Hotel vicino a Zoo di Hsinchu, Hsinchu

Overall nice, but need to improve reception part as this is a 4star hotel When we arrived, there’s no bellboy helping us or to greet us One more thing is staff on duty at reception counter not even wearing formal uniforms, and look no energy to entertain us

Camera pulita. Hanno la macchina per fare il check-in e check-out. Il parcheggio era disponibile al livello del pavimento. La posizione saggio non è troppo lontano dalla zona centrale se si guida, ma deve camminare molto lontano. La colazione era bello. Vi daranno anche un buono per rimborsare torta o bevande.

La posizione dell'hotel è conveniente, vicino alla stazione ferroviaria, centri, parchi e zoo. Il personale è molto amichevole e utile. La piscina è grande. Mi piacerebbe tornare di nuovo.

For the location and price it was perfect!! Don't expect a Hilton or anything like that but it is clean and the service was great. I even left my pants and they helped me ship them to my friends house.

Eravamo in bicicletta e ci è stata data la possibilità di parcheggiare le nostre bici all'interno, se lo desideravamo.

La casa di lusso, l'atteggiamento di servizio della signorina Liu Xiao Tai è molto buono. Ci saranno risposte pazzesche. La stanza è pulita e grande. Il soggiorno è molto comodo. Cinque minuti di cammino all'hotel ci sono grandi quantità di merce da bagno. La posizione geografica è buona. Ci sono molti negozi vicini. Il parcheggio sotterraneo è meccanico, Ci sono anche parcheggi di pari passo fuori, fantastico!La prossima volta avrai l'opportunità di tornare qui.

Anche se ci sono alcuni messaggi sbagliati tra Trip. Com, il loro agente Aguda e l'hotel, ma il personale dell'hotel lo ha gestito in modo paziente e buono. Inoltre, un credito per la squadra di servizio di Trip. Com, molto facile da mantenere in contatto attraverso la chiamata dei dati e molto veloce per identificare le loro questioni. La migliore cosa di Trip. Com era molto responsabile e responsabile per le loro pubblicità sulla loro piattaforma. Alla fine hanno compensato la maschera.

L'alloggio era elegante e senza spot, creando un senso di conforto e di lusso immediatamente. La camera era spaziosa, immacolatamente pulita e concessa con pensiero. Ogni dettaglio, dalle lamiere di crisp alle strutture moderne, rifletteva un impegno per la qualità. Il letto era eccezionalmente comodo, assicurando un riposo di notte. Ho apprezzato anche il complimentare Wi-Fi ad alta velocità e il minibar ben accanto, che hanno aggiunto comodità e un toccamento di indulgenza. Uno dei punti di vista è stato l'esperienza di mangiare. Il ristorante dell'hotel ha offerto un menu diverso con piatti freschi e aromatici che si occupavano di gusti diversi. Il buffet di colazione è stato eccellente, con una vasta selezione di opzioni locali e internazionali. Il personale della zona di pranzo era attento e amichevole, rendendo ogni pasto piacevole. Le strutture erano altrettanto impressionanti. Il centro fitness era ben attrezzato e la piscina offre una fuga rilassante. Ho notato anche l’impegno dell’hotel a pulire e a sicurezza, che mi ha dato pace durante il mio soggiorno. Il servizio eccezionale che questo hotel ha davvero posto è il suo servizio. Ogni membro del personale che ho incontrato è andato sopra e oltre per assicurarmi il mio comfort. La loro vera ospitalità mi ha reso un ospite apprezzato, e ogni richiesta è stata trattata in modo immediato e grazioso. In sintesi, questo hotel combina lusso, comfort e servizio eccellente in modo da creare un'esperienza inoltrabile. Lo consiglio fortemente a chiunque cerca un soggiorno perfetto, sia per affari che per il tempo libero.

Abbiamo soggiornato in tre camere al quarto piano..una era una camera per persone diversamente abili, quindi con tutte le facilitazioni del caso (Allarmi e pulsanti)..bagno molto ampio, letti comodi..abbiamo utilizzato la piscina al quattordicesimo piano . A mio parere acqua non sufficientemente calda per fare idromassaggio .ampio salone per colazione. Buona scelta di cibo. Personale alla reception molto gentile.buona posizione. Consigliato

For the price, this place was very disappointing. First surprise was when checking in, you're told that you have to hand your keys in whenever you leave. I asked why, and they said they don't want people copying the keys, but it certainly doesn't make me feel my stuff is safe when I don't have the key. Why they couldn't use a key card system like every other hotel, I don't know, but they wouldn't have that problem if they did. In any case, the locks are terrible. Like the kind for locking a bathroom door, it'd probably open if you rattled hard enough! The room itself clearly hasn't been redecorated in years, and looks tatty and everything is old and outdated. Worryingly, clearly there's a water leak from the bathroom and the corner of the wall on the bedroom side showed obvious water damage and looked damp. I think the room had been cleaned well enough but everything was so old, I didn't really want to touch anything. There was no quilt cover, just a sheet under it, so who knows how dirty that might have been. Likewise, there was a water cooler in the room rather than supplying bottled water, but I didn't feel confident trying it and bought bottled water from the shop instead. I think they'd tried to make an effort to make the rooms colourful. That was a focus of the room pictures and also they have photos of different room styles downstairs in the breakfast room too, but it just looks a bit weird. In my room, it looks like they found a random outdoors picture on the internet and copy pasted some random English text over the top. So, there's a full wall sized advert for a foreign internet company. It just looks tacky on a bedroom wall! The shower is over a bath, which is pointless as the bath is about 1m long and so nobody would fit in it comfortably anyway. Of course, there's no shower curtain so everything in the wet room gets soaked when you have a shower. Also, there's a sign by the toilet paper dispenser telling you not to put paper in the toilet, so I put my dirty paper in the bin provided. Was quite shocked that they don't clean the room daily as it wasn't a pleasant smell a day later. The breakfast was very basic Chinese style. I've enjoyed the Chinese breakfast in every other hotel I've stayed here, but here it's basically only rice, tofu and pickled vegetables. The location is good though. Close to the train station, and so near to all the sights as well.
