Un hotel che adoro! Pulito, tranquillo e con un servizio eccellente. Ormai è un'abitudine scegliere sempre la vostra struttura da anni e l'ho consigliato anche a molti amici. Sono una cliente fedelissima, grazie mille! 🙏

Ho appena fatto il check-out e non vedo l'ora di elogiare il Ritz-Carlton Shenzhen. Dannie e Vanilla alla reception sono stati super accoglienti, il check-in è stato rapidissimo e mi hanno persino offerto un upgrade della camera. La stanza era immacolata e la biancheria da letto così morbida che avrei voluto non alzarmi più. Dall'ingresso all'uscita, ogni dettaglio è stato curato alla perfezione – il livello del servizio è stato eccezionale, un'esperienza che ha aumentato tantissimo la mia stima per gli hotel di lusso.

Raggiungibile direttamente dalla stazione della metro Chegongmiao, a soli 100 metri dall'uscita, è comodissimo! La camera è pulita e inodore, le lenzuola sono morbide, traspiranti e delicate sulla pelle. Tutti gli articoli sono di ottima qualità, specialmente il team di servizio, che ti fa sentire accudito e accolto non appena entri in hotel, una sensazione di calore ti avvolge! L'insonorizzazione dell'hotel è ottima, molto silenzioso! La prossima volta che verrò a Shenzhen, tornerò sicuramente qui!

Questo ostello vanta una posizione eccellente: a soli due minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana, rendendo facile raggiungere tutte le attrazioni. I servizi nelle vicinanze sono eccezionali, con un minimarket aperto 24 ore su 24, un supermercato e una lavanderia a gettoni proprio sotto l'edificio, soddisfacendo ogni esigenza quotidiana. Ancora meglio, si trova adiacente a una vivace via commerciale, ricca di ristoranti caratteristici, caffè e negozi di artigianato locale, rendendo estremamente comodo passeggiare e cenare la sera. La pulizia ha superato le aspettative: le camere e le aree comuni vengono pulite ogni giorno e sono impeccabili, la biancheria da letto è fresca e bianca, e i bagni sono inodori. I proprietari sono una coppia gentile e incredibilmente ospitale e paziente. Al momento del check-in, ci hanno fornito una guida dettagliata sulle attrazioni locali e si sono offerti di aiutarci a prenotare biglietti difficili da ottenere, facendoci sentire davvero accolti. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è eccezionale; la prossima volta che visiterò questa città, tornerò sicuramente qui. Lo consiglio vivamente!

From the moment I stepped into its soaring lobby, I knew this would be one of those stays that redefines what luxury hospitality means. Arrival and Reception First impressions matter, and the reception team at the Mandarin Oriental understands this with an almost intuitive grace. Jason Zhu greeted me with the kind of warmth that felt less like a rehearsed welcome and more like being received by an old friend who just happens to have impeccable professional instincts. His attention to detail was extraordinary — he had noted my preferences before I could voice them, and the check-in process was so seamless it barely registered as a process at all. Sicily and Marsh were equally outstanding, always present at just the right moments with a smile, a helpful suggestion, or a thoughtful gesture. Together, the three of them set a tone of effortless elegance that carried through every hour of my stay. In a city as fast-paced and forward-looking as Shenzhen, there is something deeply reassuring about a reception team that makes you feel as though time has slowed down just for you. The Club Skyline View Room If the lobby whispered luxury, the Club Skyline View Room declared it in full voice. Perched high above the glittering sprawl of Shenzhen, the room offered a panorama that genuinely stopped me in my tracks. Floor-to-ceiling windows framed the city's dazzling skyline — a forest of illuminated towers stretching toward the horizon, the lights of Futian and beyond shimmering like an earthbound constellation. I found myself drawn to the window repeatedly, at golden hour, at twilight, and again in the deep hours of the night, each time discovering a different mood and a different kind of beauty. The room itself was a masterclass in refined design. The palette was calm and sophisticated, with rich textures and thoughtful layering that felt contemporary yet timeless in the way the Mandarin Oriental has always done best. The bed was, simply put, superb — the kind of bed that makes you reconsider every mattress you have ever slept on and find them all wanting. Linens were crisp and impossibly soft. The bathroom was a sanctuary of marble and glass, generously appointed with the brand's signature amenities, and the soaking tub positioned near the window offered what might be one of the finest bathing experiences in southern China. Every detail, from the lighting controls to the turndown service to the quiet hum of climate perfection, spoke of a property that understands the difference between filling a room with expensive things and creating a genuine sense of place and comfort. The Mandarin Club Accessing the Mandarin Club elevated an already exceptional stay into something truly rarefied. The lounge itself is a beautifully curated space — serene, sophisticated, and blessed with those same sweeping skyline views that make this property so special. But what transforms the Club from a lovely room with good canapés into a genuinely memorable experience is its people. Chelsea Zhou is a revelation and deserves a special mention. Her hospitality instincts are pitch-perfect; she anticipated needs I hadn't yet articulated, and managed to be attentive without ever being intrusive — a balance that even the finest hotels in the world struggle to achieve. Priscilla Pang was equally impressive, radiating a genuine kindness and professionalism that made every interaction a pleasure. Whether it was the afternoon tea service, or the evening menu and cocktails, Chelsea and Priscilla ensured that every moment in the Club felt personal, polished, and quietly luxurious. I returned to the lounge far more often than I had planned, not just for the excellent food and drink,

L albergo si trova al decimo piano di un alto edificio adibito anche ad altre attività, non ha insegne fuori ma corrisponde all ' indirizzo indicato e non è difficile da trovare come temevo inizialmente. C'è pure una guardia nella hall del palazzo che ti da indicazioni sull'albergo. Appena esci dall'ascensore al 10 piano c'è subito la reception. Allego anche una foto dell'entrata dell'edificio così da rendere più semplice la ricerca dell'albergo.

L'esperienza complessiva è stata ottima, la camera era pulita e ordinata, l'ambiente tranquillo e confortevole. Il servizio alla reception è stato caloroso e attento, la posizione è eccellente e ben collegata. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, lo consiglio vivamente! Andate un po' prima, anche la colazione è abbondante!

Il letto è una capsula di legno, quindi offre un buon isolamento dalla luce e privacy. Ci sono diversi ostelli; mi è piaciuto particolarmente questo, il Jiafuge. Ha un soggiorno dove tutti possono chiacchierare e il bagno è spazioso e pulito. Era anche piuttosto silenzioso di notte e ho dormito bene.
