La posizione è molto conveniente. La porta è il centro commerciale, il pranzo è molto conveniente, l'hotel è anche molto nuovo, l'igiene della stanza è anche molto pulita e pulita, la superficie è anche molto grande, molto soddisfacente, raccomandato!

Hotel Arches è un grande luogo per soggiornare se si visita Fort Kochi. Situazione fantastica vicino a molte attrazioni turistiche, shopping e caffè. Il Kerala Cafe è letteralmente vicino alla porta. Il personale è molto gentile e utile. Il check-in è stato veloce e facile. La camera è di base ma molto pulita. La camera era ferma, molte piastrelle e comoda. La camera era di fronte alla strada, ma era piuttosto tranquilla e non aveva problemi a dormire. L'aria condizionata funzionava bene e la camera era immagazzinata con acqua. Nessuna lavastoviglie che potesse essere aggiunta, così come una scatola di sicurezza...non ne vedevo uno, ma non chiedeva neanche perché potesse essere stato lì. L'hotel si sentiva molto sicuro anche come un viaggiatore di una donna sola.

Vivanta Ernakulam is a beautiful hotel set in natural surroundings right near the sea. The sea view from the room is absolutely stunning, especially in the evening. The staff are highly professional and experienced. Compared to other hotels, everything here is much faster—whether it’s room service, check-in, or check-out. The laundry attendant, Raj, even reminded me about the collection timings when I had completely forgotten to ask. The food is delicious with an excellent variety of options. Overall, I strongly recommend this hotel. It’s a perfect place to enjoy Kerala’s natural beauty ***** with lovely city views.

Ha avuto un soggiorno molto piacevole a quattro punti da Sheraton Kochi Infopark. Le camere erano pulite, spaziose e ben mantenute, con letti confortevoli e buona luce. Le strutture erano eccellenti soprattutto la piscina, lo sportello e l'atmosfera generale della proprietà. Il personale era cordiale e responsivo, rendendo l’ispezione e la permanenza tranquilla. La posizione è perfetta se si lavora intorno a Infopark, con facile accesso e minima disturbo del traffico. In generale, una grande opzione per i soggiorni sia di lavoro che di famiglia. Sicuramente consigliere e visitare di nuovo.

Everything was excellent except the activity room. Nothing is in good condition. Would be good if they can maintain it since it would be very helpful when coming with kids. It's been 3 consecutive years i am coming here. The activity room needs to be improved.

the base rooms in the old section of the building were very small, and there was no ventilation. thess rooms were just under their restaurant and was separate from the building that was shown in the pictures. since we were two females travelling the hotel ”upgraded” me to an ”executive” room which was in the new section of the hotel. that room was even smaller with one 5×4 bed and just enough space to pass through. the only advantage was it was in the new section and didn't look secluded. breakfast options were very limited. the best thing about the hotel was it's location. situated in the heart of fort kochi, it is very close to the fort kochi beach and other attractions.

Sapphire Club Metro offers a convenient and comfortable stay, ideally situated in the heart of the city. The location serves as a perfect base for exploring, with some of the area's famed tourist attractions, such as the Chinese nets and Jew Town, being just a 30-minute ride away. Despite the central location, the rides to these destinations are surprisingly inexpensive, adding to the convenience of the stay. Room 201, while directly facing a wall, surprisingly retains a bright and inviting atmosphere. Sapphire Club Metro was a good choice for my travels because I was seeking a blend of city life convenience with easy access to cultural and historical sites.
