We stayed at this hotel 7 months ago and returned to stay again for 3 nights this trip. We really enjoyed Lucky Hotel for its outstanding customer service, convenient location, quiet environment, cleanliness, and many eating and shopping places nearby. We found a newly completed Entrance J to the Fuzhou Railway Station nearby (which is a 2- minute walking distance from the hotel. Two lifts are available next to Entrance J. This is part of the new Binhai Express line from Fuzhou Railway Station to Fuzhou Changle International Airport. The fare is free for those over 65+ (yes, foreigners are included).

I have previously stayed in this hotel before and chose to return as I am very happy with the location. It's next to the high-speed train station and the newly built MRT train station. It's very convenient and ideal when I have to get around quickly.
However I was disappointed because there is now a construction next to the hotel and the workers were working until 10.00pm in the night. It's really noisy and disturbing.
But still, I like the location of this hotel

La posizione era grande - circa 4 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria di Fuzhou Nord. The location is very near to the Fuzhou station. When out of the station, it is actually on the right near Manhattan's hotel and you can see it. The breakfast is simple but is enough for us. The smart toilet a bit loud when u flush it. The room is a bit small if compared to normal hotel, but is good enough for us too as we are not staying there whole day. All the facilities are new, and have free laundry (is next to the building within walking distance and in secure area). We are satisfied with this hotel.

Grande progettazione, fantastica tecnologia come servizio in camera robot.Colazione enorme. Camera confortevole. facile accesso alla stazione ferroviaria di DiDi. Avevamo una buona dimensione, ben posizionata in angolo al livello 8, senza fumatori. Personale amichevole e utile. Utilizzava l'app traduttore per comunicare che era facile.
Fumarsi all'ingresso era strano e mi sento per il personale che lavorava alla reception con fumo tutto il giorno. Ascensori sono lento, pianificano il tempo di attesa. Usato lavatrice ma non ha scoperto vestiti puliti. Non sono sicuro se fosse un errore di utente o no.

The location of the hotel is superb. Walking distance to 2 metro stations & to Fuzhou train station. Which is convenient for us to get to anywhere in Fuzhou city.
We took the metro to the airport when returning to our hone country.
Before coming to Fuzhou city, we were at Wuyishan and ftom Nanping station took the train to Fuzhou station.
The surrounding area are full of eateries, bakeries & supermarkets.

Un B&B familiare molto umano, gestito da una famiglia calorosa. Ambiente pulito, tranquillo e amichevole, ritiro e riconsegna alla stazione ferroviaria e abbiamo anche organizzato il noleggio di un'auto elettrica o un'auto per visitare l'isola di Pingtan. Mi sono divertito molto un ringraziamento speciale alla madre del capo per aver acquistato gli ingredienti appositamente per mio marito. È stato davvero premuroso! Ti visiterò di nuovo tra tre o cinque anni. Auguro all'attività del B&B un business prospero, felicità familiare e buona salute!

L'hotel vanta uno stile classico e antico e servizi completi, interamente arredato con mobili in legno di sandalo. Situato nel cuore dei Tre Vicoli e dei Sette Vicoli, vanta un ricco patrimonio culturale. I padiglioni, le terrazze e le iscrizioni nei corridoi e nei vicoli si completano perfettamente, rendendo il soggiorno davvero meraviglioso. I maggiordomi dell'hotel, Xiao Gao e Xiao Zhang, sono stati particolarmente cordiali e attenti, offrendomi persino un omaggio al momento del check-out, lasciandomi un ricordo meraviglioso del viaggio.

AAiKaiTe_travelsPros: Very modern and well-equipped hotel. Comfortable bed with an excellent mattress. Room was spotlessly clean. Excellent shower with large rainfall shower head and shampoo etc provided. Tea, water, kettle and a small tea set provided. Excellent lighting, including different settings for working / reading / warm evening lighting etc. Plenty of space in the room for luggage and moving around comfortably. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Location not bad - just across the road from a mall with lots of restaurants, and a few minutes walk from bus stops or the metro.
Cons: I booked a non-smoking room, and although the room itself was fine there were still people smoking in the corridor directly outside my room. I felt quite uncomfortable as a woman travelling alone hearing men's voices directly outside my room late at night as they were chatting while smoking by the window (there was a cigarette bin just by the elevators / window, which essentially made the space outside my room the default smoking spot on my floor). I also saw some workers smoking in the hotel lobby. I mentioned this to the front desk staff and they didn't seem to understand the problem with people smoking inside the public areas of the hotel. I gave a low score for ”cleanliness” to reflect this smoking issue and second hand smoke health risk, rather than due to any cleanliness issues in terms of hygiene.
Additionally, my room was right next to the elevator, so I was woken several times each night by people using the elevator (which was very loud).
Finally, the room came with a ”smart toilet” but this was really not good at all! All it did was half open automatically every time I moved nearby (very annoying when I was using the sink to brush my teeth etc) or flush automatically while I was still sitting on it, and the bidet didn't seem to be working (perhaps the bidet function wasn't actually installed?).

Ci sono molti ristoranti famosi nei dintorni e non è lontano dalle attrazioni. La palestra dell'hotel è molto buona. La colazione è molto ricca e comprende specialità locali del Fujian. Il servizio dell'hotel è molto buono. Hanno preso l'iniziativa di offrirmi la doppia colazione e il check-out posticipato.

UUtente ospiteThis is the our first visit to Fuzhou. I traveled with my husband and my mum. I booked 4 different hotels for a total of 9 nights in Fuzhou. Narada is the second hotel.
We stayed for two nights at the private hot spring wing. Was given free upgrade upon checking in. We were then driven to our rooms by the lovely front desk lady, Xiao Li (前台小李). She is very professional, super helpful as the moment we got out of the cab, she carried all our baggages. Throughout our trip, she is always there to answer all our questions and is very warm and personable.
The next morning, we then called the front desk for the buggy to pick us up to the main hotel side for breakfast. The spread is very good with both Chinese and Western cuisine. The chefs are very nice and approachable. I want to take this chance to thank the restaurant waitress, Chen Hong (陈虹). Every morning we were greeted by her superb service. She shared with us about the culture, food and places to go in Fuzhou. She really go out of the way to make us feel welcomed.
Checking out was a breeze too. We just called the front desk and leave our keys in the room and head off. We then made our way to next hotel nearer to the city centre. We were shocked by the condition as the surroundings and the exterior of the hotel looked so rundown and dirty. We then decide to go back to Narada. We were again served by Xiao Li (前台小李). The moment she saw us, she immediately came to us asking if there’s anything she can help us with. We told her about our horrific encounter at the other hotel and she helped us arrange for 2 rooms at the main hotel side. She even brought us up to see the rooms before committing the stay. We also met Chen Hong (陈虹) while waiting for the rooms, she was empathic and recommended other local places and events. We were so impressed by the rooms, the hospitality and the impeccable service by Xiao Li (前台小李) and Chen Hong (西餐厅陈虹) that we decided not to move in to the city centre and stayed here for 7 more nights before our flight back to Singapore.
Big thumbs up to Narada Resort & Spa, Shoukai, Fuzhou. The people there are truly amazing. Thank you very much!
