We’ll located with many restaurant options across the road. Only 50 m from Subway B1 entry for easy access to the older parts of the city. Hotel is truly 5 star with great facilities. Not many tourists seem to use this hotel but it is luxurious and the stay was excellent.

Stayed in the hotel in September 2025 for four nights. Room was modern and had an open concept design. Hot water and WiFi worked well, and cleaning was done very well. Buffet had good spread of mainly Shanxi local delicacies. I must especially praise the restaurant service staff, especially 杨杨, for being so accommodating, friendly, and personable. On my first day with breakfast, 杨杨, personally explained the different food options to me and made sure all of my needs were cared for. She was exceptionally bubbly and approachable, and was not only the highlight of the hotel, but gave me one of the best services of any accommodation across the world. Regarding location, the hotel was located around 10-15 minutes by taxi from the main high-speed rail station. The only critique I would note is that the air-conditioning in the room was somewhat weak. Overall, the hotel offered good value for money and excellent service, and I am happy to stay again.

酒店有國企管理風範，有老牌星級酒店的影子，住着是放心的。工作人員服務態度非常好，就是馬桶等設施有些舊了，但收拾的還是乾淨的。步行十分鐘就是軍營小吃街，晚上逛逛挺熱鬧。酒店可以免費停車，就是需要把車鑰匙交給工作人員，介意者提前注意一下。另外，必須説一下，在節日期間，酒店價格不漲，主動給升級了房間，相對酒店的規模和服務來講，這個價格確實很良心了。走的時候還贈送了太原主題冰箱貼作為紀念，細節方面酒店配的廁紙質量也比同價位其他酒店要好，水壺都塑封了，證明管理方面還是很到位的。

We booked at Fengqi jiuting hotel on a family trip to Taiyuan and it exceeded all our expectations. The location is super convenient, on the edge of the bustling Zhong Lou Jie area, with so many food and dining options accessible on foot. The rooms are spacious, with heated floors (a godsend in winter), and nice amenities. It’s a beautiful hotel decked out with contemporary art and was a pleasure to stay at. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and made our trip that much easier. Would definitely recommend.

Tutto è buono La colazione è buona Nei nostri alloggi che sono le sigarette che profumano attraverso noi prenotamo per una stanza non fumatori. Perché è il periodo del tempo che l'hotel non invia l'aria fredda al condizionatore d'aria . Dopo aver controllato e aver girato il condizionatore d'aria anche basso medio alto per poche ore e ancora caldo perché le camere sono sul lato di fronte al sole il pomeriggio. Alla fine abbiamo chiamato il personale dell'hotel e sapevamo che il condizionatore d'aria non manda aria fredda. Il personale dell'hotel ci aiuta a vedere molte camere dall'altra parte dell'edificio che non è così caldo e stufato, solo una piccola finestra nella stanza può essere aperta ma non fuori flusso d'aria. E' utile passare dall'altra parte e possiamo aprire la finestra e aiutare a ottenere alcuni angoli dall'esterno, anche se non c'è vento. Fortunatamente, nei pochi giorni che ci siamo fermati, è piovuto e la temperatura non è così alta come l'ultimo giorno o il nostro soggiorno quando la temperatura è salita e la luce del sole è forte. Grazie per essere così gentile, per averci capito e per averci aiutato a muoversi verso la stanza più fredda.

Una proprietà datata, le luci nella stanza sono insidiose. La palestra è chiusa durante il mio soggiorno. La colazione si diffonde così.

This stay was absolutely incredible and completely exceeded my expectations. First and foremost, a massive thank you to the hotel for being so welcoming to my two fur babies (my dog babies)! 🐶🐶 Finding a place that not only allows pets but treats them with such kindness and respect is rare. The staff went above and beyond to make sure both my pups and I felt comfortable and at home. They are truly amazing employees—so warm, professional, and attentive to every detail. They are a credit to this hotel! The room itself was fantastic. We had an awesome view from the window overlooking the city scenery, which was just beautiful to wake up to. It added such a special touch to our trip. But the location? UNBEATABLE. You simply cannot beat it. · Transport: The subway station is literally right in front of the main door of the hotel. You are connected to the entire city instantly. · Tourist Spots: All the great tourist attractions are within easy walking distance. We barely needed transport because everything was so accessible! If you are visiting Taiyuan, whether for business, leisure, or especially if you are traveling with pets, stop looking and book this hotel. It is very, very highly recommended. Hotel vicinissimo a Zhonglou street, con tantissimi negozi, ristoranti e street food aperti fino a tarda sera specialmente nel fine settimana. Reception attenta alle esigenza del cliente, Camere spaziose con tende automatizzate. Consiglio questo hotel.
