L'hotel ha lasciato impressioni molto controverse. Da un lato, è assolutamente affascinante - la progettazione dell'hotel, delle camere, del cortile interno - tutto questo è morbido e immerso nell'atmosfera di riposo e relax. D'altra parte, ci sono molte carenze che possono sovrappeso la dignità. Per esempio, le camere sono molto fredde anche quando il condizionatore d'aria è fuori. Sì, e i condizionatori d'aria funzionano costantemente ovunque, quindi non sono uscito dal caldo con un cappello. Non mi piacevano i cibi. Capisco che sia l'India, ma ci sono di solito menù europee in grandi hotel. Ci sono anche opzioni, ma ancora peppery e sharp, o tutti i cibi veloce (pizza e hamburger). In generale, se siete un gastrici, una rapina o per qualche altro motivo limitato nel cibo, dovrete essere molto duro. Il personale è molto arrogante (non tutto, ma la massa totale), sempre pensando che si dovrebbe essere qualcosa. E l'ultima osservazione sull'atteggiamento e la sensibilità del personale: siamo venuti al compleanno di mio marito e in Cecenia non abbiamo nemmeno sentito il banale ”Buon compleanno”. We stayed for 2 nights at the property. I was travelling with my parents, wife and 1.5 year old kid. Staff was extremely cooperative and kid friendly. They helped us by making baby food whenever we needed and were very prompt in their room service. Hotel location is also good. It’s almost equidistant from fort Kochi and ernakulum. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone travelling with their family. The buffet spread was very lavish, having varied dishes across the globe with traditional Kerala food. The taste was just perfect and breads were made to your wish and liking. The hotel staff was very co-operative and made us feel comfortable every minute of the trip. Service speed was awesome, you order and the bell rings within 15 mins. Overall, an amazing stay and recommend for all.

Great location, room is very clean and tidy. What make it more pleasant to stay are the staff. They are very welcoming always with smiles ready to attend to you. I stayed there for almost one month and i interacted with almost everybody from the security guard up to the hotel top ***agement. I must say their courtesy and heartwarming approach has make our stay very much comfortable. Variety of Foods, very tasty which includes the Kerala cuisine which my wife likes a lot. Thanks a lot to Mr Vinou in the front office, and of course a very big thanks to Mr Didhin with whom am still in contact. I must say he is such nice and humble person always available whenever i needed him. I firmly believed he is the gem of this hotel. Thank you sir!! This hotel is highly recommended for those planning to visit Cochi.
