Splendida posizione con camere affacciate alle cascate. In alcuni punti andrebbe rimodernato specialmente nella terrazza. Ottima la colazione.

L'hotel è un po' distante dalle cascate e dal centro delle attrazioni, ma raggiungibile a piedi in 15-20 minuti. Il personale era cordiale. Tutto era pulito.

La stanza di vista delle cadute aveva una buona vista delle cadute, piaceva. La pressione delle casse. La posizione era buona, e l'hotel era collegato a ****** e negozi. Il bagno è stato chiuso molte volte. E anche l'acqua non era drenata dal bagno era molto lento. Anche il parcheggio era di $35 lungo la strada che mi sentivo poco costoso per la passeggiata che avevamo bisogno dal parcheggio.

Nice property and location. Just a short ride to Clifton Hills and the Falls. Staff was accommodating and rectified issues with additional charges in a timely manner. Will certainly stay there again.

What they say about first impressions rings true here. Our room was on the second floor in a corner, and to get there, we had to walk through clouds of cigarette smoke from the many people smoking outside their rooms. And right by our door, there was a bucket of still smoldering cigarette butts. The room was okay, but not the cleanest. There were a lot of assorted hairs on the bathroom floor, and the ceiling fan had not been cleaned for years. The only window in the room had also not been cleaned in a very long time. And it was seriously lacking in amenities. There was no coffee maker, but we did manage to borrow a kettle from the front desk. The television had no channels and only had streaming services. Luckily, some previous customer left themselves logged in to Apple TV. Wayne, if you are reading this, thanks! And the breakfast were very basic - frozen waffles or toast. Next time we are in Niagara Falls area, we will definitely be looking elsewhere.

Overall, this was a nice little place to stay. You can tell it's an older facility, but seems to be fairly well maintained. Pretty clean overall, though the floors were a bit sticky. The setup of our rooms was nice as well. I'd probably stay again if I were ever in the area.

Great for the price. The hotel employees are so helpful especially Kash. He was so helpful with recommendations, transport assistance and went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. I would book this hotel again and again.
