Abbiamo trascorso una breve notte qui prima di andare avanti. Piccola stanza ma tutto funziona perfettamente (compreso il WiFi abbastanza forte per fare chiamate video), molto pulito e super amichevole personale di fronte. Ci sono pochi ristoranti vicino. La mattina è stato un po' difficile ottenere un Didi per arrivare a questo luogo perché c'è una scuola nella stessa strada e tutto è stato messo in rovina con le auto che lasciano i loro figli. Se cammini per qualche minuto all'ingresso della strada, sarà molto meglio.

This hotel is in a nice location near the foodie streets and a number of tourist attractions - it's a great place for exploring the centre. The rooms are clean and traditional style and the breakfasts are fantastic. The breakfast is served until lunchtime, that's a nice touch. The best thing though is the staff, they will do all they can to accommodate your needs. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

這一次的入住體驗非常好。我們本來定了旁邊一棟樓裏的酒店，但那邊有裝修，噪音很大，所以換到麗楓來。這邊提示樓裏也有裝修，但給我們安排的樓層距離遠，不受影響，而且陽光很好，安靜。
房間沒的説，乾淨整潔，設施完好，住着很舒服～

UUtente ospiteOverall, I like this hotel chain in general and would stay there again, both at this location and in other cities. This was not the first location for this chain that I have stayed at.
Location: The hotel is located in a fairly central location. It is very close to Green Lake, though you'll need a map in order to know that. It's across the street from a KFC, 711, and Starbucks, and around the corner from a Burger King. There are also quite a few shared bikes (both electric and not) available from several different companies in front of the hotel.
Amenities: Breakfast is available for an additional charge, and there is a laundry room. I used neither of these. The hotel room has a refrigerator and more than the standard two bottles of drinking water plus an electric kettle, tea set, two packets of tea, and some candy in a dish (that looked like it had been there for a very long time). This hotel chain is generally very good about giving you more water if you ask. The bed is very comfortable, the tv is huge, the shower is hot with good water pressure, and the room is clean overall. There were ink stains on the sofa, but no problems with the bedding. Some of the furniture/walls were starting to be in need of repair, but it's not a problem unless you're super picky.
Safety/Service: The front desk staff are always very nice and helpful and willing to answer any questions that you have, but you'll need to speak Mandarin or have a translator handy. English is limited or non-existent. I felt safe in my room, and I didn't worry about leaving things in my room that I generally keep on my person in other hotels. The maid was also very kind and helped me when I saw her in the hallway and asked for help with a small problem (that was totally just my ignorance and too embarrassing to mention!).
WIFI: Wifi is available, but there is no information about the network or password in the room that I could find. I went down to the front desk and the woman there put the password on my phone for me.
Quiet: Well, there were some very loud and very rude guests staying in rooms near me. I don't know what the hotel's response would have been as I didn't all the front desk to complain. It definitely could have been quieter. There was no noise from outside the hotel, though.
Problems: I stayed at this hotel three nights total but two times (one night at the beginning and two nights at the end of my trip). My second room at this hotel (when I stayed for two nights), there was a blinking light inside a grate in the ceiling that can only be seen when all the lights are out. It was really bothering me, and making it difficult for me to sleep. I called the front desk at approx. 12:30 in the morning, and they didn't quite understand my problem (completely due to my sub-par Mandarin), but they sent someone to take a look. The maintenance guy who came said he knew exactly what I was talking about once I pointed upward. He didn't need me to turn off the light and show him. He said there was nothing he could do. If they turned out that light, I would have no electricity in the room. He also said that it's like that in every room. I didn't remember seeing it in the first room I had stayed in at the beginning of my trip, and I also didn't remember it from when I had stayed for three nights at a different location. Whether it really exists in every room or not is here nor there, though it ought to be obvious that a blinking light that doesn't turn off when you turn all the lights off is a bad idea, and something ought to be done). It is possible that it exists in every room but that it's not visible from the bed in every room due to the placement of that grate.

Pplushparadisecomfortable stay for a night stop over before an early flight the next day, it was a comfortable stay. the sheets were nice and soft. the toilet and showers are built such that they are individual cubicles, so the shower cubical doesn’t have any where to hang clothes/ towels, etc. all amenities provided, and there’s a laundry room with washer dryer to get your laundry sorted before continuing your trip.
shuttle bus to airport was 5am for a 7.40am flight, where it’s a “car pool” system, must book at time of check in.
night supper is a bowl of mien xian, basic. it’s a warm bowl to keep you going. there are no food options around outside of the building.

Quando siamo andati alla reception, la signora è stata molto gentile e ha preso l'iniziativa per aiutarci i nostri bagagli Ci ha anche insegnato come effettuare un ordine per ottenere sconti Anche se la strada è direttamente al piano di sotto, l'isolamento acustico è molto buono Non appena esci dall'ascensore al secondo piano L'ampia terrazza è dove di solito puoi comprare del tè al latte e fare un barbecue con i tuoi amici, sederti lì, chiacchierare e mangiare, il che è molto bello. Ci sono molti gusti tra cui scegliere per la colazione, e sono tutti appena fatti e sembra molto appetitoso. La prima tappa quando si viaggia a Kunming Amici miei, lo consiglio vivamente, non è facile mettersi nei guai🕳️

UUtente ospiteE'una perfetta esperienza.Era un po'di ritardo, ho comunicato con il capo, ho dato il modello di camera gratis e il soggiorno è molto confortevole e tranquillo.Rimuove la fatica di un giorno. A causa dell'aereo della notte successiva, sono andato a giocare fino a mezzogiorno. Il personale non ha mai avuto il coraggio e l'atteggiamento è stato super buono. Inoltre, la bellezza ci ha dato il panino di Qingjiang. La pancia ha seduto due ore dopo l'ora. Ha completato il periodo di tempo libero per il volo. L'esperienza è buona. La prossima volta vivrò qui.

MMaxGreat hostel! I felt like I got the royal treatment when I was there simply because I'm a rare foreign guest. Well, I'll take the privilege 😅. So in my particular case, from the moment I arrived they rolled out the red carpet. I made friends with the receptionist and we went to have dinner together right away lol. This never happened to me before haha. It was very nice. Then I was included in all kinds of social activities during my 4 day stay. We had lunch together with the owner, a very jovial guy, the receptionist and some random guests. It was very pleasant. We also went out for free clubbing and to the night market. Absolutely non commercial activities where we simply hung out as friends. Very cool! Definitely enriched my experience in Kunming by a lot. The facilities themselves were good. Everything was clean. It's a little bit cramped up in the apartment that's been made into dorms but it's ok because everyone is very considerate. There's only one bathroom so sometimes that can be annoying. It's a very high quality bathroom tho. I would definitely stay again for the atmosphere and the convenience of the location.

Il ristorante al terzo piano è delizioso e non costoso. Non mi aspettavo che questo fosse il ristorante dove mangio di più a Kunming.

Abbiamo raggiunto l'hotel a più di due ore di mattina, ma c'è molto delizioso a quella porta. Abbiamo anche finito di andare a mangiare una cena alla porta. Kunming ha caldo la mattina. Il clima nella stanza è particolarmente potente. Il sonno è molto comodo. La stanza è molto pulita. Dopo che siamo arrivati all'hotel, L'hotel ha un ritardo unico, l'hotel è molto buono, l'atteggiamento di servizio è molto buono. SSietseFine stay for 2 nights when arriving in Kunming. Location is nice, although hard to find the exact location. Be well prepared and have the hotel phone number ready. Good restaurants and coffee shops nearby and walking distance to the park. Smoking is allowed in the rooms which is the downside, otherwise everything fine.
