Il check-in è alle 18:00. il che è davvero scomodo poiché il check out è alle 11:00, la nostra camera non era pronta fino a dopo le 19:00. La nostra camera aveva uno scarafaggio morto. Inoltre, devi pagare per il parcheggio, il che è ridicolo. Quando chiami la reception, ci vogliono più di 10 minuti per chiamare qualcuno al telefono. Le camere sono piccole e anguste.4 di noi in una stanza era davvero troppo. La camera non è stata pulita durante il nostro soggiorno.

We love staying at this hotel when we don’t stay on property for our Disney trips. We usually stay here due to the hotels proximity to Disney Springs. The rooms are nice and clean, however the last two stays we have had issues with our keys not working multiple times. The shower pressure could also be better.

We previously stayed here in 2014 and it is even better than it was before, which was pretty fantastic then! We stayed in the old mansion style rooms on Magnolia bend both times, so have a good comparison. Again, whilst there must be literally hundreds of people staying here, it was never busy, often walking to the food hall and not seeing a single person. Even at ‘busy’ times it wasn’t manic and we never failed to find a table for 4 of us to sit at. They have fairly recently updated the rooms, gone is the old carpet, replaced with new LVT flooring. The beds and mattresses have all been replaced with the latest memory foam incarnations and are exceptionally comfortable. The bathrooms are all modernised, but could benefit from a handle on the wall to help you in and out of the bath, if like me you’ve got a bit ‘doddery’ since the last time! The room has plenty of storage, a fridge and TV for all the park information plus regular films etc should you get a VERY wet day! Good sound insulation and no gaps under the doors, plus good a/c, albeit not the quietest. Excellent, friendly, efficient housekeeping (mouse keeping as it is often better known). In fact ALL the staff were superb and really friendly. If you need anything I would say just ask, don’t moan until you have given them the chance to answer. The grounds are immaculately cared for, the food hall has a good selection and yes the prices are higher than you would pay if you weren’t in Disney, but you are and the whole environment costs, so just accept it or stay offsite, save some cash, but then don’t experience this wonderful ambience. Buses were great, regular, comfortable and easy to find. I love this place and should be on commission with this review I reckon ha ha, but just want to share our experience so that others may do the same.

La prenotazione era buona, ma quando era il momento di andare in camera mia padre e ho avuto difficoltà a ottenere una camera migliorata cuz siamo membri di GOLD. Abbiamo già avuto un altro posto sotto un altro prenotazione e pacchetto. Ci è stato detto che teneremmo la stanza per quando dovremmo “controllare e ricontrollare” ma ci è stato dato una stanza più grande che era bello, ma i letti erano terribili. Abbiamo chiesto una stanza di differenza e tutti si sono succhiati, quindi siamo finiti per andare in una stanza completamente diversa insieme e siamo rimasti lì. Tuttavia, anche se abbiamo finito di avere problemi con la nostra stanza mio padre e io facemmo meravigliosi ricordi e facemmo amici con molti membri del personale

Fort Wilderness è il migliore. La custodia è così amichevole e fa un ottimo lavoro con le cabine. La mia unica influenza è con alcuni dei conducenti di autobus - lasciatemi capire, i conducenti di maggior parte sono persone fantastiche, ma alcuni sono semplicemente rude. Se i segni sul bus indicassero chiaramente dove andavano dopo, ridurrebbe la necessità di chiedere dove andava il bus (soprattutto perché il segno dirà il Regno magico, invece della sua vera prossima fermata, Wilderness Lodge). Durante l’ultima visita di gennaio, ci siamo accostati e siamo andati alla fermata dell’autobus, non abbiamo visto la passeggiata, quindi siamo andati davanti a uno dei quattro autobus parcheggiati. La signora ci ha urlato e ha incastrato la corna quando siamo arrivati alla curva. Che grande modo di iniziare un viaggio Disney! Oh, e devi noleggiare un carro da golf, è un must, altrimenti stai aspettando gli autobus tutto il giorno.

Le strutture erano grandi! La zona della piscina era la migliore. Sia consapevole che l'hotel prende un custode $100 e paga una tassa di ristorazione e parcheggio per ogni notte che soggiorni. Ci siamo trasferiti due notti e abbiamo avuto un tasso di $125 al check-out.

La posizione è buona, camminare per cinque minuti a Disney Spring.L'atteggiamento del personale di servizio della ricetta è generalmente diverso, c'è una sensazione di non avere ospiti, ovviamente Disney!Ci sono turisti infiniti ogni giorno. Le strutture della stanza sono più vecchie, specialmente le manette di tappeto, non sembrano davvero avere un hotel a quattro stelle.Anche se è un hotel Disney, non c'è nessun elemento Disney tranne la pubblicità dell'elettricità. Andare a Disney è anche consigliare i nuovi hotel Suite aperti Flamingo Crossing, nuovi e convenienti.Più forte di ”vecchio piccolo” nel parco.
