Hotel vicino a Giardini Parade, Bath

Il lobby dell'hotel e il colazione erano molto carini. Tuttavia, abbiamo avuto qualche problema con la nostra camera. Il letto matrimoniale era molto piccolo, e la camera che eravamo assegnati inizialmente non corrispondeva alle foto mostrate durante la prenotazione. Quando abbiamo sollevato le nostre preoccupazioni, il personale ha fatto del suo meglio per accoglierci, che apprezziamo. Purtroppo, il processo ha preso molto tempo e ha comportato molteplici cambiamenti di stanza. La stanza finale che ci è stata assegnata era molto meglio e soddisfaceva le nostre aspettative. Se ci fosse stato dato questo spazio fin dall'inizio, la nostra esperienza complessiva sarebbe stata significativamente più positiva. Sembra che alcune camere siano state ristrutturate e siano molto più nuove, mentre altre sono più vecchie e meno riflettenti delle immagini pubblicizzate online.

Had a few days getaways me and my daughter for city break and Z hotel was great in middle of town. Everything you want all around us. Train station was a 5 minute walk. Will love to come back again. Friendly service, clean, reasonable prices and great location. Would recommend Z hotel if staying in Bath . Lots to see around. Everything in walking distance.

The location was amazing and easy by walking in town, meet the hotel standards on cleanliness, service and location. staff is very friendly with smile especially on the breakfast time, they are really helpful. However I have booked for 2 nights with the city view queen bed room, but It’s no city view at all. Also, this room is on the upper ground floor and nearby the storage cleaning room is not the good idea for customer especially on the early morning time. The problem is the room always has a terrible noise all the time which make me terrible and can’t sleep well when I am being on the room. I have requested the room which away from elevators and good view before booking but not get anything at all.

Un grazioso appartamentino dotato di tutto il necessario per il nostro soggiorno. Molto pulito e con un comodissimo letto king size. Pur essendo in centro a Bath, era molto tranquillo e vicino a tutti i migliori bar e ristoranti. Posizione fantastica. Torneremo sicuramente per un soggiorno più lungo. Impeccabile.

The hotel was amazing. From the clean rooms to yummy breakfast ( huge choice) to helpful and friendly staff and lastly the lovely and friendly staff at the bar and restaurant area. Highly recommend.

Attended on Tuesday 27th Feb. Paid a little extra for room with a bath as like the couple ****** we are, we wanted a bath in Bath. My wife's first time ever visiting here. The hotel is a lovely setting, there is history here and all the staff have been wonderful. Close to the station, literally in front of it, and close to everything. Had the great pleasure of having many encounters with Tim, one of the reception staff and I believe concierges. Super pleasant and always helpful. We had breakfast included and after having that this morning can honestly say it's bang for your buck, with hot food to order including steak and eggs, (best steak my wife has had in the UK), a breakfast grill and a selection of others plus a typical selection of baked goods and fruits. The bar is pleasant and we enjoyed drinks last night before heading up to our room. Strawberry daiquiri we have had many times but the Amaretto sour was an interesting twist with a strong lemon zest. The only downside to the visit would be the bath/shower experience. Lukewarm bath and cold shower when we attempted it last night. This morning we got hot water for a total of ten mins to share before it went cold again. Not the worst thing all in all but a downside considering the extra pricing for a bathtub room. I was however assured that had I brought it to the desks attention I would have been assisted and I had just done the British thing of not wanting to fuss. One last perk that made an impact to me; free luggage storage. We checked out early so we could make the best of our time exploring Bath before we ride home. We were offered free luggage storage for even after we checked out so we could come back in quick before our train at 3pm and grab our bags and go, no extra charge. Fantastically useful as the Abbey tour does not allow luggage inside and we wanted to go. Anyway, thank you to Tim and all the staff at The Royal for making us feel welcomed and our time there special, we will definitely be coming back someday soon and will stay again. - Liam and Jenny Stephenson, Room 109. L'hotel si trova su una bella strada con i meravigliosi edifici che la circondano. E 'un'ampia lancia di pietra da dove sono tutti i negozi, bar e caffè. Il personale è molto amichevole, sempre sorridente, agisce professionisti e ti dà idee e suggerimenti per le visite. La stanza che avevamo incredibilmente alte pareti e un tetto alto, ma il telaio per il pavimento ci ha ferito i piedi per camminare, quindi suggerisco di prendere le mutandine (non abbiamo preso nessuna, purtroppo). In generale, era un posto per stare con un delizioso colazione la mattina dopo.

Reception staff are very friendly warm welcome, room size is ok, bathroom is reasonable but separate taps is an issue should be a mixer tap for both hot and cold water, Great parking space, breakfast is very nice I felt embarrassed and uncomfortable on our last of breakfast the previous day i had spoken to supervisor of the day to see if they make or buy the mini Crossaints as i wanted to buy a few to take home to my sons, i was informed this is a buffet so im welcome to take as many as i want and as tomorrow is my last day i can take these fresh then, they had no problem in me doing this so on my last day i spoke to the supervisor who said he was informed re this but he doesn't allow this and spoke down to me which made me very uncomfortable as there were other guests there and if it was an issue the supervisor previous day wouldn't have said its ok and that they have done this for other guests, He then said he will not allow me to many but will give me a couple and gave me 3 in a box, i felt very embarrassed and little in that space of time, the way he spoke and his tone was not nice i felt very let down on my last day and this has left me a negative impression

Stayed at Wentworth House for one night. The location was handy — only about a 6 or 7-minute taxi ride into the centre of Bath. Parking on site was free, which is always a bonus, though spaces were limited. The shower worked fine with good hot water, and at £120 a night for three people, the price wasn’t unreasonable for Bath. On the downside, the place is very dated and could do with some serious modernisation. Our room had a noticeable damp smell and the single-glazed windows didn’t help keep the room warm or quiet. I can’t comment on the food as we didn’t eat there, but overall, it’s an okay option if you just need somewhere for a night and aren’t too fussy — though a refresh would really lift the place.
