這次在山裡的酒店住得太舒服了，簡直是意外之喜。酒店藏在青山綠水間，推開窗就是滿眼的翠色，空氣裏都是草木的清香，遠離了城市的喧囂，讓人瞬間就放鬆下來。尤其要誇誇前台的李德華服務員，特別耐心細心。辦理入住時，他不僅詳細介紹了不同房型的特點，比如哪種帶浴缸陽台、哪種更安靜，還根據我們的需求推薦了最適合的親子房間。後來我們想額外要浴缸套給他打了電話，沒過幾分鐘就送來了。晚上看電視時，我們擺弄了半天都沒調好頻道，再次麻煩他，他二話不説就過來幫忙，一邊調試一邊細緻地講解操作步驟，直到我們完全弄明白才離開，全程態度都特別好，讓人感覺特別貼心。

My overall experience was satisfactory, though there were a few areas for improvement. The room had the necessary amenities but was not as new as depicted in the images, likely because the hotel has been operating since 2018. Additionally, the soundproofing was inadequate. The garden did not appear as organized or aesthetically pleasing as shown in the photos, possibly due to the colder season. On a positive note, the hotel’s location, away from the city, makes it an ideal choice for a peaceful city getaway.

The room is spacious and bed is comfortable. Stay was nice but when I got the room I found the bathroom still had some dirty stuff from previous guest. I guess cleaning was not very well done. At least they changed me to a new room but it’s quite disappointing from an hotel that expensive.
They provide shampoo, body wash and conditioners, towels, toothbrush, comb, hair cap, hygiene kit, tea and water.
Breakfast is simple but good (Chinese food, fruits and some breads, cereals…).
It’s close to many facilities (mall and shops all around).

DDaniel RodL'hotel è situato in una posizione abbastanza centrale nell'isola di Pingtan, in un piccolo villaggio. L'esterno è ben decorato con luci, e se arrivi a tarda notte come abbiamo fatto noi, lo ringrazierai, dato che brilla come un faro in una strada altrimenti non molto ben illuminata.
Il servizio ha brillato fin dall'inizio. Uno del personale era pronto ad aiutarci con i bagagli e a farci entrare, e non c'è stato alcun ritardo con la registrazione del mio passaporto (qualcosa che, come qualsiasi straniero che ha viaggiato nella Cina continentale, sarà in grado di capire, non è qualcosa dare per scontato), e subito è stato inserito su WeChat, dove durante tutto il viaggio sono stato aggiornato su tutto ciò che riguardava noi ospiti, dal momento in cui era pronta la colazione, al fatto che sarebbe rimasto un ospite con un cane in una stanza accanto alla nostra (alla quale si sono offerti di cambiarci se avessimo avuto bisogno nel caso qualcuno di noi fosse spaventato o allergico ai cani). La colazione veniva sempre tenuta calda per noi, anche quando scendevamo tardi e non ci aspettavamo che fosse lì, e in generale l'atteggiamento del personale era sempre quello che ti aspetteresti in un hotel più grande, più affermato (e più costoso), ma con un tocco di soggiorno in casa.
L'hotel non è molto vicino a nessun punto panoramico o destinazione turistica, ma offre un servizio di noleggio di biciclette elettriche che abbiamo utilizzato durante il viaggio e che consigliamo a chiunque soggiorni qui poiché toglie il trasporto dalla lista delle attrazioni cose a cui dovevamo pensare e ci ha permesso di sfruttare appieno la posizione centrale della locanda. Con 2 persone per bicicletta, andando molto a nord o a sud verso la città (a volte entrambi in un solo viaggio), non ci siamo mai avvicinati troppo per scaricare le batterie.
La camera era pulita, abbastanza grande e dato che eravamo all'ultimo piano e la nostra porta si apriva su un patio, molto ben ventilato. Anche il patio si è rivelato un bel posto dove sedersi, rilassarsi o mangiare, e ho potuto fare in modo che il lavoro che dovevo finire mi sentisse meno dolorante nel bel mezzo delle mie vacanze. Le uniche cose che aggiungerei o cambierei all'esperienza della stanza sono un posto dove appendere i vestiti (non c'erano armadi o cose del genere), la carta igienica (offrivano fazzoletti ma non danno la stessa sensazione quando vuoi , sai, tieni le mani pulite) e asciugamani veri (offrono asciugamani usa e getta, ma non sono la stessa cosa).
In conclusione, non solo ritornerei, ma lo farò sicuramente, dato che ho fatto un viaggio fantastico e questa locanda ha avuto un ruolo non trascurabile. Lo consiglierei al 100% se ti piace un'atmosfera meno rumorosa, più casalinga e non ti dispiace essere a pochi minuti di auto dalla città.

UUtente ospiteCon i suoi mattoni blu e le piastrelle grigie, le finestre in legno intagliato e un senso di storicità ed eleganza, la guesthouse emana un'atmosfera raffinata. Vengono offerti frutta di benvenuto, incenso rilassante e tè speciali di Fuzhou, a dimostrazione dell'attenzione ai dettagli. Anche i prodotti da bagno sono firmati L'Occitane. Ogni camera può essere decorata con ventagli laccati e oggetti con perline. Anche la colazione è abbondante. Tornerò sicuramente in questa guesthouse la prossima volta che sarò a Fuzhou.

AAiKaiTe_travelsPros: Very modern and well-equipped hotel. Comfortable bed with an excellent mattress. Room was spotlessly clean. Excellent shower with large rainfall shower head and shampoo etc provided. Tea, water, kettle and a small tea set provided. Excellent lighting, including different settings for working / reading / warm evening lighting etc. Plenty of space in the room for luggage and moving around comfortably. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Location not bad - just across the road from a mall with lots of restaurants, and a few minutes walk from bus stops or the metro.
Cons: I booked a non-smoking room, and although the room itself was fine there were still people smoking in the corridor directly outside my room. I felt quite uncomfortable as a woman travelling alone hearing men's voices directly outside my room late at night as they were chatting while smoking by the window (there was a cigarette bin just by the elevators / window, which essentially made the space outside my room the default smoking spot on my floor). I also saw some workers smoking in the hotel lobby. I mentioned this to the front desk staff and they didn't seem to understand the problem with people smoking inside the public areas of the hotel. I gave a low score for ”cleanliness” to reflect this smoking issue and second hand smoke health risk, rather than due to any cleanliness issues in terms of hygiene.
Additionally, my room was right next to the elevator, so I was woken several times each night by people using the elevator (which was very loud).
Finally, the room came with a ”smart toilet” but this was really not good at all! All it did was half open automatically every time I moved nearby (very annoying when I was using the sink to brush my teeth etc) or flush automatically while I was still sitting on it, and the bidet didn't seem to be working (perhaps the bidet function wasn't actually installed?).

Dopo l'ingresso e l'ingresso nella stanza, si può sentire meglio di quanto si aspetta, poiché le strutture dell'hotel sono ben mantenute e anche la pulizia è buona! Prezzo ragionevole e posizione vicino alla stazione ferroviaria. Inoltre, il colazione sembra autentico cibo Fuzhou che lo piace molto! Molto consiglia per un breve soggiorno a Fuzhou!

Un ringraziamento speciale a Polly, la governante dell'hotel, che ha consultato le nostre esigenze prima del check-in e ha prenotato una tipologia di camera che soddisfacesse le nostre esigenze. Dopo il check-in abbiamo anche offerto uno spuntino alla frutta ai bambini. Inizialmente avevamo programmato di rimanere per due notti, ma era abbastanza confortevole. La nostra ospite Polly ha prolungato il nostro soggiorno per un'altra notte, quindi siamo rimasti per tre notti. Quando visiti Fuzhou, puoi dare la priorità a Sandi Hilton.

Servizio: sì, c'è un cameriere che trasmette il bagaglio in camera tutto il tempo. La notte c'è un bagaglio di latte con occhi a vapore e cuscini di sonno. L'unica cosa che deve essere migliorata è un po'di cooperazione commerciale, come la foto gratis tre ma in realtà la selezione di più foto è molto costosa! Il capo di un popolare di indirizzo che appare con gli occhi blu dovrebbe essere molto chiaro, ma una domanda è anche consegnato ai partner, e un'altra tassa è in realtà di informare i turisti di indirizzo che possono apparire di guidare o di prendere un autobus. EElyn PeeI had a very enjoyable stay at Metropolo Jinjiang Hotel (Fuzhou Three Lanes and Seven Alleys East Street).
You can take DongJieKou Metro Exit B, after exit must turn left and walk less than 50 meter to the hotel lobby.
The hotel is ideally located, just a short walk from the famous Three Lanes and Seven Alleys, making it extremely convenient for sightseeing, shopping, and experiencing local culture and food.
The room was huge, clean, modern, and comfortable, with tasteful décor and good soundproofing. The bed was comfortable, and the room was well equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Housekeeping maintained the room very well throughout my stay.
The hotel staff were professional, friendly, and attentive. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and staff were always willing to assist with directions or requests.
There was a young female receptionist on duty when I checked in on 5 January 2026 around noon. I remember her name ending with “Na”, and I sincerely apologise that I am unable to recall her full name. I was extremely impressed by her professionalism, service attitude, and friendliness.
I would like to take this opportunity to express my heartfelt appreciation for her exceptional assistance. On the following morning, my electric shaver malfunctioned, and I had no idea where to purchase the same model and design. She kindly assisted me by placing an order through the ******* app, and the shaver was delivered to the hotel reception in less than an hour, resolving my problem very quickly. I was truly impressed by her initiative and the extra level of service she provided. Thank you very much for her kind help.
The breakfast provided at 4th floor restaurent is also vaule for money. It provide combination of eastern and western food.
The only suggestion I would like to share is that I sincerely hope the hotel management can consider replacing the carpet along the corridor leading to the rooms in the near future. The current light-coloured carpet shows dirt very easily and tends to look unsightly despite regular cleaning.
Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money with its strategic location, comfortable rooms, and reliable service. I would highly recommend Metropolo Jinjiang Hotel to anyone visiting Fuzhou and would gladly stay here again.

UUtente ospiteThis is the our first visit to Fuzhou. I traveled with my husband and my mum. I booked 4 different hotels for a total of 9 nights in Fuzhou. Narada is the second hotel.
We stayed for two nights at the private hot spring wing. Was given free upgrade upon checking in. We were then driven to our rooms by the lovely front desk lady, Xiao Li (前台小李). She is very professional, super helpful as the moment we got out of the cab, she carried all our baggages. Throughout our trip, she is always there to answer all our questions and is very warm and personable.
The next morning, we then called the front desk for the buggy to pick us up to the main hotel side for breakfast. The spread is very good with both Chinese and Western cuisine. The chefs are very nice and approachable. I want to take this chance to thank the restaurant waitress, Chen Hong (陈虹). Every morning we were greeted by her superb service. She shared with us about the culture, food and places to go in Fuzhou. She really go out of the way to make us feel welcomed.
Checking out was a breeze too. We just called the front desk and leave our keys in the room and head off. We then made our way to next hotel nearer to the city centre. We were shocked by the condition as the surroundings and the exterior of the hotel looked so rundown and dirty. We then decide to go back to Narada. We were again served by Xiao Li (前台小李). The moment she saw us, she immediately came to us asking if there’s anything she can help us with. We told her about our horrific encounter at the other hotel and she helped us arrange for 2 rooms at the main hotel side. She even brought us up to see the rooms before committing the stay. We also met Chen Hong (陈虹) while waiting for the rooms, she was empathic and recommended other local places and events. We were so impressed by the rooms, the hospitality and the impeccable service by Xiao Li (前台小李) and Chen Hong (西餐厅陈虹) that we decided not to move in to the city centre and stayed here for 7 more nights before our flight back to Singapore.
Big thumbs up to Narada Resort & Spa, Shoukai, Fuzhou. The people there are truly amazing. Thank you very much!
