to find the reception closed, no staff available, and no information on how to contact anyone. There was also no in-room phone. I had to walk barefoot on the cold hard floor, could not brush my teeth, and could not request an iron to prepare for my meeting the next morning.
In the morning, staff were still not present at 6:00 AM when I needed toiletries. When they finally arrived, I overheard the housekeeper saying they had run out of stock and that I should “go buy it outside,” which made me feel quite unwelcome as a guest paying a high room rate. The receptionist then repeated the same message without offering any guidance on where to buy items.
Additionally, while the hotel claims to reduce single-use amenities for environmental reasons, they still provide drinking water in plastic bottles instead of glass — something that should be improved.
I would like to compliment the staff member on duty on the morning of the 12th Nov 2025 at around 6:00 AM. I wanted to prepare food for almsgiving, and he kindly gave me helpful advice. He even went to ask a nearby vendor to bring the items I needed so that I could receive the service conveniently. I truly appreciate his assistance and excellent service.
Overall, the lack of essential amenities, poor service availability, and unprofessional attitude made my stay uncomfortable. This will be my first and last stay at this hotel.

Ho viaggiato in molti paesi e soggiornato in hotel di tutti i livelli, ma non ce ne sono molti che mi abbiano lasciato un'impressione duratura. Questo posto è probabilmente uno di quelli. In un'epoca in cui tutti inseguono i B&B famosi su internet, Satri House è una perla rara, che offre una vista mozzafiato a ogni angolo. Il proprietario ha un'estetica raffinata e una maestria artigianale ingegnosa, e l'attenzione ai dettagli è indimenticabile e mi strappa un sorriso. Forse molti cinesi non sono abituati alle foto in bianco e nero, ma anche una persona con la pelle sensibile come me si sente a suo agio a vivere qui. Non c'è niente, non c'è polvere. Soprattutto da quando ha piovuto negli ultimi giorni, mi sono nascosta nel piccolo padiglione nel cortile, lasciando che il ventilatore ronzasse dolcemente. Per un attimo, mi sono sentita sola al mondo. Il pavimento in legno della stanza sembra incredibilmente ruvido e improvvisamente mi ha ricordato un romanzo di Duras. Quest'anno l'hotel ha un nuovo direttore australiano, molto gentile. La ragazza alla reception, il cui inglese non è molto buono, ha spiegato attentamente i prezzi delle auto, e il ragazzo al ristorante ha persino chiesto in un cinese stentato dopo colazione se ci fosse piaciuto. Tutto è così rustico e delizioso. Sembra più di un semplice soggiorno in hotel, è una meravigliosa finestra sulla cultura laotiana. Inoltre, l'hotel stesso è fotogenico, con le giornate di sole che offrono una bellezza vibrante e quelle di pioggia un fascino tutto suo.

Some switches has seen better days, switching on / off lights can be confusing, need to try a couple of times to get the right one. Service is good overall, checkout was not as smooth as expected, took a while and printer was not working, couldnt get my invoice printed.

AAzir ChristWe initially booked one week but decided to extend our stay for another week, which already says a lot about our overall experience. While there are certainly some areas that could be improved, we felt comfortable enough to stay longer and would consider returning in the future.
The room was generally clean and offered good value for the price. We especially enjoyed having a terrace and a bathtub, which made our stay more relaxing (also for our cat). However, some attention to detail in housekeeping and maintenance would make a noticeable difference. For example, spider webs, dust around ventilation areas, and air-conditioning units should be cleaned more regularly. In our room (#13), the air-conditioner was heavily clogged with dust when we arrived, to the point where the cooling performance was noticeably reduced. We politely mentioned this to the staff, and to their credit, the issue was addressed immediately. We were very grateful for their quick response. Since then, the unit has worked much better. There is still a slight musty smell, so a professional deep cleaning of the air-conditioning systems once or twice a year would likely improve both air quality and guest comfort.
One thing we appreciated throughout our stay was the willingness of the staff to help whenever a problem was brought to their attention. Requests were handled quickly and professionally, which is one of the reasons we decided to extend our booking. As digital nomads, reliable internet and a functional workspace are very important to us. The internet connection was stable and fast enough for our daily work, often reaching download speeds of around 8–12 MB/s. We also received a chair and an extension cable upon request, allowing us to comfortably use the large dresser as a workspace for our laptops. This was greatly appreciated!
The location is another strong point. Two large supermarkets are within a short walking distance, making it easy to buy groceries and daily necessities. The Night Market is also easily reachable on foot, and the main road is just around the corner, where electric scooters can usually be found for exploring Luang Prabang. If we could suggest one improvement, it would simply be a warmer atmosphere from some members of the staff. A smile is never mandatory, of course, but it often makes guests feel more welcome. We would like to give special recognition to the evening receptionist, who consistently greeted us with a friendly smile and positive attitude. Her kindness always stood out and left a very positive impression.
Overall, we believe this hotel offers fair value for money, a convenient location, reliable internet, and a team that genuinely tries to help when issues arise. For those reasons, we chose to extend our stay and would recommend it to travelers looking for a comfortable base in Luang Prabang.

UUtente ospite在琅勃拉邦遇到的寶藏酒店，體驗感拉滿！在琅勃拉邦的幾日行程裏，**亞酒店絕對是最大的驚喜！從落地那一刻起，就感受到了遠超預期的温暖與便利。酒店老闆是位超 nice 的中國帥小夥，老撾國立大學畢業的他不僅精通老撾語，對當地文化習俗更是瞭如指掌。出發前就聽説清晨佈施需要提前準備糯米飯，老闆細心提醒我們最佳觀賞點在哪個街角，還特意告知要保持安靜、不要隨意拍照的禮儀。每天出門前諮詢吃喝玩樂，他總能給出本地人級別的推薦 —— 從隱藏在巷子裏的老撾火鍋攤，到夜市裡最正宗的法式麪包，甚至連砍價技巧都傾囊相授，感覺帶了個 ”活攻略” 在身邊。酒店位置好到無可挑剔！酒店坐落在城區中心，步行 5 分鐘就能抵達清晨佈施的核心路段，不用早起趕路就能沉浸式感受千年佛教傳統。早餐選擇尤為豐富，步行 3 分鐘到主幹道上的餐廳，被竹林環繞的開放式廚房飄着陣陣香氣，老闆力薦的羅勒洋葱豬肉末配糯米飯，用竹盤盛裝着端上桌，肉香混着草木氣息格外開胃，人均 15 元就能吃得心滿意足。若想體驗法式風情，街角的麪包店剛出爐的可頌配老撾黑咖啡，是當地人最愛的早餐組合。有幸碰到幾個天津的同胞，想吃包子和油條，老闆一個電話就搞定了，真的是太nice了。
傍晚的行程更是被酒店的區位優勢承包：步行10分鐘就到湄公河邊，沿着湄公河畔散步，看漁民撒網的剪影漸漸融入落日餘暉，順道往普西山走，10 分鐘就能到山腳。老闆早就提醒我們，普西山日落是琅勃拉邦必體驗的浪漫 —— 踩着石板路往上爬，沿途能遇到抱着花束的本地情侶、舉着相機的遊客，風吹過還帶着山間寺廟的香火氣息。登頂時剛好趕上夕陽西沉，湄公河與南康河在腳下交匯，全城的法式老建築和寺廟金頂都被染成暖橙色，直到最後一縷光消失，山下的燈籠漸次亮起，才戀戀不捨地往回走。從酒店到法國街夜市最方便，每天18 點後，步行街上燈籠亮起，從酒店溜達過去剛好趕上夜市最熱鬧的時候，逛累了隨時能回房休息。
酒店全新裝修的房間明亮又舒適，清新的法式老撾風格的設計裏藏着貼心細節。白天在泳池裡驅散暑氣，花園裡的雞蛋花香隨風飄進陽台，傍晚從普西山看完日落回來，坐在露台上喝杯老撾啤酒，靜靜地發發呆，完美復刻了琅勃拉邦的慵懶節奏。無論是清晨看完佈施回來沖個澡，還是夜市逛累了泡個澡，都能瞬間找回活力。住在這裏的幾天，真切感受到什麼叫 ”把異鄉過成日常”。老闆用流利的老撾語幫我們解決租車小插曲，用中文和爸媽嘮嗑推薦行程，這種跨越語言的信任感太讓人安心。如果你想深度體驗琅勃拉邦 —— 在晨光中看僧侶赤腳行過古街，在暮色裏追普西山的日落，在夜市裡淘手工藝品，選**亞酒店準沒錯，絕對是性價比超高的寶藏之選！
