Hotel vicino a Baia Treasure Bay, Bintan

The hotel and its facilities are very nice. Here and there a few spots of improvements needed but otherwise a very attractive hotel with lovely features. A very pleasant stay starts with a dedicated lounge at the ferry terminal which is available upon arrival and departure (taking care of your visa and other requirements). Travel to the actual hotel is within short 20 minutes by hotel shuttle bus. You can chose between colonial style suites at the main building or near by or Thai/ Bali style villas on the large ground and a short walk away from the main building. The Thai villas are very nice, filled with all the necessary amenities and some top of the range products. Plenty of storage space, outdoor veranda seating and well kept exterior make it really nice. At the main section, the pool is with its 50 meter in length a true highlight, together with the very easy and close proximity to the pristine and huge beach section. Although facing north, the beach is actually in a bay and can be explored for hours. Also well worth mentioning is the spa which provides truly amazing treatments administered by very experienced therapists who will truly pamper you from start to finish. Regrettably, there are also a number of shortcomings. Although the hotel provides insect repellant for your daily use, even the best of preventions and best of cleaning/ spraying efforts of the staff will not stop billions of sand flees attacking you on the beach, especially after rain or during the evening hours when you become their dinner. However, the biggest drawback is the food and beverage section. For a hotel operating in such a high price category, the restaurant is a true letdown perhaps even the sole reason for not coming back again. Yes staff everywhere is very friendly, attentive and making it their business to know you by your first name from the start, but the entire food and beverage section requires a lot of improvements to even get close to a star rated service. Yes the drinks are well made (guess can be expected at prices of US$20 plus) but the restaurant service truly lacks what it takes. The food, expensive as it is, lacks any sort of imagination, is void of any special touches, and surely does not represent Indonesian cuisine in any shape or form. As said, staff are very friendly and trying their best however, if they are not taught the basics or led by indifferent managers, then things need to change. Management comes from the top. In summary, if you are looking for a nice place to relax in a colonial style building, not too crowded with a lovely pool, then please try the Sanchaya. However, if you looking for cuisine which is anything but poor, not even ordinary, then you better look elsewhere.

Our stay at Said Beach House was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, the staff truly went above and beyond for us – not just doing the bare minimum, but consistently making the extra effort to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Their warmth, attentiveness, genuine hospitality and thoughtfulness really made the experience so much more special, and it's honestly what stood out to us the most. The food was also great and always prepared on time... everything was seamless and well-organised throughout our stay! The villa itself was very cozy, well-kept and exceptionally clean. It was a comfortable space to come back to after a long day of activities. Just a small tip: do remember to keep the doors closed to prevent insects or mosquitoes from entering. Speaking of that, Sadi Beach House is definitely a place where you will feel very connected to nature. You may occasionally come across insects or lizards (or even stray cats!), but it really ads to the overall experience rather than taking away from it – it's all part of the charm. The location was perfect for us. While amenities like minimarts may be a little further out, it meant that the area was incredibly quiet and peaceful, especially at night. It's the ideal place if you're looking to unwind and take a break from the noise and pace of city life. Overall, we had such a lovely stay and a huge part of that was thanks to the amazing staff who made everything feel so effortless and welcoming! I would absolutely recommend Sadi Beach House to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

We recently stayed here and had an absolutely fantastic experience! The staff mentioned we had just missed the end-of-May crowd, so the resort was incredibly calm and peaceful. It felt so serene, and we were even among the only ones in the pool all day. The pool was a great size and very relaxing, with plenty of sun chairs available. What We Loved: - Our room was extremely clean with no faults at all. We were upgraded to an Ocean View room, and the views were just beautiful. - The breakfast buffet had a great and delicious selection. Having 5 different dining options on site was excellent because the food never felt repetitive. We highly recommend trying the Lamb Shank at the Recreational Village! - We took some classes which were fun to attend. There was no booking required, which was great because it kept our schedule completely flexible. - The free shuttle service from the BBT Ferry Terminal was very convenient. - The service staff were all so friendly and attentive to our needs. A huge thank you to Kinasih in particular, who served us both poolside and at the Recreational Village. He is such a friendly guy and provided top-notch service. Some Minor Improvements: - Upon arrival, our luggage was accidentally left behind at the ferry terminal, though it was sorted out. - It was a bit hard to find information about the resort at first, such as the in-room dining menu, directions to the Recreation Village, and details for Chocolate Hour. Most of this was on the TV portal, but our TV was not set up to show it when we first turned it on, so we didn’t know about it until the next day. - An introduction to the facilities placed in the rooms or explained by the check-in staff would have been very useful. - We much prefer having physical menus rather than QR codes everywhere, and having physical signs for Chocolate Hour would be a good touch. Overall though, this is a wonderful resort with great food and excellent staff. We had a very relaxing holiday and would love to come back!

Grande servizio in generale. Da arrivo di ferry all'uscita. Il servizio di fronte e il ristorante erano eccellenti. La stanza era pulita con una bella vista, e la piscina era grande con un sacco di letti di giorno. Ci sono molte attività da scegliere, ma la messa in piscina è stata la nostra attività preferita. La gestione della piscina, tuttavia, ha bisogno di un miglioramento: i letti usati non sono stati puliti, con asciugamani sporchi lasciati ovunque anche piastre/sfondi sporchi, rendendo difficile indicare chi era disponibile. Non c'era nemmeno un personale che fornisca facilmente le tovaglie, le richieste sono state troppo lunghe; se non ci sono persone, le tovaglie dovrebbero essere semplicemente preparate sui letti di giornata.

Esperienza super super fantastica!! Il resort è un po' lontano, ma è come una piccola comunità isolata e autosufficiente, un mondo a sé stante! Avevamo un sacco di cose da fare anche se non avevamo niente in programma. C'erano tantissime attività gratuite (preparazione di sambal, visite alla fattoria, degustazione di miele, kayak, yoga, piegatura di asciugamani, osservazione delle stelle, degustazione di caffè, ecc.). A tarda notte, il personale è persino venuto a offrirci un dessert gratuito (una torta) ed era così delizioso. Anche la camera era davvero confortevole e accogliente e avevamo un servizio di buggy che ci portava qua e là (era come un giro sulle montagne russe, così divertente). Anche il cibo era buonissimo (Rica Rica aveva degli ottimi satay e mie goreng), e la postazione per le uova a colazione 10/10!! Anche il personale lì è stato così gentile e disponibile, mi dispiace tanto di aver dovuto andarmene... posso tornare...

We have found this beautiful place on our 2 days dad/son bicycle tour through Western Bintan. We loved the ample, farm type camp that is in between the hills and savannahs with the reddish coloured earth and evergreen palm trees of Bintan. The reception area is already oozing openness and friendliness, and you check in a very pleasant and welcoming world. The owner has established this is as a sustainable youth training and learning center, at the same time offering splendid and well-integrated guest activities for families, kids, and groups. We stayed in one of the clamping houses adjacent to one of the small and relaxing lakes, and my 5y son loved every inch of it. The A/C motor works in the background, the bathroom is bigger than in any of the Lagoi resorts we have been so far. The food is very deliciously mildly spicy, the coffee machine is Italian, the breakfast offers a choice of two menues which makes it easy not to choose wrong. The best part is the always friendly and supporting staff. Yanu was very supportive when engineering a kite and helped us making it fly (even outside his shift). The creative center is definitely worth a visit. As natural bicyclists, we loved the empty and small paved roads around the Camp, so we even had a wonderful time biking down to the Blue Lagoon (1hour). From the Ferry Station TM it is a 2h bicycle trip with a few stops in the road (try to avoid the heat). The Bintan Ferry takes bikes for transport, so do 6-seater cabbies in Singapore. I can strongly recommend this place for any escape plans from the big city and for all nature fans.

È stato un soggiorno molto piacevole. La camera e l'hotel sono puliti. Il personale è molto gentile, umile, disponibile e cortese. Grazie a tutti per tutto.

Se non si è incazzato su un hotel ”diretto in città”, questo è un hotel perfetto per voi e la vostra famiglia! L'hotel è a pochi passi dalla piazza Melayu, Tugu Pencil, Gong-gong edificio, Jalan Hang Tuah, il ponte costiere di recente costruzione, e Il quartiere è anche molto amichevole e ricco di piccoli cibi locali e negozi di pasticceria che non sono costosi! Anche se si vuole un buon ristorante cinese di alimenti per la pecora, Sei Enam è solo una pietra gettare via! Le camere sono molto basse e semplici e l'hotel non è dotato di ascensore, quindi se si sta soggiornando sul quarto piano, dovrai andare in piedi! All'interno delle camere sono semplici apparecchi come TV, cavo, telefono, tazze da bere, acqua in bottiglia, scarpe, tazze, cavi, docce d'acqua calda e fredda, tostapane con pasta dentale, shampoo, sapone da bar, aria condizionata, Le piastrelle sono ferme, e anche un bel bollitore per voi per colpire a dormire! Purtroppo non ci sono bollitori d'acqua, né caffè e condimenti di tè nella stanza. Acqua potabile calda e fredda sono al livello 1 area di cena. Il pacchetto dell'hotel che ho preso è stato con un semplice colazione. I piatti sono locali e spezie e spesso sono spruzzati con arachidi. Il colazione viene in pacchetti involucri (takeaway) con tutte le salse di argento, e/o riso in carta e involucri di plastica. Le cucine e le piastre sono disponibili per l'uso. Per il prezzo di circa S$26/day, ho pensato che fosse un soggiorno così meraviglioso in questo hotel! Anche se non ci sono molte strutture (perche' preferirei andare a camminare intorno alla città e andare a fare una barca), consiglio molto questo hotel 2 stelle per un semplice e conveniente soggiorno a Tanjung Pinang! Location is out in no-where. Nothing is nearby. Nothing to do. It is quite isolated from everything. U choose only if u want extreme isolation from rest of the world. U need to eat at the resort only because there is no other alternatives nearby. But the food was good and quite reasonable. For facilities, there is nothing worth mentioning. However, the villa is lavish double storied, but we only used the above storey. The asthetics is good but the upkeep is not up to the expectation. Had washbasins clogged and closet water hose leakage but was quickly resolved when I brought it to their notice. So service overall was very good.
