Hotel vicino a Baia Treasure Bay, Bintan

We recently returned from a five-night holiday in Bintan and stayed at your hotel for the last three nights (nights 3, 4, and 5). While we were happy to secure a room for those dates, we encountered two issues during our stay that we feel should be brought to your attention— in the hope that they can be improved for future guests. 1. Room Consistency & Communication Due to high demand, the same room type we booked for nights 3 and 4 was no longer available for night 5. As a result, we had to book a different room type for the final night, all paid in advance. When we checked in, we explained to the front desk staff that we would prefer to stay in the same room for all three nights, and we were willing to pay any price difference if necessary. The staff member said they would check and get back to us—but we never heard anything further. Admittedly, we also forgot to follow up. However, we assumed that no news meant we could remain in the same room. The next day at noon, we received a sudden call requesting us to check out immediately, which completely disrupted our day’s plans and led to a rushed and stressful move. We even left some personal items behind in the process. In the future, we would greatly appreciate clearer follow-up from hotel staff—whether or not a room change is possible, please confirm with guests either way rather than leaving the matter unresolved. 2. Villa Room Maintenance On the last night, we moved to a villa. Unfortunately, during our shower we discovered that the drainage system was severely clogged. Water from the shower area didn’t drain properly, and water even backed up from under the sink and around the toilet. This was not only inconvenient, but honestly quite unpleasant. While your staff did eventually help us resolve the issue, it significantly affected our overall experience and left a negative final impression. We chose your hotel with high expectations and understand that busy periods can lead to service challenges. But with a bit more proactive communication and better room maintenance, we believe the guest experience can be much improved. Thank you for taking the time to read our feedback.

Our stay at Said Beach House was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, the staff truly went above and beyond for us – not just doing the bare minimum, but consistently making the extra effort to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Their warmth, attentiveness, genuine hospitality and thoughtfulness really made the experience so much more special, and it's honestly what stood out to us the most. The food was also great and always prepared on time... everything was seamless and well-organised throughout our stay! The villa itself was very cozy, well-kept and exceptionally clean. It was a comfortable space to come back to after a long day of activities. Just a small tip: do remember to keep the doors closed to prevent insects or mosquitoes from entering. Speaking of that, Sadi Beach House is definitely a place where you will feel very connected to nature. You may occasionally come across insects or lizards (or even stray cats!), but it really ads to the overall experience rather than taking away from it – it's all part of the charm. The location was perfect for us. While amenities like minimarts may be a little further out, it meant that the area was incredibly quiet and peaceful, especially at night. It's the ideal place if you're looking to unwind and take a break from the noise and pace of city life. Overall, we had such a lovely stay and a huge part of that was thanks to the amazing staff who made everything feel so effortless and welcoming! I would absolutely recommend Sadi Beach House to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

We recently stayed here and had an absolutely fantastic experience! The staff mentioned we had just missed the end-of-May crowd, so the resort was incredibly calm and peaceful. It felt so serene, and we were even among the only ones in the pool all day. The pool was a great size and very relaxing, with plenty of sun chairs available. What We Loved: - Our room was extremely clean with no faults at all. We were upgraded to an Ocean View room, and the views were just beautiful. - The breakfast buffet had a great and delicious selection. Having 5 different dining options on site was excellent because the food never felt repetitive. We highly recommend trying the Lamb Shank at the Recreational Village! - We took some classes which were fun to attend. There was no booking required, which was great because it kept our schedule completely flexible. - The free shuttle service from the BBT Ferry Terminal was very convenient. - The service staff were all so friendly and attentive to our needs. A huge thank you to Kinasih in particular, who served us both poolside and at the Recreational Village. He is such a friendly guy and provided top-notch service. Some Minor Improvements: - Upon arrival, our luggage was accidentally left behind at the ferry terminal, though it was sorted out. - It was a bit hard to find information about the resort at first, such as the in-room dining menu, directions to the Recreation Village, and details for Chocolate Hour. Most of this was on the TV portal, but our TV was not set up to show it when we first turned it on, so we didn’t know about it until the next day. - An introduction to the facilities placed in the rooms or explained by the check-in staff would have been very useful. - We much prefer having physical menus rather than QR codes everywhere, and having physical signs for Chocolate Hour would be a good touch. Overall though, this is a wonderful resort with great food and excellent staff. We had a very relaxing holiday and would love to come back!

Check-in e check-out senza intoppi. Il personale è stato disponibile e ha soddisfatto tutte le mie richieste. L'acqua in bottiglia è stata rifornita puntualmente. L'hotel ha anche acconsentito alle richieste di giri in buggy e di escursioni in bicicletta fino a Plaza Lagoi. Uno dei membri dello staff, Candran, è stato particolarmente disponibile. La posizione era proprio di fronte alla spiaggia e l'hotel offriva numerose attività balneari come stand up paddle, kayak, trenino a botte per bambini, ecc. La piscina era spaziosa e pulita. L'escursione per ammirare le lucciole tra le mangrovie è stata ben organizzata dall'hotel e la compagnia che la forniva era di proprietà di un singaporiano, il che ci ha dato maggiore sicurezza. Il cibo al Sugarbeats era ottimo, soprattutto l'hamburger e l'ika kakar. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

Esperienza super super fantastica!! Il resort è un po' lontano, ma è come una piccola comunità isolata e autosufficiente, un mondo a sé stante! Avevamo un sacco di cose da fare anche se non avevamo niente in programma. C'erano tantissime attività gratuite (preparazione di sambal, visite alla fattoria, degustazione di miele, kayak, yoga, piegatura di asciugamani, osservazione delle stelle, degustazione di caffè, ecc.). A tarda notte, il personale è persino venuto a offrirci un dessert gratuito (una torta) ed era così delizioso. Anche la camera era davvero confortevole e accogliente e avevamo un servizio di buggy che ci portava qua e là (era come un giro sulle montagne russe, così divertente). Anche il cibo era buonissimo (Rica Rica aveva degli ottimi satay e mie goreng), e la postazione per le uova a colazione 10/10!! Anche il personale lì è stato così gentile e disponibile, mi dispiace tanto di aver dovuto andarmene... posso tornare...

È stato un soggiorno molto piacevole. La camera e l'hotel sono puliti. Il personale è molto gentile, umile, disponibile e cortese. Grazie a tutti per tutto.

We have found this beautiful place on our 2 days dad/son bicycle tour through Western Bintan. We loved the ample, farm type camp that is in between the hills and savannahs with the reddish coloured earth and evergreen palm trees of Bintan. The reception area is already oozing openness and friendliness, and you check in a very pleasant and welcoming world. The owner has established this is as a sustainable youth training and learning center, at the same time offering splendid and well-integrated guest activities for families, kids, and groups. We stayed in one of the clamping houses adjacent to one of the small and relaxing lakes, and my 5y son loved every inch of it. The A/C motor works in the background, the bathroom is bigger than in any of the Lagoi resorts we have been so far. The food is very deliciously mildly spicy, the coffee machine is Italian, the breakfast offers a choice of two menues which makes it easy not to choose wrong. The best part is the always friendly and supporting staff. Yanu was very supportive when engineering a kite and helped us making it fly (even outside his shift). The creative center is definitely worth a visit. As natural bicyclists, we loved the empty and small paved roads around the Camp, so we even had a wonderful time biking down to the Blue Lagoon (1hour). From the Ferry Station TM it is a 2h bicycle trip with a few stops in the road (try to avoid the heat). The Bintan Ferry takes bikes for transport, so do 6-seater cabbies in Singapore. I can strongly recommend this place for any escape plans from the big city and for all nature fans.

Prima volta in famiglia in questo posto, molto bello per rilassarsi. Siamo così grati a chi ci ha portato a prendere Tedi (martedì), molto gentile, buon servizio e piacevole. Il manager Hardi ci ha assistito per primo, molto chiaro nelle spiegazioni, così disponibile, gentile, buon servizio e cordiale. Nur che viso sorridente. Bella atmosfera e rilassante. Colazione buona e completa. I miei figli adorano, soprattutto l'uovo fritto, ma il nostro ultimo giorno è stato cucinato troppo (triste), non possiamo servirlo. Il miglior snorkeling che consigliamo, questo sport acquatico. Tutto perfetto, tranne la doccia, quindi esce poca acqua e non riesco a controllare il calore. Pulizia della camera. Ottima pulizia quotidiana, ma non lavo mai le tazze. E non do mai bagnoschiuma e shampoo. Nel complesso rilassante ed esperienza meravigliosa. Torneremo qui, spero di esserci cambiati per la doccia.

Stayed in the private pool ocean view villa, and it was one of the best villas I’ve ever visited! 😍 La villa stessa era bella: * 🚽 Giappone/Coreana riscaldato * 🚿 Grande doccia * 🛀 Grande bathtub * 🪞 Couple’s sink with plenty of space * 🛏️ Big, comfortable bed L'oceano è chiaro e non inquinato, e ogni villa viene con un paddle inflatablehigh tide è stato così divertente, e basso tempo ti permette di vedere piccoli pesci. È stato come una spiaggia privata perfetta per le foto divertenti e sorprendenti senza bombe foto.✨La piscina era perfetta anche, pulita quotidianamente, e il resort era molto privato e tranquillo. 💡 Se avessi dovuto condividere il mio consiglio 🤿 Andare a snorkeling! Il mio più grande dispiacere non andava 🥺. Se l'acqua davanti alla villa è già così chiara e piena di pesce, posso solo immaginare i punti di snorkeling. 🐠 🍽️ Il ristorante Ocean era eccellentepesca locale fresca e noodles di alimenti per la pesca per 385k IDR. Non ho pianificato abbastanza tempo per questo 🤏🥲 ma vale seriamente la pena. 💡 Il mio consiglio: Stay in the ocean view villait’s absolutely worth it. Trasporti è facile da organizzare, ma questo livello di vista oceanica e privacy a questo prezzo è raro. ✨ Le migliori vacanze sono quelle con rammarico di non conoscere piùso andare per questo. Se non si è incazzato su un hotel ”diretto in città”, questo è un hotel perfetto per voi e la vostra famiglia! L'hotel è a pochi passi dalla piazza Melayu, Tugu Pencil, Gong-gong edificio, Jalan Hang Tuah, il ponte costiere di recente costruzione, e Il quartiere è anche molto amichevole e ricco di piccoli cibi locali e negozi di pasticceria che non sono costosi! Anche se si vuole un buon ristorante cinese di alimenti per la pecora, Sei Enam è solo una pietra gettare via! Le camere sono molto basse e semplici e l'hotel non è dotato di ascensore, quindi se si sta soggiornando sul quarto piano, dovrai andare in piedi! All'interno delle camere sono semplici apparecchi come TV, cavo, telefono, tazze da bere, acqua in bottiglia, scarpe, tazze, cavi, docce d'acqua calda e fredda, tostapane con pasta dentale, shampoo, sapone da bar, aria condizionata, Le piastrelle sono ferme, e anche un bel bollitore per voi per colpire a dormire! Purtroppo non ci sono bollitori d'acqua, né caffè e condimenti di tè nella stanza. Acqua potabile calda e fredda sono al livello 1 area di cena. Il pacchetto dell'hotel che ho preso è stato con un semplice colazione. I piatti sono locali e spezie e spesso sono spruzzati con arachidi. Il colazione viene in pacchetti involucri (takeaway) con tutte le salse di argento, e/o riso in carta e involucri di plastica. Le cucine e le piastre sono disponibili per l'uso. Per il prezzo di circa S$26/day, ho pensato che fosse un soggiorno così meraviglioso in questo hotel! Anche se non ci sono molte strutture (perche' preferirei andare a camminare intorno alla città e andare a fare una barca), consiglio molto questo hotel 2 stelle per un semplice e conveniente soggiorno a Tanjung Pinang!
