Hotel a Kuwait, Kuwait

After a search lasting months, it was clear that my first ever trip to Kuwait would be at Ramada Encore by Wyndham Kuwait, where price and encouragement to book were concerned. Whilst the Hotel does not offer views of the Kuwait Towers, a short stroll left of the entrance, into the carpark and you may see Kuwait's Global Icon in all it's glory. The rooms are smart,clean and comfortable but be warned that the hotel offers smoking rooms. Please ensure you are aware of this. The Breakfast Buffet was very delicious and filling. The Staff are all lovely and friendly namely Mostafa,Gunneswaran,Mofeed,Jovelyn,Natalio,Wilmalyn,Rich Ann, Prateek,Arvic. Located in the financial district of Sharq, the views from the room include the massive Skyscrapers Al Hamra and NBK's Headquarters. The hotel has superfast WiFi, pleasant free toiletries and a team dedicated to making your stay great. I was fortunate to meet the owner Mr Fahad who made me feel very welcome. From Kuwait International, the hotel is a 15 minute drive by private car or Careem Taxi. The location itself is around the same distance/time from key attractions including the luxurious Avenues Mall. There is a small convenience store directly behind the hotel but note it is cash only. The Talabat (food delivery app) Driver on two occasions seemed to get the location wrong and ended up at the Swiss Bellin behind the hotel, so please ensure you are clear about your location. The Talabat Drivers do bring the food order direct to your room or leave it at reception for the hotel staff to bring upstairs. The Reception Staff don't seem to have a standard uniform but this does not deflect the great service and a public computer is in the lobby along with printing facilities. Free newspapers, in room tea/coffee/water bottles and a delightful rooftop bar ( non alcoholic in line with Kuwait being alcohol free ) complete the line up of features.

Sono stato abitato a questo hotel da 8 ore. Quest'anno ho trovato che è completamente diverso da prima da tutto, da la nuova decorazione attraente fino alla gestione del posto . Anche il caffè che uscire di là naw diventa più elegante. Non ho bisogno di uscire per cercare un nuovo posto hookah. Tutto in un posto (hookah, cibo, musica in diretta) tutto è perfetto 🌹🌹 Ho bisogno di inviare un ringraziamento speciale per il signor. Osama Al Kotok ha fatto un grande sforzo per cambiare questo posto in un hotel molto bello, specialmente alla fine della settimana, e hanno sempre un show in diretta con cantante, compreso un delizioso buffet aperto. Ibrahim iSSAM per il bel accordo di mio fratello per il compleanno, tutto era perfetto.

Molto buona posizione, a 20 minuti dalle Torre e a 10 da Cornice. Ci siamo fermati 5 giorni. La colazione è stata molto buona e il personale è stato utile e gentile con una menzione speciale per il signor Santosh, il signor Rafat e il direttore. Wifi molto forte e la pulizia della nostra stanza n° 1405. La fermata dell'autobus è a 50 metri di distanza e l'autobus 51 vi porterà al centro della città. La città del Kuwait non è un luogo turistico, quindi non troverete negozi per turisti e nessuna mappa. Ricordate che il Fort Rosso è chiuso venerdì mattina, si apre a pomeriggio alle 4:00.

La posizione dell'hotel è buona, non lontano dal centro della città, e il panorama fuori finestra è buono. Ma le strutture dell'hotel sono troppo vecchie, non come un hotel a quattro stelle, ma come un hotel comune. La stanza non ha bagagli di caffè, e non mi ha dato l'acqua di caffè dopo la pulizia ogni giorno, e non mi ha dato l'acqua di caffè nei giorni successivi dopo avermi ricordato. La scelta di colazione a secco è meno abominiosa, nemmeno frutta. Rispetto all'hotel in cui vivo in altri paesi del GCC, questa è la peggiore!Non sceglieremo più la prossima volta

In generale, una grande soggiorno. La camera era di buona dimensione, pulita e con una piccola vista sull'acqua. La TV ha un tubo e un netflix caricato su di essa, che era un bel perk. Buona selezione di tè nella camera e il personale erano molto accogliente e utile. La piscina è chiusa per l'inverno, e vi è un bellissimo parco vicino che è grande per il relax e anche una passeggiata lontano dalla spiaggia.

Late review, but well deserved to a very nice hotel, I stayed at Al Hamra hotel for 3 months as a part of a 3 months business contract The place felt like home, staff is extra nice and helpful , the challenges of delivering a good hospitality services during Covid lockdown were exceedingly met, everyone had a face mask, sanitizers are all over the place, meals were delivered to rooms in boxes on time Limousine service led by Mr Mohamed khalaf is the best you can every find Room service was spectacular

I had the opportunity to stay at this beautiful hotel while on a trip to visit friends. This is definitely a choice location and hotel, as they do it right. I will break down some important information, that if you are traveling to Kuwait, you must know. No matter what your reason for coming to Kuwait this is a great hotel. First, when you are traveling to Kuwait, there are some things you NEED to know coming here, to enjoy a stay without interruption or complication. When visiting Kuwait, if you are coming with people, unless you are married (and you must provide proof), you cannot share a hotel room, nor can you be inside another person's room. This is a law and you must obey it. If you don't, they will be very quick to let you know. You can do your E-Visa before your arrival, and I suggest you do to expedite the process. You should do this about ten days before your arrival. It will be good for three months from the date you touchdown. Now for the hotel: The property is located at The Avenues, a sprawling mall, which has everything you will need. The hotel is connected by a simple corridor into the mall property. The food options at The Avenues are many, and they are full of tasty and amazing places. The Kuwait Government has a high standard for food preparation and serving in general, so you will food that is safe, clean and well prepared. From local Kuwait, Arabic and Indian choices, you will also literally find Cheesecake Factory and even Texas Roadhouse. There are fantastic teas and coffees galore also. Customer service is huge in Kuwait, so you will be greeted by many and made to feel at home. The Hilton staff will make you feel very welcome and safe. Security is extremely high in Kuwait. The hotel staff go out of their way to ensure your comfort and experience. Dry Cleaning is available, and they can get your laundry back to you same day if needed. The hotel restaurant has a wonderful breakfast with endless options. Everything is fresh and a great way to start your day. The rooms are very nice, spotless and well kept. The showers are great and you will have plenty of towels. Safes and ironing boards are in the room. The in room TV has many channel options, including international news if you require. The rooms are very quiet and your stay is not interrupted by any noise. There are sizeable refrigerators in the room to hold a number of food leftovers and drinks. There is no alcohol in Kuwait. This is a hotel I would stay at without any concerns, as they made it a really great stay! Thanks Hilton!

Ottimo hotel. A due passi dal mercato storico che merita anche solo per mangiare qualcosa e dalla moschea. Camere grandi e pulitissime, servizio particolarmente attento e professionale, colazione ottima e abbondante. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Consigliato

I would like to raised my concern here in this hotel I want to highlight to have and request to give us more free water because I'm staying here more than a month and my company always assign us here to stay and I also like this place and hotel always ready for any help especially amaj for pick up and shyam for arranging our transportation and beni and salam for always there for us

Un grande hotel rispetto al prezzo. Ci sono molte strutture, come una piscina, un palestra e un salone di unghie femminile. Ci sono un Starbucks in ricezione, e ci sono molte negozi accanto all'hotel. Come ristoranti, supermercati e un'atmosfera. Il personale è molto carino, ci aiuta sempre con bagagli dopo gli acquisti. Abbiamo dato aggiornamento nella stanza che abbiamo prenotato la stanza re superiore e “Redha” ci dare dolce junior, Grazie tante per questa esperienza che torneremo presto.
