AAhmad MostafaAfter spending six days in MGallery Hotel Sapporo, I can safely say this is not an ordinary hotel. Reception at 5 pm was professional, efficient and friendly. I didn’t have to wait. Well done. Takako and Cindy provided a warm, informative and professional service.
The concierge was helpful and welcoming. Very useful in a freezing outdoor climate - thank you Alex.
My room was as requested, 524. I booked a king room and it met my expectations. The design is lovely. The bathroom is not huge, but is well appointed with a bath and a separate shower. The room is very quiet and I had a very pleasant sleeping experience.
The hotel and my room are in excellent condition, with a high standard of decor and presentation. Clearly recently renovated. The design is first class. It combines a beautiful Japanese style, with classical and traditional designs. The result is very pleasant - Chic!
WiFi worked well. The room airconditioning was a little too hot for me, so I turned it off, and that was fine for me. The two guest’s lifts are fast and worked well over the six floors.
House keeping is also of a high standard as you would expect from a high end Accor hotel. This is especially so in Japan where service is an art form.
I had access to the executive lounge. It was a good experience. It provides a comfortable and cosy atmosphere, and the food quality is nice. The chefs are friendly and caring, thank you James. The lounge staff are first class. Thank you very much to Yokiku, Kaumini and chief Minoru for your attentive and excellent service. I appreciated your kind service.
The only negative I am sorry to say is the occasional noisy foreigners who don’t appreciate the quiet, polite, refined and subtle Japanese culture.
The location is convenient, and is about 15 minutes easy walk from the main Shinkansen station. Being in a built up area there aren’t any views of parks etc, but rather the city landscape. The hotel is 5-10 minutes walk to a variety of wonderful shopping areas.
Additionally, there are major shopping malls in the Shinkansen station area. Nearby, you can find many restaurants that should suit most people’s cuisine, budget and type of food.
Taxies are available at the hotel entrance. Buses and subway stations are nearby and provide access to various parts of the city. There are several attractions within 30-60 minutes of the hotel such as temples, museums and regional attractions. Ms Takako provided excellent suggestions.
To be fair, I read the Hotel’s web reviews. I noticed that the negative comments were from years ago, before the hotel became an Accor hotel two years ago. I noticed most of the more recent reviews are positive.
A special thank you to all the other warm staff for their excellent and polite hospitality. Having experienced hotels in every continent, this one stands out. The service and attention to detail is in a class of its own. Clearly, this is a special Hotel - undoubtedly, due to the hotel’s leadership.
Finally, a heartfelt thank you to the General Manager, Mr Ted Kitahara, and his management team. Mr Ted introduced himself to me by chance. He made me feel very welcome, and was most kind to enlighten me about the hotel’s design and its interesting history. I hope to meet the Japanese architect one day!
Overall, an extremely pleasant and first-class experience. I look forward to visiting again.

1. Il prezzo della stanza sarà doppio durante la stagione occupata.
2. La tassa raccomandata verrebbe pagata al check-in. Durante il nostro viaggio a Hokkaido 8-day, questo è l'unico hotel che dovrebbe essere pagato prima di usare la stanza. Se questo normale flusso di lavoro che questo hotel dice, si consiglia fortemente di pensarci.
3.Il ricevitore ha un cattivo atteggiamento. Il ricevitore ha continuato a chiedere i dettagli sul tipo di camera prenotata, soprattutto questo è successo abbiamo già controllato prima delle 3:00 e indietro all'hotel, che credo possano controllare le informazioni di prenotazione attraverso il loro computer. Inoltre, quando non abbiamo capito il personale dicendo che il ricevitore è impaziente e non è disposto a spiegare di nuovo e lentamente, e questo tipo di conversazione è avvenuta due volte con lo stesso personale di servizio.
4. La posizione dell'hotel è così rumorosa da dormire. Circa 5 + auto d'emergenza sono passate una notte.
5.Non ci guiderà il personale di servizio al nostro posto quando abbiamo colazione.

UUtente ospiteA very comfortable stay. I was in a Single Rm on d 13th flr. Super quiet at the end of the hallway. Window facing another building wall, no view. Comfortable bed and PJ set. No daily housekeeping provided but they'd leave a bag of towel, new PJ set and stuffs hanging on your door in the morning. Early check-in would cost 1000¥ per hour till the official 3【pm check-in time. I opt to leave my luggage in their storage rm, after I checked in around 4:30p, my bags already in my rm. Professional and polite staffs in general. I took the airport bus, but on my day of arrival, bus companies not dropping off passengers infront of the hotel due to severe snowstorm 2 days prior. And they also not picking up infront of d hotel on the wkend and final day of d Sapporo Winter Festival. Nearest airport bus stop would be Odori Park or Grand Sapporo Hotel. It's about less than 10mins walk. If it's during winter with snow on d ground, the Grand Sapporo Hotel bus stop would actually be a better route. I took the Odori Park route and was a bit tedious. Hotel is attentive to amenities details eg: charging cables of different ports ( type-C, Apple, usb-A etc...) available in the rm; utensils available at each floor's elevator lobby, free tea/coffee and extra toiletries at Lobby. Coin laundry(cash only) is 300¥ for each load of washing ( laundry detergent will automatically add in) and 100¥ for 30mins dry. Coin exchange avail at Check-in desk. Great location to Odori Park just across the street and plenty of choices for food + shopping. Rm facing the park during Winter Festival might be noisy due to stage performances and safety announcements or whatnot from the megaphone. Loves the onsen; Female and male has each of their own sections. Closed for cleaning 10a-2p daily, but daily operation is 2p-2a. Delicious mini fruit popsicles/ ice cream available to onsen users. No mini-fridge nor microwave in the rm. Breakfast buffet cost 2300¥/pax with mostly cold dishes, hot food only a handful of choices - wished could be more though; but they do serve wine (red+ white). Will stay again.

UUtente ospiteNice Onsen resort and we like the private Onsen inside the room. The room is huge but it will be great if it has international channels or even Netflix or YouTube. It provides transport to Sapporo so that is great. Nice free drinks and snacks at night.

UUtente anonimoTravelled with a group of 3 adults and found it hard to find a room with reasonable price. I emailed in and realise they are open for 3 guest as long as u pay additional fare (5,500/night) for a sofa bed which was reasonable.
I enjoyed the stay throughly especially the onsen facility. I will definitely come back again!

2. Rivolto a molte case da pranzo e la famosa strada shopping Tanukikojo Street sono anche a pochi minuti a piedi dall'hotel.
3. L'hotel lobby e il ristorante sono situati nel palazzo principale, e la nostra stanza è stata nel secondo edificio.
4. Alcuni piani hanno un lavastoviglie e un asciugacapelli operati in moneta, quindi è abbastanza conveniente per gli ospiti di usare.
Il colazione era così.
6. Ho soggiornato in Holiday Inn Hotel molte volte (1a volta in Giappone) e questa è la prima volta che vedo la marca Dove per la doccia e lo shampoo per capelli.
In generale l'hotel ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative.

KKathy WPNThe location of this hotel is just next to the Shin Sapporo JR and Subway station, about 3-4 minutes walk from the station. It is considered a very good and convenient place for us. You can almost different shops in the station building including supermarkets. The hotel room is spacious, comfortable and clean, providing all necessary amenities and services. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful.

UUtente ospiteI stayed here for three nights, and it was very convenient. The hotel is close to Sapporo Station. There are izakaya and yakitori restaurants right downstairs in the lobby area, and there’s a convenience store across the street.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming. You can check in and check out using a self check-in machine, which was easy to use. The room was clean and not too small — it was actually great.

UUtente ospiteThe room size although quite tight for 2 people but nevertheless it is comfortable. The room amenities was quite good too. The staff was helpful during my stay there and although the hotel didn’t provide any airport transfer service, but you may ask the front lobby to book your taxi. The best things was the hotel provide a luggage storage services. The location wise although not that close, but it’s quite convenient, a 6-7 minutes walk to the nearest station and 4 minutes walk to the tram.

PPooM RagL'hotel è situato a pochi passi dalla stazione, circa 5 a 8-minute. La camera gemella non è troppo crampi e è abbastanza comoda per dormire. Tuttavia, forniscono solo una culla per persona, e è un po' sul lato piatto.
Dopo aver visitato l'inverno, il condizionamento d'aria ha funzionato come un riscaldamento, che ha fatto sentire la stanza un po' troppo calda, ma fortunatamente le finestre possono essere aperte per un po' di aria fresca.
Politiche e strutture chiave
• Manutenzione della casa: L'hotel ha una politica di non pulire la stanza a meno che non rimani per almeno 3 giorni.
• Asciugamani: Puoi mettere le asciugamani usate fuori dalla porta ogni giorno per scambiarle per quelle fresche.
• Lavanderia: Ci sono lavastoviglie a funzionamento moneta, ma ci sono solo due macchine in totale.
• Dining: C'è un ristorante Izakaya a prezzi accessibili situato proprio sotto l'hotel.

In generale, la posizione è molto conveniente. È vicino a tutte le attrazioni principali di Sapporo, e si può facilmente camminare verso la zona Susukino. Sicuramente consiglio questo hotel ai viaggiatori che cercano comfort e comodità.
