Hotel vicino a Parco Tematico Dunia Fantasi, Giacarta settentrionale

I still have some feedback to say for the hotel's improvement, but I want to give the full 5 stars anyway to tell them that they have the potential. First of all, the location and the interior of the room were great! I booked the De Luxe but we were upgraded to a much bigger one. The room is really a 4-star hotel! On the other hand, I can see that after a year of operation, facilities are starting to show signs of wear and tear. They have continuous renovations but I don't think everybody is doing their best to clean or maintain the cleanliness (especially the toilet) and to assist the guests. When you request something, it will take a long time before they deliver even if they already have the robot (which is actually amazing). The bathroom is fantastic but I see that they can still improve on cleaning to remove the stains in corners and toilet bowl. These are important simple things I believe to maintain the aesthetic of your hotel. They have a space for Work or meetings and the laundry room and gym are just so amazing. Don't get me wrong, despite my negative comments, I have to say that Elong hotel is a great hotel in PIK (worth the price). I will definitely book again, why not? More power to you, Elong hotel!

Da quando sono arrivato sapevo che avevo fatto la scelta giusta. L’hotel, situato convenientemente e tranquillamente, mi ha accolto con un sorriso caldo e un servizio efficiente. Il lobby mi sentiva elegante e confortevole, con un soft light e un nuovo scent che mi faceva sentire immediatamente rilassato. La mia camera era luminosa, spaziosa e pulita senza spot. Le grandi finestre si aprirono fino a una bella vista della città, e il letto era incredibilmente comodo con lenzuola morbide e cuscini fluffy – Ho avuto il miglior sonno in età. Tutti i dettagli sono stati organizzati con pensiero: i porti di carico adeguati, i bagni di alta qualità, e anche un piccolo snack di benvenuto e un bicchiere d'acqua che mi aspetta. Ogni mattina ho avuto colazione nella loro zona di cena, e c’era una vasta selezione di cibi deliziosi che comprendevano sia i piatti preferiti locali che internazionali, tutti freschi e serviti bene. Il personale era sempre amichevole e attento, pronto a aiutare ogni volta che mi serviva qualcosa.

Strategic location for those who wish to visit Jakarta International EXPO at Kemayoran. Spacious room with a good services and facilities. Unfortunately during the breakfast, the resto was chaos as the resto space could not accommodate the hotel guests especially during the peak season. The hotel staffs were late to refill the menu even the utensils that made a long queue.

Ho trascorso un soggiorno fantastico in questo hotel, che ha davvero superato le mie aspettative. Fin dal mio arrivo, il personale è stato incredibilmente accogliente e attento, rendendo il check-in semplice e senza intoppi. La camera era impeccabile, ben arredata e molto confortevole, dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno rilassante.

I liked the swimming pools, especially the outdoor one, they're kid's pool and the adult pool, the adult one was so big and decorated with manicure garden around them, they are probably the best in Jakarta for hotel resorts. That's enjoyable. The breakfast was fine except they didn't put more bakeries around 45 minutes before 10 am at the closing time, we didn't get things like croissants etc, we were disappointed. The service from reception was not great, when we called in to inform them that our room was missing an ironing board and a few things that they supposed to be in kitchen, the called was not answered after waiting for a while. So we had to go down on foot to go to reception. After all of that they still didn't fully provided what we requested, we were not demanding people, we just wanted have what supposed to be there. Crossing the road to Pik Avenue Mall was very challenging, there were pedestrians crossing but in Indonesia they don't stop and give way at zebra crossing, we had to follow locals who were familiar and knew how to cross through heavy traffic bravely.

Ho avuto un ottimo soggiorno a All Sedayu Hotel Kelapa Gading, Indonesia. Il servizio era eccezionale dal momento in cui sono arrivato fino alla partenza. L'hotel è molto pulito, ben mantenuto e offre un'atmosfera confortevole per gli ospiti. Mi ha colpito di più l’ospitalità eccellente mostrata dal direttore del servizio e da ogni membro del personale, che erano incredibilmente utili, attenti e sempre disposti a andare a un miglio di distanza per assicurarsi che gli ospiti fossero ben curati. Il loro professionalismo, amicizia e vera cura mi hanno reso davvero memorabile il mio soggiorno. Vorrei esprimere il mio sincero apprezzamento per l'intera squadra per l'eccellente servizio e dedizione. Mi aspetto di restare qui di nuovo in futuro.

Unbeatable Views and Resort Vibes! I recently had a short stay at Gold Coast PIK, and it was exactly the escape I needed. If you’re looking for a place that feels like a resort but sits right in the heart of the action, this is it. I was lucky enough to have a unit that offered both the sparkling sea view and the dazzling city skyline. There are multiple pools to choose from (both indoor and outdoor). The outdoor pool area is stunning, very tropical and well-maintained.

Stayed at Gold Coast PIK Sea View Apartments. Great spot—close to the airport, shops, food, and the sea. Room was clean and roomy, with a kitchenette. Love the pool and gym too. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall good value. Just be ready for some wait during check-in and check-out for key and deposit handling.
