At the Cairns City, Uber to the hotel about $25, stayed there 4 night. Joined the day tours to waterfalls. Great trip

Good points: Room was spacious and clean. Aircon and wifi worked fine. Was in a good location. Quiet, dark, comfy bed. Good value for money. Could be improved: Communal areas really dirty. Lift didn’t work the whole time we were there. No one on check in (apparently they text us with instructions but we didn’t get a text)

Superb location. Walk to wharf for trips to Great Barrier Reef wharf. Supermarket across the street. Could not have been better location wise

I paid up front for 4 nights and on arrival was asked for a $100 deposit. I paid and went to our room. The room was decent but at night you can hear drunk people at 2.00 am, just like a window was open. The cleaning staff failed to replace the coffee and the milk containers were solid. On departure the reception told us that the $100 would not be deposited in their bank. One day later the money was removed from my credit card. Please AVOID this hotel as there are better ones in the Cairns CBD.

Hides Hotel is the perfect budget hotel for travellers in Cairns. It is located right in the centre of the city close to shopping, cafes, restaurants, pubs and entertainment. Also close by is the Esplanade Lagoon and marina for GBR cruises and tours. The accomodation itself is basic but clean and secure. The airport and railway station are also within easy reach.

It would be great to clean up a little bit more even during our stay, and the door is rather thin so we can hear sounds outside whenever someone is passing by. The elevator was out of order for one day so we have to use the stairs but it was repaired quickly.

I forgot his name who helped us for check -in . He was so nice i really appreciated his kindness. He recommended us few local restaurants and Hides hotel's history as well. It was very impressed. He was a asian boy. Thanks !

広い部屋でゆったりと過ごせました。大きい冷蔵庫が便利。早朝に現地に到着しましたが、フロントの横にコインロッカー（小4ドル　大６ドル　2ドルコインのみ使用可）があり、チェックインの時間まで荷物を置いておくことができました。

老牌旅館在市中心，電梯有點老。房間非常寬敞。因為位置好 到哪裡都方便 空調功率大 有電風扇 推薦來的朋友住這一家

房間很大，空調很給力，地理位置好，邊上就是超市。距離機場8公里， 早餐也不錯，水果牛奶酸奶麥片也有，早餐廳在大陽台上，對面的樹木上鳥兒飛來飛去，特別有意思。

가성비 최고.. 위치도 좋고..! 서비스가 아쉽지만 저렴해서 괜찮아요 시설 깨끗했고 공간 충분히 넓어서 혼자 아주 편히 쉬다가 갑니다 소음이 좀 있긴 하니 귀마개 꼭 챙기셔요

房間很大股狐臭味 安排尾房靠近街道吵得完全睡不着 窗户是鎖死的 但還是透風沒有辦法徹底關閉 燈光昏暗 沒有提供被子 衹有毯子 蓋着非常不舒服 洗澡的水龍頭水壓很不穩定 非常差的體驗 總的來説住在這裏就是精神折磨

立地はとても良かったです エレベーターの電気が切れていて、朝も、夜も中が真っ暗で、ちょっと怖かったです チェックアウト後に、荷物の預け入れを頼んだ所、一つに付き20ドルと言われたので、預け入れを辞めました
