È un famoso monumento a Kaohsiung, ma non riuscivo a credere che questo hotel non sia stato rimodellato da allora. In realtà ero un po' spaventato a dormire perché la condizione della camera è molto vecchia e buia. La posizione e il personale sono molto amichevole e amichevole, ma certamente non visiterò di nuovo a meno che non sia rimodellato.

La struttura si trova vicino alla stazione della metropolitana leggera di Wenwu Temple, a circa 5-6 minuti a piedi. Questa volta ho soggiornato da sola in una camera doppia, che si è rivelata piuttosto spaziosa. Era anche molto pulita e ordinata. In camera era disponibile acqua in bottiglia e c'erano distributori d'acqua su ogni piano. L'unico inconveniente è stata la mancanza di pantofole. Il posto è molto buono!Proprio vicino alla stazione di trasporto.C'è molto cibo!E'un nuovo hotel aperto, ma mi sento come se non fosse nuovo, il corridoio è molto oscuro e un po'incomodo.Lo spazio della stanza è molto grande, ma la disposizione è un po'strano. La finestra è molto brillante, ma è un po'inconveniente con l'edificio opposto, quindi è un po'inconveniente al tramonto, ma capisco anche che è così nella zona urbana.La luce è leggermente oscura.Il bagno è grande, andare in acqua è un po' lento, ma il fiore è abbastanza forte, ma non c'è una certa disconvenienza di separare la siccità. In generale, questo prezzo è un po'prezioso e non deve rimanere la prossima volta.Ma il personale di servizio è molto amichevole e merita lode.

L'hotel è molto lontano dalla stazione ferroviaria. Il personale del contegno non ci ha riconosciuti quando siamo arrivati al conteggio finché non gli abbiamo detto che avevamo una prenotazione di camera. La stanza era più piccola di quanto previsto e non c'era spazio per 2 bagagli. Chiedo un piatto extra, ma è stato detto di pagare un altro. Plus punto.. c'è un piccolo angolo con snack gratis e macchina da caffè.

Il personale dell'hotel è molto cordiale, l'ambiente è pulito e le strutture sono nuovissime. Il sabato c'è il mercato notturno di Boerxiao, proprio di fronte all'hotel. È molto comodo, ma l'unico inconveniente è che potresti non essere in grado di scegliere una camera con balcone.

Whether it's the concierge employees at level 1, or the check-in staff at level 20, or the breakfast staff, everyone is polite and helpful. Fantastic service and facilities. Breakfast is amazing. Everything is perfect, and I strongly encourage visitors to Kaohsiung to stay at H2O hotel!

UUtente anonimoThe hotel location is perfect for getting around, connecting to the Kaoshiung MRT, the local railway & the HSR @ Zuoying. Although the room is compact, the lounge is a great place to chill, have tea/coffee & ice cream that's complimentary. Each day we are even offered a complimentary beer, juice drink or Perrier mineral water. The facilities include free use of the washing machine & dryer. The staff from the reception to housekeeping, and breakfast staff are service oriented, helpful & courteous. The breakfast spread is generous & food is topped up when it runs low. Will certainly stay at Kindness Hotel again if ever I come to Kaoshiung.

UUtente ospiteNon si tratta di un hotel ma di una suite. È molto sicuro. Nel soggiorno dell'edificio sono presenti guardie di sicurezza e polizia in servizio. All'esterno dell'edificio sono inoltre presenti auto della polizia in servizio. La stanza è completamente attrezzata. Il capo mi ha fatto in modo di vivere in una stanza comune. Anche se il letto matrimoniale è un po' piccolo, è abbastanza comodo. Il bagno è vecchiotto ma molto pulito. Il capo è molto premuroso e gli oggetti esposti nella stanza sono molto belli. È come tornare a casa propria. Nella stanza c'è un odore di vecchia casa, ma è accettabile. Il capo è molto gentile. La prossima volta che andrò a Kaohsiung per un viaggio di due giorni, tornerò sicuramente a soggiornare qui. È economico, pulito e i trasporti sono comodi.

L'illuminazione della stanza era un po' troppo oscura per me, ma non era un problema durante il giorno, perché c'era molta luce solare dalla finestra. Mi piace che mettano una tavola da caffè e una sedia a mano dalla finestra, rendendo molto piacevole leggere durante il giorno. La posizione è una buona, circa 10-15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione MRT più vicina. La strada alla stazione era chiara e aveva una varietà di negozi locali da esplorare.

CCrabisgood888Overall the hotel was very nice. It was modern. The check in staff was very helpful and at least one person on staff always spoke English. Note that the staff at breakfast were super cute older ladies and they don't speak English.
Pros: Modern design. Newer hotel. Large beds (stayed in a standard quad room). The twin bed rooms were also bigger and nice. The shower was really great. It was super high pressure. Bidet for the toilet. Big bathrooms. You can turn on the vent and dry clothes that you hang to dry. The 13th floor area is nice with snacks through the afternoon and evening and coffee. They provide free sparkling water and regular water for the rooms. Very well designed with great storage since there wasn't much floor space.
Cons: Location wasn't really next to many food areas. There's a Starbucks. You have to walk around 5-10 min, which is fine, but it's not the usual vibes you would imagine having in Taiwan. Unlike Taipei, the city is a sleepy town. A lot of businesses are just randomly closed during work hours and regular business days. There is a 7-11. The night market nearby is small. The breakfast needs a little help. After 2 days, it's the same food over and over. We were there for 7nights, so you can imagine it was a bit tiresome. I hope they can provide more variety. Even the soup only changed once. So 6 breakfasts it was miso soup. 1 breakfast was a corn soup (good, but never came back). Another major con is the hotel has no direct email address, so you can't contact them directly. I had to speak with the Leisure group hotels via FB messenger. They never responded via the Line App.
We chose this hotel because it's newer and had the room arrangements that we needed for our group (12 rooms). Big buses can wait outside for you. You can't make much noise in this hotel. We got warnings every day and that was just when we were hanging out in the lobby waiting for the elevator.
Overall the hotel was good value and great for a soccer team since we had the 13th floor for our team meetings and for hanging out at night.
