Hotel vicino a Consolato generale di Germania, Chennai

It was a nice experience and quality service provided by hotel staff. We stayed for 2 nights. The food in Hyatt regency was nice. That was the best Indian food we ever tried. Special thanks go to front desk officer Ms Saraswathi, and concierge Mr Daniel, Mr Vijay , Mr Rajini. Also food the spic restaurant are amazing, special thanks to restaurant staff Mr Arindam, Mr Rajesh & Mr Kartik. Overall Hyatt Regency staff make extra miles to make our stay an amazing and memorable holiday. Planning to travel again with kids.

Where do I begin? Travelling with a toddler is no easy task, and the team at Taj Connemara made it worthwhile, smooth, and exciting. It all began with Ms Jasmine who religiously followed up with all our requests and requirements for childproofing the Heritage Room we stayed. From additional mineral water bottles, bumpers on furniture, soft toys for bath, and an excellent baby cot, Ms Jasmine coordinated with her ground team and got everything ready before we checked in. The icing on the cake was the remarkable welcome gift for our daughter consisting of excellent baby skincare products from an established brand.  The stay itself was fantastic with a cosy room, abundance of toiletries, and exceptional breakfast. Shoutout to Mr Baskaran for attending to all our breakfast requests for our daughter. The baby dosa was a hit!  Located in a prime spot in Chennai next to Spencer Plaza and the newer EA Mall, Taj Connemara is strategic. Travel to major shopping centres and traditional clothing stores was made easy.  Last but not least, the hospitality and polite service offered by the staff of Taj Connemara was nothing short of amazing. They made our short trip to Chennai a memorable one and we look forward to coming again very soon!  Kudos to everyone at Taj Connemara for ensuring my family and I have a great time at your hotel.  Regards,  Linges

It's not that great. They need lots of improvement in service and the rooms need some renovation as the wardrobes n carpets look old. it will also be better if they use some room freshener or candles with fragrance as the room doesn't have a pleasant smell. Overrall, it's not that great for a premium hotel.

La prenotazione è stata effettuata per un Kings Bed and Breakfast per due persone. Mi è stata assegnata una camera con letto matrimoniale e mi è stata negata la colazione finché non ho mostrato la conferma di prenotazione di Trip. La camera era comunicante, non c'era un tavolo da studio e si sentiva persino un sussurro. La notte del 17, qualcuno russava a crepapelle, tanto che non riuscivamo a dormire bene, il che mi ha spinto a cambiare camera. Mi hanno assegnato la camera numero 314, che era anch'essa con letto matrimoniale. Dopo aver chiesto informazioni, il personale dell'hotel Benison mi ha detto che tutte le loro camere hanno solo letto matrimoniale. Ritengo che Trip.com mi abbia ingannato con informazioni false. Ho intenzione di presentare un reclamo al tribunale dei consumatori per ottenere un risarcimento. Ma non lo farò.

Hotel fantastico. Colazione fantastica. Soggiorno confortevole di prima classe. Piscina e spa sono ugualmente...fantastiche.

Ottimo albergo con personale super efficiente. Il ristorante è ottimo, la colazione superlativa. La piscina sul tetto un plus, l'atmosfera alla sera è bellissima, nonostante i clacson dalla strada. Super consigluato.

I would definitely return here. Overall, very good value for money.   The breakfast daily and the staff were truly exceptional.  The room was good, everything worked and in-room dining that is 24/7, was excellent.  We arrived at 2am and the food, at that time, for famished travellers was truly appreciated. Thank you Holiday Inn.  You have excellent staff and hope you are valuing them.  Staff farewelled us on our last day!!   I did not give five stars for cleanliness as the toilet seats could/ should be cleaned better.

The room is a total disappointment. Check in on 3-June-2026 for room 2066 (not to sure), change to 1004 and on 5th night, change again to 1020 due to beeping noise as the door is unable to close properly. My colleagues, Rasal PM and Muhamed Ali (2064 to 2020) either have only hot water and disappointing room.

Ottimo soggiorno, grande posizione e valore per i soldi Ho avuto uno dei migliori alloggi in questo hotel a Chennai. Ho soggiornato per 3 notti e mi è sembrata davvero un'esperienza di lusso a un prezzo ragionevole. La posizione è un grande vantaggio centralizzato e facilmente accessibile a molte parti della città. Le camere sono spaziose, il letto è pulito e il bagno è ben mantenuto con i servizi igienici adeguati. Le camere offrono un complimentare buffet per colazione con una vasta gamma di opzioni, ma il colazione si chiude un po 'prima alle 10:00, quindi pianifica. Parcheggio disponibile, che è conveniente e il personale è stato gentile e utile, una menzione speciale per il personale di sicurezza e servizio in camera per la loro ospitalità. L'unico piccolo inconveniente era che l'ascensore si fermava sempre al primo piano (ricevimento) per default, che era un po' annoiante. Anche FYI, ho sbagliato la mia carta chiave della stanza e ho dovuto pagare 200 per un sostituto. In generale, è stata una grande esperienza e avrei decisamente raccomandato questo posto per chiunque visitasse Chennai.

È stato un piacevole soggiorno I. Chennai , buona posizione , il personale è supportivo e amichevole , molti negozi e intrattenimento vicino , In generale , un hotel molto buono a un prezzo ragionevole .
