PPerruseiniProprio come dice il nome della struttura, sono molto gentili. La stanza spaziosa, la colazione molto variata. Al secondo piano vi è la possibilità di fare il bucato gratuitamente, sapone e asciugatrice come anche ferro da stiro sono messi a disposizione. All’entrata della struttura vi è un piccolo luogo di incontro dove ci si può fornite di qualche snack o gelati gratuiti. (2 pz al giorno per persona). Il personale è stato molto cordiale. La zona comoda, la metropolitana si trova a circa 5 minuti a piedi.

TTholsimGood location with excellent breakfast although may need to wait up to half an hour. Chauffeur service is available to and fro from Zuoying HSR station. I left my charger after I’ve checked out, and service staff is attentive to contact me and courier to my address. Great service!

UUtente anonimoThe Hotel is located in the convenience transportation Location. Easy for traveling to other areas, close to the hotel also having fast food and convenience store. The hotel itself is clean you can leave the luggage before your check in. I like the common area next to the reception. It's nice and having snack and drink for Hotel guest. Quite impressive. If Having a chance will come back again.

UUtente ospiteNon si tratta di un hotel ma di una suite. È molto sicuro. Nel soggiorno dell'edificio sono presenti guardie di sicurezza e polizia in servizio. All'esterno dell'edificio sono inoltre presenti auto della polizia in servizio. La stanza è completamente attrezzata. Il capo mi ha fatto in modo di vivere in una stanza comune. Anche se il letto matrimoniale è un po' piccolo, è abbastanza comodo. Il bagno è vecchiotto ma molto pulito. Il capo è molto premuroso e gli oggetti esposti nella stanza sono molto belli. È come tornare a casa propria. Nella stanza c'è un odore di vecchia casa, ma è accettabile. Il capo è molto gentile. La prossima volta che andrò a Kaohsiung per un viaggio di due giorni, tornerò sicuramente a soggiornare qui. È economico, pulito e i trasporti sono comodi.

YYogesh_KIl viaggio è stato divertente, ma l'hotel ha assolutamente bisogno di rinnovazioni.Il bar si sentiva molto oscuro, con poche tavole e senza buona musica, che ha reso l'atmosfera deludente.
Inoltre, ogni volta prevedono 200 NTD per persona per utilizzare la sauna, che sembra ingiustificato. In qualità di ospite di un hotel, mi aspettavo che si includano servizi come questo. Se devo pagare un'ulteriore fornitura di servizi di base, nega l'obiettivo di soggiornare all'hotel.
In generale, l'esperienza con questi aspetti è stata piuttosto frustrante e non è ritenuta necessaria.

CCrabisgood888Overall the hotel was very nice. It was modern. The check in staff was very helpful and at least one person on staff always spoke English. Note that the staff at breakfast were super cute older ladies and they don't speak English.
Pros: Modern design. Newer hotel. Large beds (stayed in a standard quad room). The twin bed rooms were also bigger and nice. The shower was really great. It was super high pressure. Bidet for the toilet. Big bathrooms. You can turn on the vent and dry clothes that you hang to dry. The 13th floor area is nice with snacks through the afternoon and evening and coffee. They provide free sparkling water and regular water for the rooms. Very well designed with great storage since there wasn't much floor space.
Cons: Location wasn't really next to many food areas. There's a Starbucks. You have to walk around 5-10 min, which is fine, but it's not the usual vibes you would imagine having in Taiwan. Unlike Taipei, the city is a sleepy town. A lot of businesses are just randomly closed during work hours and regular business days. There is a 7-11. The night market nearby is small. The breakfast needs a little help. After 2 days, it's the same food over and over. We were there for 7nights, so you can imagine it was a bit tiresome. I hope they can provide more variety. Even the soup only changed once. So 6 breakfasts it was miso soup. 1 breakfast was a corn soup (good, but never came back). Another major con is the hotel has no direct email address, so you can't contact them directly. I had to speak with the Leisure group hotels via FB messenger. They never responded via the Line App.
We chose this hotel because it's newer and had the room arrangements that we needed for our group (12 rooms). Big buses can wait outside for you. You can't make much noise in this hotel. We got warnings every day and that was just when we were hanging out in the lobby waiting for the elevator.
Overall the hotel was good value and great for a soccer team since we had the 13th floor for our team meetings and for hanging out at night.
