It was very new hotel that just opened last year, me and my family wanted to try staying in the hotel. The room itself was very spacious compared to many hotels in the area and they have smart TV as well with Netflix, however you do need to loin to your own account. There was hot water in the shower and the soap and shampoo feels premium. The hairdryer was also very strong unlike other hotels. Will definitely be back again next time!

From the moment I arrived, I knew I had made the right choice. Located conveniently yet quietly, the hotel welcomed me with warm smiles and efficient service. The lobby felt elegant and cosy, with soft lighting and a fresh scent that instantly made me feel relaxed. My room was bright, spacious and spotlessly clean. Large windows opened up to a beautiful city view, and the bed was incredibly comfortable with soft linens and fluffy pillows – I had the best sleep in ages. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged: adequate charging ports, high-quality toiletries, and even a small welcome snack and bottled water waiting for me. I enjoyed breakfast at their dining area every morning. There was a wide selection of delicious food covering both local favourites and international dishes, all prepared fresh and served nicely. The staff were always friendly and attentive, ready to assist whenever I needed anything.

Prior to our arrival, I had booked two rooms and requested a special birthday surprise as my CEO's birthday was just around the corner. The team exceeded all expectations. They thoughtfully prepared a birthday cake, welcome fruits, and even wrote beautiful birthday wishes on the room mirror. It was such a wonderful and touching surprise that made the day extra special. What impressed me even more was the attention to detail and dedication shown by the staff. After the surprise celebration, the team even recorded a video of the special moment and sent it to me, allowing us to keep those precious memories forever. A special thank you to Janish and the team, especially Resa, Helmi, and Ari, for their exceptional hospitality, professionalism, and warm service. Their efforts demonstrated genuine care and a commitment to creating unforgettable guest experiences. While the hotel facilities may be moderate, the service provided is truly top-notch and worthy of a 5-star rating, if not higher. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding hospitality and personalized service. Thank you once again for making our stay and celebration so meaningful and memorable.

Very secluded and not near anything but its the closest best hotel next to PIK so theres that. The hotel room is so comfy cozy though I LOVE IT. the staff is very accomodating but the lobby is so mid and hot tbh like i was worried the rooms would be as mid as the lobby but nope the rooms were GREAT. The view from the room is amazing too. And i rlly love how theres a big water dispenser in each room, the first time i had this experience so its GREAT.

Ho avuto un ottimo soggiorno a All Sedayu Hotel Kelapa Gading, Indonesia. Il servizio era eccezionale dal momento in cui sono arrivato fino alla partenza. L'hotel è molto pulito, ben mantenuto e offre un'atmosfera confortevole per gli ospiti. Mi ha colpito di più l’ospitalità eccellente mostrata dal direttore del servizio e da ogni membro del personale, che erano incredibilmente utili, attenti e sempre disposti a andare a un miglio di distanza per assicurarsi che gli ospiti fossero ben curati. Il loro professionalismo, amicizia e vera cura mi hanno reso davvero memorabile il mio soggiorno. Unbeatable Views and Resort Vibes! I recently had a short stay at Gold Coast PIK, and it was exactly the escape I needed. If you’re looking for a place that feels like a resort but sits right in the heart of the action, this is it. I was lucky enough to have a unit that offered both the sparkling sea view and the dazzling city skyline. There are multiple pools to choose from (both indoor and outdoor). The outdoor pool area is stunning, very tropical and well-maintained.

Stayed at Gold Coast PIK Sea View Apartments. Great spot—close to the airport, shops, food, and the sea. Room was clean and roomy, with a kitchenette. Love the pool and gym too. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall good value. Just be ready for some wait during check-in and check-out for key and deposit handling.
