Hotel vicino a Stazione MRT Weiwuying, Kaohsiung

This was my third stay at this hotel since its grand opening. I visit Kaohsiung about every six months, and overall the experience has been consistently pleasant. The facilities are well designed and maintained , and the staff are friendly and professional . There was one issue during this stay—the shower drainage was clogged, so I had to use the bathtub instead. This is something that ideally shouldn’t happen at all, but the hotel’s response was okay. They came to fix it next morning as it was late. The soundproofing and AC are excellent. I especially enjoyed the hot spring and the gym, both of which are well equipped and relaxing. I didn’t include the buffet breakfast this time, as I preferred grabbing local drinks, buns, and snacks from the 7‑Eleven or FamilyMart just across the street as well as leaving room for lunch later. The desserts at the lobby café were delightful, and the Japanese restaurant was absolutely divine. It’s just a pity that I didn’t know the omakase needs to be pre-booked. The restaurant doesn’t reserve seats for hotel guests or ask about this in advance, which was a bit disappointing. The set menu was very nice. Overall, it’s still a hotel I enjoy staying.

Proprio come dice il nome della struttura, sono molto gentili. La stanza spaziosa, la colazione molto variata. Al secondo piano vi è la possibilità di fare il bucato gratuitamente, sapone e asciugatrice come anche ferro da stiro sono messi a disposizione. All’entrata della struttura vi è un piccolo luogo di incontro dove ci si può fornite di qualche snack o gelati gratuiti. (2 pz al giorno per persona). Il personale è stato molto cordiale. La zona comoda, la metropolitana si trova a circa 5 minuti a piedi.

We were extremely impressed with our stay at this hotel! We absolutely loved the unlimited snacks available throughout the day, including coffee, tea, junk foods, and especially the ice cream. One of the highlights of our stay was the complimentary 24-hour laundry service, which was very convenient and added great value to our experience. The breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations with its wide variety of delicious dishes. Our room was clean, comfortable, and relaxing, providing the perfect place to unwind after a long day. The hotel's location was also excellent and convenient for exploring the area. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and outstanding amenities. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

L'hotel è situato in un'ottima posizione, tra la stazione dei treni e la fermata della metropolitana Boulevard, che collega gran parte della città. Anche i tour giornalieri partono tutti dall'uscita 11, che dista circa 5-7 minuti a piedi dall'hotel, a seconda del proprio passo. Il personale è molto gentile e parla bene l'inglese. La camera è bella, spaziosa e pulita. La colazione è alla carta: ogni giorno si può scegliere tra le opzioni proposte e il piatto principale viene cucinato al momento (previa prenotazione il giorno prima), mentre i contorni, il cappuccino e il resto del buffet sono liberamente accessibili. All'ultimo piano c'è una bellissima veranda panoramica dove potersi rilassare e ammirare la città dall'alto. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel, mi sono trovato/a molto bene ed è anche molto silenzioso.”

L'hotel è relativamente pulito. Rimase in una camera singola con un letto semi-doppio. Dimensioni decente ma non si è reso conto che era dietro gli ascensori, poteva sentire l'ascensore spostarsi attraverso il giorno. La posizione della testa del doccia è piuttosto cattiva. Non è in un angolo è molto simile a spray direttamente nel vostro corpo. Sarebbe bello se potessero affrontare questo. È a 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di metro, quindi non chiuso. C'era anche un cazzo nel bagno.

I booked this hotel because of next day flight. However, this hotel still needs to be access by taxi. Hotel is quiet, room is clean. 2 Water bottles are avb. Theres no facilities avb in this hotel except breakfast and almost all day coffee/tea and chips/biscuits (forgot the exact time). Nevertheless, the breakfast is really below so so, all food is not warm at all and limited choices. We finally went to Starbucks across the street.

Overall the hotel was very nice. It was modern. The check in staff was very helpful and at least one person on staff always spoke English. Note that the staff at breakfast were super cute older ladies and they don't speak English. Pros: Modern design. Newer hotel. Large beds (stayed in a standard quad room). The twin bed rooms were also bigger and nice. The shower was really great. It was super high pressure. Bidet for the toilet. Big bathrooms. You can turn on the vent and dry clothes that you hang to dry. The 13th floor area is nice with snacks through the afternoon and evening and coffee. They provide free sparkling water and regular water for the rooms. Very well designed with great storage since there wasn't much floor space. Cons: Location wasn't really next to many food areas. There's a Starbucks. You have to walk around 5-10 min, which is fine, but it's not the usual vibes you would imagine having in Taiwan. Unlike Taipei, the city is a sleepy town. A lot of businesses are just randomly closed during work hours and regular business days. There is a 7-11. The night market nearby is small. The breakfast needs a little help. After 2 days, it's the same food over and over. We were there for 7nights, so you can imagine it was a bit tiresome. I hope they can provide more variety. Even the soup only changed once. So 6 breakfasts it was miso soup. 1 breakfast was a corn soup (good, but never came back). Another major con is the hotel has no direct email address, so you can't contact them directly. I had to speak with the Leisure group hotels via FB messenger. They never responded via the Line App. We chose this hotel because it's newer and had the room arrangements that we needed for our group (12 rooms). Big buses can wait outside for you. You can't make much noise in this hotel. We got warnings every day and that was just when we were hanging out in the lobby waiting for the elevator. Overall the hotel was good value and great for a soccer team since we had the 13th floor for our team meetings and for hanging out at night.

Molto convenientemente situato a meno di 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria. Colazione inclusa che era abbastanza buona. TV nel soggiorno del colazione in modo che potessi guardare un gioco mentre mangio. Le camere sono molto piccole con bagno al corridoio. Sono molto comodi e puliti.
