Hotel vicino a Casino' Cascate Niagara view, Cascate del Niagara

L'hotel è come un magnifico alloggio di montagna. Tutto era molto pulito e la camera era incredibilmente spaziosa. 15 minuti a piedi dalla ferrovia inclinata verso le cadute. Ottimo ristorante sul sito.

Dave è così gentile e gentile da aiutarci con l'aggiornamento della nostra camera d'albergo alla jacuzzi con vista sulle cascate! Anche la posizione è molto buona!

We've enjoy our stay in this resort specially our kids. We love our room, theres microwave and dining table + chairs. Staff are friendly and very welcoming. Water park is beautiful and safe theres a lot of lifeguard in every corner. Theres 2 small jacuzzi but we never try, you have to wait for your turn. Very good location, theres a-lot of nearby shops and restaurants.

Grande posizione, passeggiata verso attrazioni e cadute. La stanza era spaziosa e pulita. Aveva una microonde, una macchina per il caffè e un frigo. Solo in basso non c'era molto potenza per caricare i telefoni o persino per collegare la macchina per il caffè, usava solo le due soccette sulla lampada. Molti parcheggi se hanno una macchina (possono parcheggiare fino a 1300 in check-out giorno anche dopo check-out). Il personale era carino, il servizio era grande (chiesto per un paio di cose più come caffè, toletta e asciugamani per una famiglia di 4 anni e fu consegnato alla stanza rapidamente). Accesso alla piccola palestra, ma abbastanza attrezzata, piscina all'aperto/interno con tubo caldo e sauna.

Horrible room #210. View was a window washing stage right at window. Compressor or machine of some kind ran all night. Hotel was booked solid with competitions and other Wyndham hotel guests were there due to water problems at hotel. I booked early so should have gat a decent room. Booked for 3 nights, left after 2. Felt like the worst room in the basement!! Have been numerous time with no issues at all. Ruined my birthday weekend. Maybe because we booked through you…is that possible??

The hotel location is around 5-8 minutes on foot to the Niagara Falls Ferry so it’s very convenient. I can’t say the room they gave me was the best, the “view” was of the pool, there were fruit flies, the ventilation in the bathroom released a really musty odor if not turned on, and the floors were not very clean. Overall 6.8/10.

L'hotel è un po' distante dalle cascate e dal centro delle attrazioni, ma raggiungibile a piedi in 15-20 minuti. Il personale era cordiale. Tutto era pulito.

What they say about first impressions rings true here. Our room was on the second floor in a corner, and to get there, we had to walk through clouds of cigarette smoke from the many people smoking outside their rooms. And right by our door, there was a bucket of still smoldering cigarette butts. The room was okay, but not the cleanest. There were a lot of assorted hairs on the bathroom floor, and the ceiling fan had not been cleaned for years. The only window in the room had also not been cleaned in a very long time. And it was seriously lacking in amenities. There was no coffee maker, but we did manage to borrow a kettle from the front desk. The television had no channels and only had streaming services. Luckily, some previous customer left themselves logged in to Apple TV. Wayne, if you are reading this, thanks! And the breakfast were very basic - frozen waffles or toast. Next time we are in Niagara Falls area, we will definitely be looking elsewhere.

Nice property and location. Just a short ride to Clifton Hills and the Falls. Staff was accommodating and rectified issues with additional charges in a timely manner. Will certainly stay there again.
