Hotel vicino a Torre FJTV, Fuzhou

Un B&B familiare molto umano, gestito da una famiglia calorosa. Ambiente pulito, tranquillo e amichevole, ritiro e riconsegna alla stazione ferroviaria e abbiamo anche organizzato il noleggio di un'auto elettrica o un'auto per visitare l'isola di Pingtan. Mi sono divertito molto un ringraziamento speciale alla madre del capo per aver acquistato gli ingredienti appositamente per mio marito. È stato davvero premuroso! Ti visiterò di nuovo tra tre o cinque anni. Auguro all'attività del B&B un business prospero, felicità familiare e buona salute!

Pros: Very modern and well-equipped hotel. Comfortable bed with an excellent mattress. Room was spotlessly clean. Excellent shower with large rainfall shower head and shampoo etc provided. Tea, water, kettle and a small tea set provided. Excellent lighting, including different settings for working / reading / warm evening lighting etc. Plenty of space in the room for luggage and moving around comfortably. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Location not bad - just across the road from a mall with lots of restaurants, and a few minutes walk from bus stops or the metro. Cons: I booked a non-smoking room, and although the room itself was fine there were still people smoking in the corridor directly outside my room. I felt quite uncomfortable as a woman travelling alone hearing men's voices directly outside my room late at night as they were chatting while smoking by the window (there was a cigarette bin just by the elevators / window, which essentially made the space outside my room the default smoking spot on my floor). I also saw some workers smoking in the hotel lobby. I mentioned this to the front desk staff and they didn't seem to understand the problem with people smoking inside the public areas of the hotel. I gave a low score for ”cleanliness” to reflect this smoking issue and second hand smoke health risk, rather than due to any cleanliness issues in terms of hygiene. Additionally, my room was right next to the elevator, so I was woken several times each night by people using the elevator (which was very loud). Finally, the room came with a ”smart toilet” but this was really not good at all! All it did was half open automatically every time I moved nearby (very annoying when I was using the sink to brush my teeth etc) or flush automatically while I was still sitting on it, and the bidet didn't seem to be working (perhaps the bidet function wasn't actually installed?).

L'hotel era molto pulito e la camera spaziosa, con una grande finestra. Ci hanno offerto un upgrade gratuito con colazione inclusa, e la scelta era piuttosto varia. Al check-in, la reception ci ha anche fornito una mascherina per gli occhi e dei tappi per le orecchie, così abbiamo riposato benissimo. Se ci sarà l'occasione, torneremo sicuramente.

La posizione dell'hotel è ottima, la camera con vista sul fiume ha una bella vista e puoi passeggiare nel parco lungo il fiume al piano di sotto. Ci sono molti ristoranti famosi nei dintorni e non è lontano dalle attrazioni. La palestra dell'hotel è molto buona. La colazione è molto ricca e comprende specialità locali del Fujian. Il servizio dell'hotel è molto buono. Hanno preso l'iniziativa di offrirmi la doppia colazione e il check-out posticipato.

Ogni camera ha un piccolo cortile dove poter osservare l'alba e il tramonto a 360 gradi! Ci sono anche splendidi tè pomeridiani al tramonto e colazione ❗️Il B&B si trova vicino alle montagne e al mare, con una splendida vista sul mare. 🌊Ogni anno durante il periodo delle Lacrime Blu, puoi vederlo quando apri la porta~ Il B&B sulla scogliera più famoso di Pingtan Ho trovato questo B&B appena aperto sulla spiaggia 🍵Guardare il mare, bere il tè pomeridiano e fare colazione mi fa sentire pigro e sereno. ⏰La posizione non ha nulla da dire. Puoi camminare per circa 200 metri fino alla spiaggia. La porta è il mare. Puoi guardare l'alba stando sdraiato sul letto. È bello svegliarsi nel mare ogni giorno. 🌊L'ambiente della camera è molto buono. Le finestre dal pavimento al soffitto con una vista completa sul mare a 180 gradi hanno una buona illuminazione e una luce solare sufficiente. I dettagli sono degni di lode! Puoi fare molte attività di intrattenimento nel cortile Jian Linhai😆 Puoi anche fare un barbecue. 🧘🏻La reception ti aiuterà con le valigie e preparerà le guide di viaggio Guardare il tramonto qui è una cosa romantica🥊

Il servizio di piccolo tavolo della reception è eccellente, tutto il processo sorridente, paziente e professionale, gestire il soggiorno super veloce, e aiutarmi a aggiornare attivamente, giocare intorno, ricordare attentamente le cose, c'è una risposta al problema secondi e i dettagli sono pieni. L'ambiente dell'hotel è elegante, la stanza è pulita e confortevole, le strutture sono complete, la zuppa di salsa è molto confortevole, il servizio di Xiao Xiaogang rende l'intera esperienza più calda. Deve essere elogiato da cinque stelle. La prossima volta che vengo a Fuzhou, scegliere qui!

Hotel carino in zona centrale da dove è facile raggiungere tutto. La metro è a due passi. Stanze ampie e pulite. In zona ci sono molti ristoranti ed la via ”storica” (seven alleys) dei negozi è ragginungibile a piedi. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

La stanza è OK, con un po' di odore di fumo. Ciò che potrebbe essere migliorato è aiutare gli ospiti dell'hotel a organizzare il servizio taxi. E' la prima volta che ho sentito da un hotel a questo livello che tale servizio non può essere organizzato. Non tutti gli ospiti dell'hotel hanno un numero di telefono locale per assumere taxi o auto su app mobili.

The apartment is located inside a modern high rise building (with four elevators) in the middle of what appears to be a middle class neighborhood. The building is within walking distance (I estimate 10-15 minutes tops) of the Fuzhou-South railway station. However. When me and my friend arrived there we decided to take a cab due to heavy rain - and we got yelled at because the driver was unhappy about the destination being so close to the railway station We yelled back and the driver apologized. We later realized that it would have been smarter to order a DiDi as cab drivers have to wait in line long time to get a railway customer and it is understandable that they want a customer who wants to go to the city center. Still. He had no right to yell at us. This is what the minimum fee is for. Anyway. It is one of those high rise buildings that is built around a huge mall. Plenty of shops, drug stores, markets, restaurants (outside the mall) are within 5 minute radius. A mall entrance is within 3 minute walking distance. Very very convenient location. Not only so. Every day after 10:00pm there is a night market down the street where you can buy all sorts of delicious snacks even grilled oysters and steak. Me and my friend had no issue locating the apartment because upon arriving at Fuzhou-South we got in touch with the owner. The owner then befriended me on WeChat, sent us the address, pictures of the entrance, description of how to open the main apartment door and the key lockers. Piece of cake. TBH I initially did not understand how to enter the code into the electronic door lock and so the owner came to assist. She was there within minutes after we asked for help. The apartment is basically a bedroom with huge screen, beamer, queensize bed, workplace with sink, water cooker, washing machine, dining table and a nice, big fridge. Naturally you also have your own bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. Everything was very clean and me and my friend were super happy with our choice. I initially thought that the mattress was too firm but then I slept very well on it. You have to take a cab or DiDi to the city center but its not far so it is not expensive. The A/C works very well. The view from the 18th floor is amazing. Would I stay there again? Given the good location, hygiene and price I would absolutely stay there again.

E'la seconda volta che il vecchio cliente si è rimpatriato. La stanza e le immagini sono completamente indifferenti, puliti e puliti ai dettagli, letti morbidi, vivendo particolarmente confortevole ～ posizione super comoda. Quando uscite, troverete cibo e trasporto, i proprietari sono super belle, comunicare in tempo e intime, e condividere l'atteggiamento locale per i piccoli. Il rapporto di prezzo è fantastico, è stato raccomandato per i tuoi amici!
