La posizione dell'hotel è conveniente, vicino alla stazione ferroviaria, centri, parchi e zoo. Il personale è molto amichevole e utile. La piscina è grande. Mi piacerebbe tornare di nuovo.

L'hotel è molto pulito e ha una posizione conveniente, rendendo facile raggiungere. In particolare, vorremmo ringraziare Cathy Lin per il suo eccellente servizio, che ha incontrato una situazione sfortunata con un altro ospite dell'hotel e che ha gestito la questione con grande professionalità e attenzione. Ha risolto la questione in fretta e ha anche migliorato la nostra sala, che apprezziamo davvero. Cathy è anche molto attenta e proattiva, sempre veloce a rispondere e pronto a fare passo avanti per aiutare quando necessario. Il suo servizio ha fatto una grande differenza per il nostro soggiorno. Molto raccomandato.

Per il prezzo che pago, pensavo fosse eccellente. Posizione: camminare per 4 minuti alla stazione ferroviaria, un vicino parco e edifici storici del governo per camminare con un bel paesaggio al giorno. Il mercato notturno alla notte. Ho anche comprato il bkft che è stato sorprendentemente grande. È un vecchio edificio in un quartiere storico, ma l'hotel stesso era pulito, l'interno era funzionale, la camera era grande e la bagno era grande con un bagno profondo. Servizio: gentile e amichevole La lavatrice era un bonus.

Clean room. They got machine to do self check in and check out. Parking space was available in the basement level. Location wise is not too far from central area if you drive, but have to walk very far. Breakfast was nice. They will also give you voucher to redeem cake or drink. Recommended.

Dal momento che sono arrivato, l’esperienza di questo hotel supera tutte le aspettative; il processo di check-in è stato semplice ed efficiente, con il personale che mi ha salutato caldamente e mi ha reso veramente benvenuto. Il loro professionalismo e la loro attenzione ai dettagli hanno impostato il tono per tutta la permanenza. L'alloggio era elegante e senza spot, creando un senso di conforto e di lusso immediatamente. La camera era spaziosa, immacolatamente pulita e concessa con pensiero. Ogni dettaglio, dalle lamiere di crisp alle strutture moderne, rifletteva un impegno per la qualità. Il letto era eccezionalmente comodo, assicurando un riposo di notte. Ho apprezzato anche il complimentare Wi-Fi ad alta velocità e il minibar ben accanto, che hanno aggiunto comodità e un toccamento di indulgenza. Uno dei punti di vista è stato l'esperienza di mangiare. Il ristorante dell'hotel ha offerto un menu diverso con piatti freschi e aromatici che si occupavano di gusti diversi. Il buffet di colazione è stato eccellente, con una vasta selezione di opzioni locali e internazionali. Il personale della zona di pranzo era attento e amichevole, rendendo ogni pasto piacevole. Le strutture erano altrettanto impressionanti. Il centro fitness era ben attrezzato e la piscina offre una fuga rilassante. Ho notato anche l’impegno dell’hotel a pulire e a sicurezza, che mi ha dato pace durante il mio soggiorno. Il servizio eccezionale che questo hotel ha davvero posto è il suo servizio. Ogni membro del personale che ho incontrato è andato sopra e oltre per assicurarmi il mio comfort. La loro vera ospitalità mi ha reso un ospite apprezzato, e ogni richiesta è stata trattata in modo immediato e grazioso. In sintesi, questo hotel combina lusso, comfort e servizio eccellente in modo da creare un'esperienza inoltrabile. Lo consiglio fortemente a chiunque cerca un soggiorno perfetto, sia per affari che per il tempo libero.

Eravamo in bicicletta e ci è stata data la possibilità di parcheggiare le nostre bici all'interno, se lo desideravamo.

La posizione è a meno di dieci minuti a piedi dalla stazione Hsinchu, e può raggiungere il centro della città, quindi è molto conveniente. La colazione è auto-assistenza, ci sono molte cose, ha buon sapore. La stanza è molto pulita, con ventilatore e frigorifero grande, e due bottiglie d'acqua. Alcuni stanze non hanno finestre, quindi questa volta lo chiedo quando affronto le procedure di soggiorno, perché è vuoto, quindi lo chiedo di cambiare.C'è un grande scherzo, che è molto utile. Il personale della reception è anche molto amichevole, può rispondere alle domande educatamente, quindi mi sento bene. Lo consiglio personalmente.

The hotel room and overall establishment is old and worn out. It was totally different from the pictures shown in Trip.com. Room is small and there's always smoking smoke entered my room easily as the gap between door is quite big. Sometimes, the smoking smoke from other floors entered from the toilet window which was covered with glass door into my room's toilet. Hence it was very very unpleasant and uncomfortable to sniff in all the secondhand smoke from other hotel guests stayed in other floors. I also found a condom packing which was tore off and dumped at the bottom of tissue holder after I used the very last piece of tissue paper in my room I got a shock to see that. I then realised the hotel was rented out for day use for *** making purpose. As free condoms were provided as part of the amenities. The housekeeping granny was friendly and did her part to clean my room and did my bed maybe she had overlooked about the tore off condom packing laying at the bottom of tissue holder. The water dispenser looks old and no mineral water bottle was given. I ended up buying my own water from convenient store. Location wise is just across the street from the Hsinchu Train Station. Best service I will give credit to the housekeeping granny who is friendly and helpful.

Booked this hotel as my friend is also staying there, I was there only for a night and was given room 601. Once I open the room door I noticed a weird sourish smell. Room is definitely dated. The AC kept making weird noise, had to turn it to low and the noise level is more acceptable.  Other than that it appears to be clean. As I was staying for only 1 night and my friend is staying more nights, after I checked out, I went over to his room to store my perishables in the fridge as my flight is at 8pm. Once I stepped in, there was a strong sourish smell in the room which even the cleaning staff acknowledged that she smell it too. She sugggested opening the window to facilitate better air flow and if it still doesn’t work then maybe will use a air freshener. And then, the metal key didn’t work when I try to open the room door. The same lady assisted me and told me to turn the key left before turning the door knob right. But when I came back to the room, the key doesn’t work no matter if I turned it left or right. She took over and it opened, had to turn it left with more force 😬 Next, AC controller doesn’t work. She came back again and when she press it worked but she also said it’s tougher to press the button, she will change the batteries. After changing the batteries it’s still very tough to press the button, so she changed the controller instead. How eventful.  Won’t stay again if I can help it. Positive note though, the room wall paper doesn’t have the weird black barbwire pattern shows on the pics of trip.com, sorry I forgot to take pics.
