Le camere dell'hotel sono spaziose, i servizi sono ben tenuti e anche il servizio è ottimo. In particolare, le lavatrici e le asciugatrici in lavanderia sono molto pulite e sicure. L'unico inconveniente è che il detersivo per il bucato deve essere ritirato personalmente alla cassa, e non c'è alcuna spiegazione in merito in lavanderia! L'ho scoperto solo quando ho chiesto informazioni alla cassa...

Il servizio dell'hotel era eccellente: ci hanno consentito di fare il check-out posticipato dopo aver sentito che il nostro treno era in ritardo e ci hanno portato una stufa portatile in camera a causa del freddo. Vedendo vicino alla stazione ferroviaria, è nuovo, è stato fissato provvisoriamente per tutta la stagione, completamente al di là delle aspettative, la progettazione della stanza è molto ragionevole e la pulizia è molto pulita. Ho prenotato una stanza con una finestra. Ho passato più di amici a avere una stanza migliore. Tuttavia, la loro stanza a buon mercato aveva una finestra, ma la mia non. Invece, aveva una parete di vetro che guardava nella hall. Quando sono arrivato prima, la porta della stanza era aperta. Scontrarono il problema e i miei amici e io uscii a mangiare. Quando siamo tornati (3 ore dopo l'ispezione) nessuna delle chiavi della nostra stanza funzionava. Ho dovuto scendere due volte alla ricezione per farlo funzionare. Poi al colazione un uomo ha iniziato a fumare nella zona del colazione e nessuno l'ha fermato. Passerò in questo hotel la prossima volta che sono a Xining.

L'ambiente dell'hotel è così comodo e bello. Il momento in cui entro, profumo arancione intorno al lobby. Le loro strutture sono così buone, il loro spazio di lavaggio è pulito, viene con ferro, asciugatrice e lavatrice. Scrivo per esprimere il mio sincero apprezzamento per l'eccezionale ospitalità e il servizio forniti durante il mio recente soggiorno al Boli Yabu Hotel di Xining. Come presidente dell'Amber Palace di Chaina, ho avuto l'opportunità di provare diverse sistemazioni e devo dire che si sono davvero distinte per il servizio impeccabile e l'attenzione ai dettagli del Boli Yabu Hotel.
Innanzitutto, vorrei esprimere la mia gratitudine al reparto della reception per la calorosa accoglienza e l'efficiente procedura di check-in. I membri dello staff sono stati professionali, cortesi e hanno fatto di tutto per garantire che il mio soggiorno fosse confortevole dal momento in cui sono arrivato.
Inoltre, vorrei elogiare il reparto di assistenza per la loro straordinaria dedizione alla soddisfazione degli ospiti. Che si trattasse di organizzare il trasporto, fornire consigli sulle attrazioni locali o rispondere prontamente a qualsiasi richiesta o preoccupazione, il team di assistenza ha costantemente superato le mie aspettative con la sua attenzione e professionalità.
Inoltre, vorrei riconoscere al Back Office Department i loro sforzi dietro le quinte nel mantenere le operazioni dell'hotel senza intoppi. TTravelfreeBuon hotel, molto moderno e pulito. La stanza era spaziosa e confortevole. Il personale era estremamente utile. Per il prezzo è fantastico.
Tuttavia, non potevamo godere del colazione a partire dalle 7:30, che è già abbastanza tardi per un hotel, e alle 7:40 non era nemmeno la metà del colazione preparato e dovevamo andarcene, Avrei voluto provarlo soprattutto considerando che era incluso nella stanza e ciò che abbiamo mangiato era piuttosto delizioso.
La cortina dietro il bagno non si trova in linea con il muro, quindi c'è una luce luminosa tutta la notte dall'esterno.
L'hotel è stato un po' difficile da trovare, soprattutto trovando la zona di parcheggio corretta per l'edificio.
Gli ascensori sono gli ascensori condivisi e ci sono voluti più di 10 minuti per salire al 25° piano . E ci sono voluti 5 minuti per aspettare di scendere un piano alla ricezione, prima di decidere di prendere le scale (che sono molto sporche)
A parte l'hotel sopra, il lavaggio era molto buono e confortevole, le strutture lavanderia erano pulite, il caffè nella reception, e un serbatoio di pesce freddo, insieme al personale molto amichevole.

The price was also excellent value for money.
My train from Lhasa arrived at 6.30am and I caught a taxi the short distance to Park Plaza without issue.
I checked in around 7am and was shown my room.
It was beautiful, very spacious with a large window,
and it also had a freestanding bath.
Unfortunately I could smell cigarette smoke, which is not uncommon in Chinese hotels.
I asked for a different room and was immediately shown one .
This room was identical but the bed covers were a children's design and there were some toys and teepee in one corner . I simply folded the bright yellow covers down and had a lovely tasteful decor again.
The bed was extremely comfy and the room was very quiet.
The buffet was beyond excellent and the head chef and his small team were very friendly and attentive.
Clearly they were very proud of their fabulous buffet and presentation....as they should be. It was my best in China..
I found a lovely walking trail behind the hotel beside the river, 5 mins away.
The area in general was nice to wander around, very different from my stay in the centre of city when on my way to Tibet.
I will most definitely choose Park Plaza when I return to Xining.

He even helped with my luggage, arranging pickup and drop-off. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with a team of staffs that genuinely cares about guest satisfaction.

Tthe_wanderlust_jellyWas told I am given a free room upgrade, but honestly I can't tell the difference. Also the room in the listing image was larger and brighter but the actual room I received was extremely rather grim looking, not to mention it doesn't even look like half the room size in the listing image. I also can't seem to adjust the aircon temp as it will remain at room temperature no matter what I set, however xining is quite cooling in general so it's still acceptable. In the room I was give, the glass panel at the washroom side had a severely cracked side which seem like it will break if I had closed the glass door too hard. I took a video immediately before using the toilet in case it really does get shattered, but luckily it did not Very unsafe nevertheless. The shower was the worst, every night I had to gamble if it will be cold or scalding hot water. I set the shower value slightly towards the warm side, and the water became scalding hot within seocnds, and if I move it to the cold side, it became freezing cold within seconds. Even if I set it exactly in the middle, it will give me either one of the extreme temperature. Had to keep adjusting from hot to cold so that it stay at a comfortable and safe temp range. The toilet bowl flush in a very stupid manner too, by first flooding the bowl from bottom up, this means that if you took a dump and it's a slightly sticky one, it's gonna stick. The electric kettle was so noisy when turned on that it sound like a train passing right beside my room. And speaking of noise, the sound proofing of the room was one of the worst of every single hotel I stayed in before. You can literally hear new occupants dragging their luggage or family chattering non stop right after they exit the lift. FYI, my room was literally the furthest away. Every time your neighbors from 3 room away turn on their tap water, you can hear it, even if that's like 4am in the night. The hairdryer is a safety hazard too. Tried to use it once and after plugging in and turning it on, smoke immediately came oozing out of it, so I immediately switched it off and remove the plug. Never used it since. Oh yes one last thing I have to say is that as a hotel PLEASE NEVER USE MOVEMENT OR VOICE CONTROLLED LIGHTINGS. While I wash up every day, I had to keep waving my hands like an ***** every few minutes in order to prevent the lights from going out. The detection is sooooo off that unless there's a huge action at the correct spot, it will not turn the lights back. This was absolutely annoyance.
However the things I mentioned above are although not welcomed, but can be tolerated.
Personally, the only thing I really love about this was the free tea. And that is also a highly recommended must try. I believe that's ******* black tea which is also a local specialty. I regret not trying earlier because at the latter of my trip, I no longer pass by stores that sells ******* black tea. Recommendation to the hotel is include a way to buy some of this tea.
Overall, I will only recommend the hotel to someone who do not have any other choice or have a lower budget in mind.

UUtente ospiteQuesto è sinceramente il miglior affare in città. Sono venuto a Xining per 10 anni, sono rimasto in diversi hotel ogni volta. Questo è certamente il mio preferito e il miglior affare in questa gamma di prezzi.
Prima di tutto, la posizione. Dritto nel centro della città, con molti taxi che arrivano (questo può essere un problema per gli hotel in altri luoghi, dove i taxi sono più rari). E 'super comodo e si può raggiungere qualsiasi parte della città in modo efficiente e veloce. Ci sono molti autobus che vanno da qui a qualsiasi parte della città.
In secondo luogo, la qualità della camera, del letto (super comodo e confortevole, che è davvero bello dopo aver viaggiato per circa due settimane nel vicinato campo), la pulizia della camera e del bagno. Prodotti igienici molto buoni, non paste dentali e sapone economico come in altri hotel.
