This is an excellent hotel and great value for money. The rooms were spotless & beds extremely comfortable. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was wonderful with lots of choice. Would definitely recommend staying at Vivanta in Cochin.

My family and I recently stayed at Vivanta Ernakulam and had a fantastic experience. The hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay, with spacious rooms and excellent amenities. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a variety of options to suit everyone's tastes. The staff, especially Mr. Eldho in the restaurant, were extremely attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Overall, we highly recommend Vivanta Ernakulam for a memorable and pleasant stay.

The location is perfect, right next to Marine Drive and close driving distance to shopping malls, Grand Hyatt and ferry terminal to go to Fort Kochi. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly and I felt nothing was missing. All amenities are in the room from coffee, plenty of towels, iron and hot water. The breakfast buffet was great and good in room dining as well. The only issue is (and I've seen this with other Vivanta hotels) that it could do with a face lift. A fresh coat of paint and change some bathroom fittings to get back to a full 5 star experience. Nevertheless, I would stay there again.

EXCEPT FOOD ALL DEPARTMENTS EXCELLENT. LOCATION VERY GOOD, CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT VERY SMOOTH .ROOM ,HOUSE KEEPING VERY GOOD. BREAKFAST MENU AND QUALITY OF FOOD NEEDS IMPROVEMENT.MARIN DRIVE WALKING TRACK EXCELLENT. MR RAJIT AT RECEPTION VERY HELPFUL.

Excellent property having very polite and helping staff Bar is also nice. Food delicious. Very quick service. Enjoyed a lot. Property location is also good. Sea view from room is worth. During our stay large group of foreigners also there, I am happy to state staff was very attentive

Excellent stay , beautiful sea view from the room... Location is also very good... Staffs are pleasant and well behaved.... In restaurant breakfast and Dinner have wide spread... We had vegetarian dishes...and all were yummy.... Overall had nice experience.

Stayed for 2 nights before meeting friends to tour Kerala. Location by the water is lovely, and not too far from the Fort Cochin area to do an afternoon tour ( see my review on Baji's TukTuk tour, excellent! )My room was very comfortable and well appointed, balcony view over the water was lovely. Restaurant breakfast was tasty and my Room Service dinner was generous and delicious. Good internet connection, and located near shops and a park to explore. Only criticism was the pool area was not well set up for lounging, no sunbeds had any cushions in place or were in position, only a couple of tables and chairs. Being next to a large open air Conference area/ Venue meant that it was also noisy. Enjoyable stay despite this and would definitely stay again.
