Hotel vicino a Flora und Botanischer Garten Köln, Colonia

Stayed as a couple at Club King Double room for 5 nights during the Amphi Festival. Pros: - Unbeatable location, walking distance to everything while not within the Old Town which is way too touristy. Five-minute walk from the train that takes you straight to the airport. - Room 99% soundproof, very private and peaceful (stayed at the Club floor, 6/6). - Amazing bed. - Full-size working desk in the room. - Daytime service very professional, helpful, and friendly. - The Club Floor lounge has it's own very good breakfast buffet (included with the Club rooms at no extra cost - apart from the higher cost of the Club room itself - so you might skip paying extra for the regular breakfast at the restaurant). Also daytime tea with cake and an evening snack are served as well. The snack could become your legitimate dinner if you need it, as there are hot options and appetizers. Amazing view of the cathedral from the Lounge. - The food was amazing. Cons: - The night shift staff is not at the same level as the day shift, so try to resolve your matters during the day. - Some visible wear and tear in the room (not important to me, but might bother some who expect everything to be 100% at this price point). Overall: - Highly recommend, would stay again.

Tutto era fantastico. La posizione non era delle migliori, a dire il vero, ma andava bene, a circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla metropolitana più vicina. I servizi erano un po' limitati, ma andavano bene.

La struttura è facilmente raggiungibile dall'aeroporto: basta prendere il treno che ti porta in centro città (il biglietto costa 3,70 €, acquistabile alle macchinette nella stazione dei treni). Nella stessa stazione, puoi anche comprare i biglietti per bus e metropolitana. Una volta arrivato in centro, dalla stazione dei treni puoi camminare lungo il fiume Reno per circa 10 minuti o prendere l'autobus (io ho preso il bus 133 per due fermate). La distanza dalla stazione all'hotel è di circa 800 metri. Se il tempo è bello, ti consiglio di fare una passeggiata lungo il Reno, e in pochi minuti arriverai all'hotel. La struttura è molto piacevole, il personale è gentile e le camere sono spaziose e pulite. La mia camera, con un grande balcone vetrato, si affacciava sul fiume Reno. La colazione è abbondante e variegata, con opzioni sia per chi ama il salato che per chi preferisce il dolce. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura e tornerò volentieri.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno incantevole, il personale è stato estremamente disponibile e accomodante. Abbiamo richiesto una camera vicino all'ascensore e ce ne hanno data una spaziosa proprio come avevamo richiesto. La posizione è fantastica, soprattutto se si visita durante il periodo dei mercatini di Natale; tutto è raggiungibile a piedi. L'unico inconveniente è stata la connessione internet debole, quindi è meglio avere un proprio piano dati se si fa affidamento sulla connessione, e le lenzuola vengono cambiate solo su richiesta. Nel complesso, è stata comunque un'esperienza piacevole e la consiglio per la posizione, la disponibilità del personale e le camere spaziose e incantevoli!

La posizione dell'Hotel Adina è molto buona. È vicino alla stazione ferroviaria, molto conveniente, e allo stesso tempo sorprendentemente tranquillo, che apprezzo davvero. La camera è ben attrezzata per un soggiorno più lungo. Una frigorifera di dimensioni piene, una lavatrice e un'attrezzatura di cucina di base fanno una grande differenza e aggiunge un sacco di comfort. La sala da giardino è perfettamente buona, e c'è anche una piscina, che è un bel bonus. In generale, ero molto felice di rimanere qui per un periodo prolungato. Tuttavia, ci sono alcuni problemi: la custodia deve avvenire ogni tre giorni, ma in realtà è piuttosto irregolare e imprevedibile; a volte non succede affatto a meno che non lo chiedi attivamente, cosa un po' irritante. C'è un'app per richiedere servizi, ma purtroppo non ha funzionato bene durante il mio soggiorno. La colazione è ok, ma molto basilare e ripetibile. La selezione è stata esattamente la stessa ogni giorno per due settimane, che si stanca rapidamente. In generale, è un buon hotel per un soggiorno più lungo, soprattutto se si valorizza lo spazio e le strutture di autoservizio, ma vi è spazio per migliorare la coerenza del mantenimento e la varietà del colazione.

When I was checking in, I was a little worried the staff would be unable to speak English. However the two receptionists who helped me were perfectly fluent and answered any questions I had. I did unfortunately have to pay a city tax on top of my room, but it wasn’t expensive and this is a common thing in most hotels in Europe. The room itself was pretty decent and had plenty of space for my suitcase and to walk around. The en-suite was great and had good towels and hot shower. The bed was comfy with a good mattress and duvet wise, but the pillows were a bit limp and didn’t have a lot in them. I spoke to another member of staff who spoke little English, who said he’d look and bring one to my room, but this never happened. Whatever the case, still had a good sleep, would have better with extra head comfort. As for breakfast, there was a great variety of choice from fry-up food (bacon, sausages, eggs) to continental pastries and drinks. I would say the only downside was there was not enough for fruit, as there was only a few apples and plates of sliced oranges. Would have been better if there was more to choose fruit wise, but everything else was great and was a good fuel up for the day in Cologne. When checking out, they also allowed me to place my luggage and bags in their storage room with zero charge which is great when you’re exploring for the day and have a later departure time. Overall, if you’re in Cologne for a day (like me) or two, this place is a great option and I would stay here again!

L'hotel è molto ben posizionato, vicino ai mezzi di trasporto e a pochi passi da una serie di bar e ristoranti e da molti bei quartieri come il Belgisches Viertel. C'era una buona scelta per la colazione.

Il personale è stato davvero gentile. Anche la posizione è perfetta. Mi piacerebbe tornarci.

Abbiamo soggiornato con due adulti e due bambini. Il bar al piano inferiore funge anche da reception. La camera aveva un letto matrimoniale e un letto a castello. La camera era adeguata e pulita. Il parcheggio è un po' caro. Il parcheggio è gratuito dalle 23:00 alle 9:00. Dopo, costa 1 € per 15 minuti. Altri parcheggi disponibili nelle vicinanze.
