Hotel vicino a Parco Tematico Dunia Fantasi, Giacarta settentrionale

I recently stayed at Elong PIK and overall had a very good experience. The hotel is in an excellent location — right in the heart of PIK with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and dining options just a short walk away. This made it super convenient for meals and evening outings. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the facilities were well-maintained. It’s a solid choice if you’re looking for a comfortable base in the PIK area. That said, there are a couple of areas that could use improvement: •  Mosquitoes in the room: Unfortunately, there were quite a few mosquitoes, which was a bit annoying at night. A stronger pest control measure or better window screening would make a big difference. •  Breakfast: The breakfast spread was decent but lacked variety. It would be great to see more options, especially for guests staying multiple nights. •  Coffee machine: The coffee machine at the cafe is not very user-friendly and seemed to break down frequently. It would be helpful if it’s either replaced or staff are trained to handle it better. Despite these minor issues, I would still recommend Elong PIK for its great location and overall comfort. With a few small upgrades, it could easily be a 5-star stay. Would stay again!

This location is perfect for golfers! Golf, F&B, wellness…..are all within 20min vicinity, no typical Jakarta jam! The property (seems so for most Mercure hotels I stay recently) is a little old and outdated though……shower, tap, dispensers…..all seem to be falling off or not working in good condition anymore….. Personally, I feel compensated by the nice course view from my room though…..

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the hotel team for going above and beyond to make my CEO's birthday truly memorable. Prior to our arrival, I had booked two rooms and requested a special birthday surprise as my CEO's birthday was just around the corner. The team exceeded all expectations. They thoughtfully prepared a birthday cake, welcome fruits, and even wrote beautiful birthday wishes on the room mirror. It was such a wonderful and touching surprise that made the day extra special. What impressed me even more was the attention to detail and dedication shown by the staff. After the surprise celebration, the team even recorded a video of the special moment and sent it to me, allowing us to keep those precious memories forever. A special thank you to Janish and the team, especially Resa, Helmi, and Ari, for their exceptional hospitality, professionalism, and warm service. Their efforts demonstrated genuine care and a commitment to creating unforgettable guest experiences. While the hotel facilities may be moderate, the service provided is truly top-notch and worthy of a 5-star rating, if not higher. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding hospitality and personalized service. Thank you once again for making our stay and celebration so meaningful and memorable.

Very secluded and not near anything but its the closest best hotel next to PIK so theres that. The hotel room is so comfy cozy though I LOVE IT. the staff is very accomodating but the lobby is so mid and hot tbh like i was worried the rooms would be as mid as the lobby but nope the rooms were GREAT. The view from the room is amazing too. And i rlly love how theres a big water dispenser in each room, the first time i had this experience so its GREAT.

Ho trascorso un soggiorno fantastico in questo hotel, che ha davvero superato le mie aspettative. Fin dal mio arrivo, il personale è stato incredibilmente accogliente e attento, rendendo il check-in semplice e senza intoppi. La camera era impeccabile, ben arredata e molto confortevole, dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno rilassante.

Ho avuto un ottimo soggiorno a All Sedayu Hotel Kelapa Gading, Indonesia. Il servizio era eccezionale dal momento in cui sono arrivato fino alla partenza. L'hotel è molto pulito, ben mantenuto e offre un'atmosfera confortevole per gli ospiti. Mi ha colpito di più l’ospitalità eccellente mostrata dal direttore del servizio e da ogni membro del personale, che erano incredibilmente utili, attenti e sempre disposti a andare a un miglio di distanza per assicurarsi che gli ospiti fossero ben curati. Il loro professionalismo, amicizia e vera cura mi hanno reso davvero memorabile il mio soggiorno. Vorrei esprimere il mio sincero apprezzamento per l'intera squadra per l'eccellente servizio e dedizione. Mi aspetto di restare qui di nuovo in futuro.

Unbeatable Views and Resort Vibes! I recently had a short stay at Gold Coast PIK, and it was exactly the escape I needed. If you’re looking for a place that feels like a resort but sits right in the heart of the action, this is it. I was lucky enough to have a unit that offered both the sparkling sea view and the dazzling city skyline. There are multiple pools to choose from (both indoor and outdoor). The outdoor pool area is stunning, very tropical and well-maintained.
