La camera era piuttosto spaziosa; anche la camera doppia non dava affatto l'impressione di essere angusta. Anche il bagno era molto spazioso e la doccia aveva una buona pressione dell'acqua. Sebbene la camera non avesse una finestra, l'aria condizionata compensava la mancanza. Le camere sono piuttosto piccole, all'inizio ero posizionata in una che non aveva una finestra, ma mi chiedevo di essere trasferita a una che aveva una finestra, fortunatamente la mia richiesta è stata soddisfatta. Hotel di base. Il desk front era un po' confuso e inizialmente ci ha dato un checkout più tardi perché abbiamo fatto un altro tipo di camera il giorno dopo (solo cambiando le camere), ma il personale mattino non sapeva e ci ha svegliati e si è lamentato che non abbiamo fatto il checkout al momento normale. 🤷♂️
Le letti erano duri, le tovalette antiche, tutto vecchio, ma... ubicazione economica e grande, quindi si ottiene quello che paga, e è stato decente per il prezzo.

Amazing hotel, friendly staff with guidance and took time to explain rules of Taiwan now that does not provide toiletries such as any type of oral hygiene tools anymore but they do still ask if we needed them and gave us without any second of thought. I thought this gesture was lovely, however only that the location of the hotel is not as ideal but I can also understand as Kaohsiung have yet to be that much of an accessible place unlike Taipei yet. PS: they give out free of charge unlimited TAIWAN snacks and beverages that can be taken from the front desk too!

Value for money 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻: free self laundry, breakfast, supper, parking and snacks bar in the common area.

Si trova in una posizione tranquilla nella zona di New Bay Asia, a pochi minuti a piedi da 2 stazioni ferroviarie leggere (C7-Software Technology Park e C8-Kaohsiung Exhibition Center) e 1 stazione della metropolitana Red Line (R8-Sanduo Shopping District). C'è un 7-11 e Family Mart direttamente davanti a lui per qualsiasi bisogno di bere, snack o toilette. Un outlet MWD è anche vicino per un buon colazione, se non vuoi spendere il buffet di colazione ogni mattina. La cena è disponibile e a buon prezzo, anche se le opzioni sono limitate. Siamo arrivati poche ore prima dell'ispezione, ma il personale di ricezione ci ha lasciato passare il processo di ispezione e lasciare le valigie. Quando siamo tornati dall’esplorazione del quartiere, abbiamo semplicemente raccolto le chiavi dalla ricezione e abbiamo trovato i bagagli che ci aspettavano nella nostra stanza. UUtente ospiteNon si tratta di un hotel ma di una suite. È molto sicuro. Nel soggiorno dell'edificio sono presenti guardie di sicurezza e polizia in servizio. All'esterno dell'edificio sono inoltre presenti auto della polizia in servizio. La stanza è completamente attrezzata. Il capo mi ha fatto in modo di vivere in una stanza comune. Anche se il letto matrimoniale è un po' piccolo, è abbastanza comodo. Il bagno è vecchiotto ma molto pulito. Il capo è molto premuroso e gli oggetti esposti nella stanza sono molto belli. È come tornare a casa propria. Nella stanza c'è un odore di vecchia casa, ma è accettabile. Il capo è molto gentile. La prossima volta che andrò a Kaohsiung per un viaggio di due giorni, tornerò sicuramente a soggiornare qui. È economico, pulito e i trasporti sono comodi.

DdkworksL'unica cosa buona che questo hotel vi offre è una vista stupenda sulla linea di Kaihsiung, per quanto la pulizia e il personale possano essere migliorati. L'hotel dice che è un hotel a 5 stelle, ma in realtà offre solo 3 stelle; il personale dell'hotel non sembra accogliente, le camere sono piuttosto antiquate, l'aria condizionata non può essere switchato per il riscaldamento - era super freddo nella stanza e si trasformano l'aria condizionata per voi prima. Sei in grado di controllare - perché?E' a 15 gradi fuori, perché il tuo aircondition è in modalità congelatore?

Bbrights delightIl nostro hotel è stato molto divertente, ma anche se siamo arrivati tardi, il personale è stato molto bello e ci ha aiutato a controllare rapidamente, così potremmo dormire prima di partire presto la mattina prossima. Il più grande è stato il grado di amicizia e di aiuto di tutti. Inoltre, ci ha sorpreso piacevolmente il servizio di navetta che ci ha portati all'aeroporto e da e verso l'aeroporto. CCrabisgood888Overall the hotel was very nice. It was modern. The check in staff was very helpful and at least one person on staff always spoke English. Note that the staff at breakfast were super cute older ladies and they don't speak English.
Pros: Modern design. Newer hotel. Large beds (stayed in a standard quad room). The twin bed rooms were also bigger and nice. The shower was really great. It was super high pressure. Bidet for the toilet. Big bathrooms. You can turn on the vent and dry clothes that you hang to dry. The 13th floor area is nice with snacks through the afternoon and evening and coffee. They provide free sparkling water and regular water for the rooms. Very well designed with great storage since there wasn't much floor space.
Cons: Location wasn't really next to many food areas. There's a Starbucks. You have to walk around 5-10 min, which is fine, but it's not the usual vibes you would imagine having in Taiwan. Unlike Taipei, the city is a sleepy town. A lot of businesses are just randomly closed during work hours and regular business days. There is a 7-11. The night market nearby is small. The breakfast needs a little help. After 2 days, it's the same food over and over. We were there for 7nights, so you can imagine it was a bit tiresome. I hope they can provide more variety. Even the soup only changed once. So 6 breakfasts it was miso soup. 1 breakfast was a corn soup (good, but never came back). Another major con is the hotel has no direct email address, so you can't contact them directly. I had to speak with the Leisure group hotels via FB messenger. They never responded via the Line App.
We chose this hotel because it's newer and had the room arrangements that we needed for our group (12 rooms). Big buses can wait outside for you. You can't make much noise in this hotel. We got warnings every day and that was just when we were hanging out in the lobby waiting for the elevator.
Overall the hotel was good value and great for a soccer team since we had the 13th floor for our team meetings and for hanging out at night.
